I liked how Franky organized the chibi's and they were pushing the factory. Plus Bart came back.

Literally no idea. There's no time for anything. Zoro and others might be able to hold back the birdcage for an extra minute, but that leaves no time for a fight. Which goes back to what Luffy said, he can beat Doflamingo in one shot. That's all he's gonna have time for.

I'm not so sure, it looks like Mansherry was concentrating on the civilians/people in the middle, which looks to be generally away from where they are. I think he's moving towards the middle, and her, but I don't think he'll get healed, I'm sure Luffy is in between the two. That would be hilarious though.

You know, the more I think about it, the more I am really open to seeing Bart join the crew. I think that he's odd and quirky, and would be a perfect fit because of it. Plus I really loved the tribute he made to Luffy, when he used the barrier pistol on Gladius (I think it was Gladius). I would love to see another woman join the crew, but im not sure if Rebecca or violet really have any reason to leave the island. I'm pretty sure that Rebecca would stay because of her father, and the only reason Violet would go is because of her history as a pirate, but that was only because she was forced to be one. And to be honest, I think Fujitora wouldn't mind using his authority to get that expunged from her record, or at least keep that part of her history quiet. Either way, I think that the next person to join will either be the last or the second to last to join the crew, not counting Jinbe, because he's already a lock to join (lol imagine Bart's reaction when he finds out Jinbe is gonna join XD).
