I decided to share this question with you guys. Which you rather have?

Naruto ends with no more NS developments, only to let 3 pages epilogue to confirm NS with a family picture

Or

Naruto ends with a on-screen kiss scene, but no epilogue to go with it

As much as I would love to see the second one, I choose the first. Even after Kishi shows a Narusaku kiss the other fandoms will just say it won't work out in the end and Naruto will end up with Hinata or Sakura with Sasuke anyway. However if Kishi show a Narusaku family, not only does it show that it worked out but also that they were very happy together Plus I want to see what their kids look like

What I really want though is both

Usually because its a Shounen, the kiss seals the deal. But I get what you're saying though the chances are that we will probably get both a kiss and the future. It's just going to take a while.

Not sure if he was married at the time he stated writing Naruto, but Eiichiro Oda said his wife looks just like Sakura.

he said it in a TOC (Table of comments) of the WSJ... He went to his marriage and written on the TOC that his marriage was beautiful and "I see that your wife looks like Sakura".

And Kishomoto, in joke, said him that his wife (Oda's) looks like Nami (and I can confirm this LOL)

Same here. I'd be cool if Sakura and Naruto got together, but it would feel off if she still had feelings for Sasuke.

Considering that Oda's wife even cosplayed as Nami in the past that is not an unreasonable thing to say.

Been reading a lot of different shoujo mangas lately... why the hell the heroines never end up with guys that love them, but the ones who make them suffer all the time???? Shoujo, I don't understand...

Considering that shoujo mangas are targeted at girls ages 13-18(?) what do they teach them?

In like 90% of shoujo heroines end up with guy "they fell in love first".

I don't doubt it. I just wanted to say how stupid shoujo can get.

No, don't get me wrong. I wasn't saying you thought Naruto was a shoujo. I just used your post to point out that many of the people that envision SasuSaku do it with a shoujo mentality.

They believe Sakura is the one that will change Sasuke as if she the main character and not Naruto. And they find their broken relationship to be intriguing and mysterious. The difference is that we see actual romance hints between the heroine and the bad boy in shoujo, and for some reason they believe it's the same with SS.
