The saddest part is people fighting over for translations and not realizing that no matter if Sasuke thanked the vest or his rinnegan, or left it vague or thanked Sakura the kittening meaning of the scene is same.
FOr god's sake at this rate we will requesting translations of SFX, we're not even discussing the chapter anymore.

Are people arguing whether he thanked Sakura or not? Would it be bad if he thanked her? :s I haven't payed attention to the convo here, but he's thanked her before, the night he left.

 

Besides, it should be easy to distinguish if he says it's thanks to a person or an object?

It doesn't really matter who Sasuke was thanking.

Even if it's Sakura, I don't see any problem with that. This doesn't make SasuSaku canon at all, really.

 

We all know Sasuke's feelings for Team 7, and we know how important Sakura and Naruto are in his heart.

So, showing a panel where he's thanking or saving Sakura isn't weird, especially when we know that after his meeting with Itachi and the Hokage's, hate isn't his problem anymore, it's his point of view on how a village must be that is the problem.

 

 

 

When Sasuke's arc will begin, Kishi will developp NS, and SK on the other side.

We know that Taka will support Sasuke's point of view, even if he's wrong, they will believe in him like Sakura and the others believe in Naruto.

Kabuto is a good exemple, even if he has been talked no jutsu, he doesn't take Naruto's side. He follows Sasuke.

We don't know the details yet, and we will probably have a big discussion between Sasuke and Taka, but it's obvious that Kabuto believes that Sasuke could make a better world and a better village.

 

That's why he believes that his place is at Konoha's orphenage.

Kabuto wants to "walk with him" like Hinata and Shikamaru like to say.

 

Each Taka member will probably do the same after they will give their reasons.

And that's where it becomes interesting for SasuKarin.

I see big develloppement waiting for Sasuke and Taka. Kanae already explained SasuKarin's developpement, so I don't need to say what we will expect, we all know.

 

 

The fact that she's his favorite.

The fact that he knows her pretty good.

The fact that Kabuto and Suigetsu see them together in the futur.

The fact that she did something to him in the past (wich leave good material for futur developpement)

The fact that Sasuke cares about her.

The fact Kishi made her as a Uzumaki female (union between Uzumaki x Uchiha is a great message)

 

 

All that stuff will be explained in final vilain's arc (Sasuke's arc).

Hope Kaguya will be defeated soon.

Ok, we are closing in to the next chapter. So here I go with my predictions:
-Sasuke carries Sakura in a bridal hold for:
-because she's exhausted
-because if she has to escape, Sasuke will carry her home.
-Sasuke will regenerate her chakra and/or Obito's.
-Sasuke will place his hand(s) on Sakura's hand(s) to help Obito doing the portal.
-Sakura's reaction is part 1 era.
-Sakura's part 1 and ending the developments from 540 or perhaps earlier.
-Sakura wants to take advantage of him holding on.
-Obito see a parallel of them as himself and Rin.
-Obito see a parallel of them as Kakashi and Rin.
-Sasuke says he's sorry.
-Sasuke says thank you to Sakura or Obito or both.
-Stuck together in that dimension and Sasuke will just stay with Sakura.
-Stuck together in that dimension and Sasuke will just stay with Sakura. Obito passed out.
-Sasuke hugs Sakura after their argument.
-Sasuke hugs Sakura after their chat.
-Sakura blushes in any given time, including now.
-Sasuke reveal his plan but now tampering since Sakura is convincing him.
-Sakura's development is to forever stay in love with Sasuke.
-Sakura cleansed the entire doubts and downfalls from the past developments, notably chapter 540.
-Sasuke takes his shirt off, making Sakura feeling a bit hot.
-Sasuke takes his shirt off, only to give it to Sakura.
-Obito and Sasuke becomes really good friends, having Sakura smile like everything is all good.
-Obito says he's sorry to Sasuke, but he respond in a good light, making Sakura happy.
-Sasuke flirts with Sakura right before going to the portal.
-Sakura pass out from either exhaustion or because of Sasuke, thus him carrying her in bridal style or anything else.
-Sakura will be upset that Sasuke stops preventing her falling, thus think in her inner Sakura that it's lame.
-Sakura and Sasuke's developments end with each other, acknowledgement and hint of romance.
-Sakura going love dovey throughout the whole chapter or rather before he leaves. Again, all wounds are healed.
-Sakura daydream Sasuke doing something nice, only to get nothing in real life.
-No mention of Naruto to cause the whole chapter into a Team 7 thing.
-Any scenes with Obito, Sasuke, and Sakura.
All of these can be mixed in together, as well as chance of alteration. So, get ready for SS to be canon worldwide this Wednesday. Live! Get hype!

Sakura was so awesome in this chapter. She really went all out. I'm glad that Kishi hasn't relegated her to the sidelines. I'm just a little jumpy, because when it comes to Sakura you never really know what Kishi is going to do. It seems like we're getting really close to the end, so I hope that Sakura will continue to stay relevant throughout this ordeal.

 

As for the SS moment, I'll just stick with my usual policy, which is to wait and see. It might be a sign that SS is going to happen, but personally I think Sasuke is finally going to acknowledge Sakura's strength. She just helped save him from being stuck in another dimension, so it's really the perfect opportunity.

-Use of Sakura's pervert intention on Sasuke.

-K12 with Naruto siding with Hinata and Sakura with Sasuke. Now with legitimacy.
-Sakura being physically close for the purpose of romance.
-Sasuke and Sakura doing the last page scene in the colorspread.
-A very strong theme of Sakura and Sasuke.
-No Naruto or Team 7

Movie announcement:
-Team 7 being back as Sasuke and Sakura being strong focus as Naruto become Luffy: not serious of surrounding but only in combat.

-Hinata being a center focus:
-Hinata gets captured and Naruto loses his cool

I'm late to the party but I read all the interpretations of the chapter. I personally saw nothing romantic with what happened SS wise. Kishi always draws that eye stuff with them and it leads to nothing honestly. Also the fact that Sasuke caught her from falling from exhaustion wasn't as huge as everyone made it to be. Overall, I just want to know what the announcement is for the next chapter.
