What I can think of is, maybe he's a fool in her eyes because she probably thinks that Naruto is unaware of Hinata's feelings towards him. She might be trying to disclose that to Naruto. And in which case, she may even ask Hinata to accompany her in searching for him. Not everything is answered just yet, but this is undoubtedly Kishi-Sama's way of finally building Sakura's development towards Sasuke. But what is the theme here? The theme is the reality that Naruto is just one man and can't bare the burdens of someone elses' selfishness.
From some random guy on narutofan. I can't help but laugh if you read the responses there to the last couple of chapters. They seem to find a reason for just about every Narusaku development and turn it into something pointing to hinata.
And as far as I'm concernerd chapter 459 kinda put the final touch on Narusaku becoming canon.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure NaruSaku is almost guaranteed! Almost! Although, to point out a flaw in his argument, maybe she's calling him a fool because he DOES love her even though she's caused him so much pain. That's what I see, but I could be wrong! But why is everybody pointing at Hinata? SIDE CHARACTER! Not to sound mean, but really...

Top ten Reasons why NaruHina will happen and not NaruSaku
10. Hinata is better looking than Sakura.
9. Hinata forcing Naruto into Kyuubi form (read: anger/hatred induced beast) only shows that they love each other.
8. Karate chops are a sign of love.
7. Feelings remain despite 283 chapters of being left out of the story.
6. Because Yamato is NOT a love doctor. (But apparantly NaruHina fans are).
5. Because it is meant to happen even if Kishi doesn't want it to.
4. Because in the latest manga, when Sai asks about his feelings for Sakura, he immediately thinks about Hinata.
3. It happens in the Fillers (anime).
2. Because charging in toward Naruto, while he was transformed into a super chakkra filled beast that nearly destroyed all of Konoha, trying to bring him back is merely a sign of friendship.
And the number one reason why NaruHina will happen and not NaruSaku.......
Naruto admiting his feelings for Sakura to Sai is all a RED HERRING!!!!!
I dont know what is Red Herring? they are really disturbing

this not a valid argument it is opinion. their are many who find Sakura to be more attractive the Hinata
This also is an invalid argument as Hinata did not force Naruto into Kyuubi for. Pein did with his actions towards konoha and others that were precious to naruto.
This argument is valid from the point of view of a Shonen manga. too bad for the debater though that Hinata has never ""Karate chopped "" Naruto. Sakura on the other hand has several times and thus this argument supports NaruSaku.
This argument is also valid to an extent, but if that is the case then again we find this argument to support NaruSaku as Narutos feelings for Sakura have only stayed for much longer then 283+ chapters.
Yamato does not have to be a love doctor nor does he claim to e. he is an Shinobu trained in the art of observation and capable of doing what any Lay person can do which is observe the care and feelings Sakura has for Naruto. which was the point of the entire scene.
This is not a valid argument it is an opinion, and worse an irrelevant opinion as The author of the manga knows full well what he wants to happen in the story.
This argument is also invalid as when Sai asks Naruto about his feelings the only person front and center in his flashback is Sakura. Hinata does not show up again untill much later and only as a side character.
This argument is mostly invalid as filler episodes are not canon and therefore have no valid effect on the manga. Filler episodes are used primarilly to"fill in" small gaps left in the manga translation to the anime and can only be taken with a measure of salt.
Hence logically Hinatas feelings are friendship not love then by this argument. to whit Hinata charged towards Pein (a super chakra enhanced monster who had nearly destroyed Konoha) out of feelings of friendship
Naruto admiting his feelings for Sakura to Sai is all a RED HERRING!!!!!
There is no evidence to support this thus the argument is invalidated. Similarly with the exception of Hinatas direct confession there is no evidence to support Hinatas feelings as being anything more then a spur of the moment thing brought on by the stress of the situation or a mild crush.
Sakuras admission about Naruto and his admission to loving her is backed up by 450+ chapters of manga devlopment, and actions.
hence by the logic of this argument Hinatas confession comes off more as "The red herring" in this scenario then Narutos confession to Sai.

Now, are you absolutely certain] you didn't find this list somewhere the Anti-naruhina fanclub on narutofan??? Because it certainly seems to me that it might just be sarcastic enough to have been posted by one of its members.
I don't think that list should be taken seriously, I think it's intended to just make a mockery of the less than well-thought out arguments used for the pairing that is naruhina.

Actually, Fool and Idiot are both proper translations for "baka", and are interchangeable, mostly depending on context. Sometimes Idiot is more appropriate, and sometimes fool is. It can go either way with this chapter. The point is, Sakura calls Naruto a baka all the time, it doesn't matter.

Yeah basically my point. ^^
It's a term of affection Sakura uses towards Naruto at this point.

I don't think that's why she called him a fool. I think the first tip off would be that Hinata's name never enters the conversation. She's not mentioned or eluded to in any fashion by anyone present. It's not been built upon at all since the chapter she confessed.
One thing I took from Sakura's statement is that despite all her growth and increased self-confidence she still doesn't seem to have a terribly high opinion of herself. Sai calls her a curse and a burden and she talks about her making mistakes. In Sakura's mind there is clearly a distinct reference to Naruto's promise which Sai describes as a curse. A promise Sakura clearly feels guilty about placing on him and one she has already told him not to worry about.
Thus, if she thinks of him as a fool I think its for one of two reasons, he's a fool because he continues to shoulder the burden of a promise she doesn't think he should have to or two (or possibly both) or because he continues to love someone like her who makes mistakes and makes him shoulder that kind of burden. I think this means she's not going to reciprocate at this time (regardless of whether she loves him in return). She's just been told she burdens him because he feels obligated to return Sasuke for her. I don't think, in her mind, telling him don't do it, I love you not him, will ease he burden. But, I wouldn't be surprised if she did, it could go either way.
Him being called a fool solely because Hinata loves him makes no sense in the context of that conversation.

Totally.
It's absurd to try and insert Hinata in that conversation anywhere. Sakura was thinking of Naruto and Sasuke only, as usual, only now she really finally understands Naruto. Now that she knows how much of a burden she placed on him, she will probably try to convince him to stop Sasuke for his own reason and forget about the promise.
