Not the series, but the anime will stop again until manga gets enough chapters. That said it really seemed like they have no choice but to end at a sad note.

I don't think it will stop again, they haven't saod anything and they shouldn't end it with the arc that is suppose to come wayyy later, it has enough material to animate before that arc

Well, it's hard to say. I feel like we will end on a sad note. The only way we can end on a lighter note is this arc we're in. Luckily, Sorachi is back in action, so he can try to finish it before the anime catches up.

Ohhhhhhhhhh That guy !!!! Yeah I remember him now , funny though I thought the same thing too when I first saw him  . But unlike you know who Kyojiro was a cool and good character I liked him very much   .

For the record, I am talking about anime. I guess you're right. It's just that the opening already introduced the new guy, which I can't wait, and the ending strongly hint for that. I wasn't convinced until I saw the kunai. That is no coincidence. We are getting ready for that. But for now, we need more to cover.

Looooooooooved this episode today. I swear, even if the entire season was kitten as hell, as long as we have Gintama, the anime world will be fine XD

 

Had a kitten day today, so Gintama making me laugh felt good.

 

And that ending... can't get enough of it! Really highlights the strong and beautiful bond Gintoki shares with Kagura and Shinpaichi.

I don't know. Often, people would think that the stuff we're in right now is like what happened with One Piece, where it pretty much needed for one. Here, well, we don't know how this goes but I guess we have to wait.
