Is it bad that I want to take Sakura far far away from this manga? Poor girl doesn't deserve to be suddenly replaced as the heroine by the Bloody Princess 'I-ve-got-big-kittens-love-me-Nardo-kun'. Where was she when Sakura kittenslapped Kaguya?!  Where was she when Naruto was in cardiac arrest?! WHERE WAS SHE DURING THE IT?!? SHE WAS DREAMING OF HUGGLING NARDO-KUN!!!!!! (while passing time kissing rocks)

At this point I would love for Sakura to tell everybody in Konoha to kitten off and die and go off to conquer a country...ALONE because apparently team 7 count for kitten....

I'm hating this manga now, so much.

 

Naruto too.  His character was also assassinated to the point of no return.  Have their village believe they are KIA, and both decide to leave their past identities behind, and be "reborn" so to speak.  It's happened in a few stories, such as Gundam 08th Mobile team and Spirit Circle.

Now take a moment and think about Naruto's words there...'I hate people who lie to themselves' and relate it to the reason behind him chasing Sakura.

 

Naruto much really hate himself then, all this time we called Sasuke the Emo, when it was Naruto who was the Emo all along, he loved pain so much, that he kept on lying about his feelings for Sakura, and ignored Hinata so he could be a true Emo on the inside, he had to hate himself.

 

Seriously Kishi and Junko (whoever you are) Read the fricking manga.

 

 

 

 

Do you know why it looks cool? Because that's how Sakura fight, only her fists are closed....The Hyuuga do not use feet in their fighting, they are all about the mystic palm.

 

Retcon to degrade NS.  We all know this.  Kishimoto and SP obviously don't care anymore.  In order to sell NH, they'll say anything, no matter how ridiculous.

 

Sad that he really thought people would forget the story.

 

Remember Naruto was suppose to be a shonen manga, not a bad shojo ( or whatever the name for romance manga). You lost the general fan there. Than half the movie if not 3/4 is about that and 95% of advertising promote this, trying to justify the mess and hope to make you forgot the main plot. Plus making the movie to catch up the manga. You lost a lot of people there.

 

You lost every NS fans, Non-shipper and you seem to lost SS fan along the way the more the movie advance. Some NH fan are disappointed by the ending and felt their pairing become canon for the wrong reason, some of those might not see it. LEaving NH and Hinata die hard fan, but even in that group, some won't go see the movie in theater, because they might be in the type that doesn't go see anime movie in theater.

 

I expect this formula to be a money grabbing thing. But the way it turned out, thanks to Kishi interviews, show it to the world somehow. Plus by the time it come out, some people find closure and didn't need that movie. Plus as I said before, when you promote the last in September, we didn't expect it to be a NH movie as Hinata the main character. That's where it went wrong.  Instead of celebrating all the character we knew for 8-15 years, you decide to make every main character OOC and a side character in the main event spot.

 

My brother and I come to the point where we think Hinata's got schizophrenia and that movie is all play in her head. Only logical explanation (and the whole genjutsu theory).

She specifically thinks back to her part 1 confession, calls loving him disgraceful (as in her loving him, and then says that despite all that he has done she still wants to go back to part 1. And as OOC as 693, 699, and 700 are they are still canon despite how much of a bitter taste it leaves in my mouth. 

 

So even despite all of the BS Sasuke has put her through, the number of times she has been rejected, the abuse with the apples, the murder attempts, you're annoying, etc. She still wants to go back to Part 1 even though she admits how pathetic her part 1 self was???

Where is your confidence Sakura? Where is your strength? WHERE IS YOUR FRIGGIN PRIDE? Pull yourself together. Don't grovel at Sasuke's feet and call yourself pathetic. Take pride in yourself and stand tall. DEMAND RESPECT. You are a grown woman, a female ninja. YOU PUNCHED A SHINOBI GODDESS for god sakes. ANd most of all you said that you were on the same level of Naruto and Sasuke.

 

You are a person worthy of respect not abuse, SO ACT LIKE IT.

 

It's pathetic. Sasuke deserves to be punished for how he treated Sakura and NAruto but he gets off scot free. Sakura however deserves blame. She completely crumbles whenever Sasuke-kun comes running. That's not how women act, that's not how people act. Why should I look up to her at all? 693 and beyond Sakura is frankly pathetic.

Great explanation of why, no matter how many sweet action shots I see of Sakura from The Last, I can't get excited for her character. Kishi destroyed her, and he wrecked Naruto, too.
