I meant near the last few chapters of the manga. And I suspect Kishimoto doesn't have a set deadline, even in his interviews he says the series will probably take longer to finish than he anticipated.
It would not be too surprising to see Kishi end the manga at exactly the chapter 666 as an homage to his brother's manga. The story and subplots of the individual characters do appear to be resolving themselves. There should not be that much left to finish although 34 chapters may not be quite enough for the manga to conclude itself. This battle against Jubi, Madara, and Tobi alone will likely continue for another 10-18 chapters. If you consider a possible intermission between that battle and the final arc which should be centred around contending with Sasuke then the manga may go on until chapter 680 or longer. Oh, and we cannot forget about Orochimaru as he is still lurking about.
Personally, I believe that Kishimoto will have finished with everything by the spring or summer of 2014.
