I think he meant awful in the types of events that took place. not the quality, but I could be wrong.

It's just the way the show is going... I don't like it. Those measures are too drastic ( I know it's supposed to come over as that), but make the reforms a bit more realistic, and not just like "chop this down" and "close this down" b/c a new dictator is here. Just b/c it's shounen, doesn't excuse the writer from introducing such out of place changes.

Also, I'm mad at the Elite Ten. We'll see what they have to say in their defense.

I don't really don't know if it's the events or the quality, but this writing rubs me the wrong way. I can't swallow those sudden changes. Reminds me too much of a shounen. I can't take Azami as a villain seriously. Right now, he just looks like a narcissistic, stereotypical idiot in my eyes who thinks everything will just go as smoothly.

I knew that, sorry bad habit I have here, not sure why I never made the same assumption on other fandoms I've followed in the past if anything I always did the opposite.

 

That's pretty much how you were supposed to feel, it was meant to rub you the wrong way, tick you off, frustrate you, though will admit way too sudden, the past fewweeks have been change after change after change. We only got introduced to the Elite 10 a few months ago, and so far we've had a mini arc and then all the changes thrown at us....I'm pretty sure the manga is doing will in Japan so it's odd to see so much wholesale information being thrown at us.

 

I'm not can't be sure if the mangaka planned this all along or if he had this idea and rapidly changed his story to change the direction. It's become too bleak too quickly. I agree to you about Azami, he screams typical villain to a point that he is almost laughable, the look, the grin, the clothes the hairstyle, the thinking, all tick typical kid book villain, I bet he has the laugh as well...and I'm not kidding but I always picture him with a cane in his hand, my brain puts in a pure black cane with a silver handle in his hand, that's just the type of a villain he is shown as.

 

I expect next week we'll either see the dorm mother counteracting the contract with some other contract that takes them out of the control of Tooksuki, or some other similar action, taking out the polar dorm is like getting rid of Sunny in One Piece, it's part of the core of the group.

I don't understand how can they shut PSD if its separated from corporate body of Tootsuki's and independent !? How dafuq can they shut it down then when they have absolutely no jurisdiction !? Dafuq is this kitten !!?  .

 

As for the chapter I don't have anything to say anymore bc Trangy said it all   Cooking went to dark  .

 

When will the cooking start !? We've been out if it for so long !!! I need more delicious food !!!   . But no food from the E10 (more like E6) they can all go and fuk themselves they make no sense whatsoever and are bunch of selfish bastards who thinks their food and skills will get the recognition/fame they deserve with all the other students coping/implementing  their kind of food and skills  . What bunch of morons  .  God that last panel and Eizan's creepy face . I hope Soma and Ishiki tear him apart by putting bunch of knifes and forks straight up his ars so he can feel the pain   .

Hmm, I guess it all sudden but I don't really see it as a bad thing, I just feel this will end up being important to certain characters
and involve a change for the school, I guess that's why I don't really have any complaints

I don't really understand about this new regime, if they abolish everything then what is the point of coming to this school? no study, no cooking, nothing to do except waiting for the elite 10 to discover new recipe waiting for them to teach us?? the except the elite 10 no student is allowed to cook or at least try to discover a new recipe right?? can someone please enlighten me ?

Oh yeah. Well let's see if Tsukuda can write himself out of this one. It will be a testament to his writing talent. Though going full blown shonen is not not my thing for a cooking series. Ah well Like I said I want to see this resolved properly as a testament to Tsukuda's skills as a writer. and when are we  gonna get back to the cooking while on the subject?

You know what this chapter reminded me of? The Demon headmaster, it's a book I had to read in school so like 25 years ago, but basic plot, the headmaster has demonic eyes and hypnotyses the entire school to follow his regime and are basically drones, and only a few are immune to his hypnotism, and these few are working to save the school from the headmaster without getting caught.

 

Here we have a demon headmaster who has used the teachings of the Elite ten to hypnotise the students and only a few people are not immune, and will be working to free the school of the old regime.

 

I have to wonder how long this regime will last, is there more planned after this? I can't see interest in the manga lasting too long if it's a battle to over throw the new overlord last years.....I think I got so excited about the way the manga has moved recently that never fully comprehended the long term appeal of the new villain..he might get old quick, he's already lost his appeal this weak, and i'm ready for him to be defeated.
