Well I do have to say that is a very true statement. He's a sh*tty dad and he's pathetic.

Even Boruto understands his father is kitten and pathetic. That gives me enough reason to respect him. After all, he's the only one who can outright say it.

Most likely they will release trailers, I don't see a reason not to. The purpose of this movie is to make money and in order to make money they need to advertise it so more people will go to see it. However the trailers will have a lot of Naruto and Sasuke only to reveal in the end that those two were used to attract people. You know just like they did with the last.

Don't worry burrito will come to the rescue.

Yeah I can't believe we were all getting excited about The Last when we got the announcement first hit along with the teaser trailer drop. I mean I'm not going to lie and say that everything about The Last sucks. The only good thing aside from Kurama fight, semi-Sakura fight, and Sasuke meteor save is the first teaser trailer I'd be lying if I said that was kitten. I mean I still remember no one would've ever guessed by viewing the first teaser trailer that we would be getting a shoujo type movie when it came to Naruto's final story.

I was hoping the last would have all four teams +sand sibs fighting some powerful enemy, so that we could see what changed after two years.

 

....Then we got a sh*tty shoujo imitation love story.

Oh no doubt about it, I used to argue that point here years ago, OP has always beenin a different league to Naruto, and for those Hinaturds that think about poor Hinata, just because she had a strict father, and Naruto never loved her. should see the young lives of Nami, Robin and Boa and then open their mouths. Those three show us the true strength of a woman, I think Oda deliberately had female charactors go through those hardships, because he knew a male in the same situations would turn dark.
 
I have a question, is Hinata really more popular than Sakura? I ask because if you go to ff.net and filter in stores with Sakura as a charactor and then Hinata, you see a massive difference. Sakura has 89.3k compared to 46.3k for Hinata. That's allot of stories with her as a charactor of relevence considering shes meant to be so unpopular. Sure NS might not be very popular there but Sakura herself doesn't appear to be that unpopular.

Yeah and I mean when it comes to the hype surrounding Boruto The Movie, I'm keeping my expectations relatively low, and something tells me it'll be better than the Last but that's it. It's not going to be as amazing as RTN, Will of Fire, Shippuden Movie 1, or Land of Snow. I'd be pretty damn shocked if it did fell into that category. If it came to me I bet it's going to be an above average film and that's it. The fim's probably not going to get any higher than that.

My expectation was neutral but now, it's lowered. The movie feels more towards to Naruto/Sasuke than their offspring because of the obvious moral.

LOL Kikitten already confirmed it  himself in one of his interviews  that he run the story , more so this ending  and change of Heroine status based on "Popularity" This is straight from the elephant's mouth  there is nothing to question or not to believe in . The fact that he's a stupid moron who doesn't really know his fanbase his readers that's another thing LOL  .

I agree. For 'canon', it's gonna be a pretty lame movie (just like the last)...It's kind of pitiful, especially when all the other filler movies are sooo much better.

Meh, I prefer Salad over Burrito and the cleaning utensil. She looks like she's actually worth something compared to those two.

Yeah, well, that requires Kishi actually put effort, let alone female character. It's doomed if it goes on more than one arc, so thank god this is one time.

Even if burito get serialization, I doubt kishi will write it. Someone will take over it. If not that already happen.
