I more so consider my defense of canon

Because Cloud would be an even bigger tool if Aerith was his true love and days later he's boning Tifa under a flying ship.

That last part...I always joke about that with my little brother, but I consider it seriously more than I joke.

I never saw this movie Good thing I never planned to.

When I heard their casting blunders, my brother and I looked at one another and went; "NOPENOPENOPENOPE."

Also, I noticed you stalking me on Tumblr this morning. I just wanted you to know that Senpai has noticed you noticing her   

...The Last is worse than Batman and Robin, and that's saying something. 

 

 

That last part...I always joke about that with my little brother, but I consider it seriously more than I joke.

Consider it seriously, because its true. 

Lemme break it down for you, so there are certain optional scenes within FF7, Yuffie joining, Vincent joining, The under Highwind, the date and ride at the gondola...

SE always depicts Yuffie and Vincent as having joined and they always depict Tifa and Cloud as having spent the night under the highwind. Those are the scenes they always include in the ultimania's, therefore they are the canon versions.

Lets also share a giggle of what the scene USED to be: .Kitase: Katou also did the event on the airship, the night before the final battle.

Nojima: Oh, the scene with the risqué line of dialogue? It was Katou who wrote that as well, not me.

- The line “Words aren’t the only way to talk someone how you feel,” right? That was quite a mature conversation for a FF game.

Kitase: But I remember having to get another version that was too intense toned down.

Nojima: The original idea was more extreme. The plan was to have Cloud walk out of the Chocobo stable on board the Highwind, followed by Tifa leaving while checking around, but Kitase turned it down. But even with the line in question, maybe at that time none of us thought it would be something so important (laughs).
