I'm not counting on the NS recovery scene itself, I'm counting on the aspect of some interaction between Naruto and Obito when he wakes up that could reasonbly merit you, know a scene of relief from sakura to naruto after all this, I mean the aspect of Naruto dying could hit her again when the time comes for him to face sasuke. Its like he just came so close to death, for it to possibly happen again, doesn't this spell possible concerns development for Sakura? It could be an event that worries her in the future.

 

I mean by all other means, we just had a few chapters of despair, near death, and almost hopelessness. Then Guy is about to sacrifice himself, Naruto is saved by obito and sasuke by kabuto, both having learned something, and then naruto and sasuke meet the sage by means of Naruto getting the tailed beast chakra obito dragged along including Yin Kurama, and otherwise Sasuke by getting hashiramas blood. Both just saw their history lesson and what madara is intending and the sage gave them power.

 

Plus this theory kinda goes in line with how kishi did a dual display the last few chapters between Naruto and Sasuke being down, the girls crying over their condition, getting saved from a former nemesis, talking with the sage and reciving those powers, and then the bright light of them sitting up.

It's an old argument. And they are partially right. In japanese, Naruto said そんな感じだって. The だってhas a implication of quoting someone. But it's not a word that can be properly translated. It's just an implication. But the fact that he would make a referenceto the fake confession is just from NH fans imagination. Nothing proves it. 
I don't know if you understand what I mean, japanese is a real confusing language, and very hard to explain. I'm going to search an example for you if you want.

You seriously think Naruto and Sasuke are going to pop up right in front of Madara??? I don't think so first they have to wake up. Second they will be in the same place, Naruto in the kamui dimension and Sasuke on the battlefield next to Taka and Orochimaru. Since Kishimoto drew panels of Naruto and Sasuke below their love inerest (Sakura and Karin) at the end of 662. I have a feeling Kishi will once drew panels of Naruto and Sasuke waking up with their love inerest hugging them and crying. I believe it could happen and people should be more positive this whole thing of Kishi skipping the NS recovery scene is ridiculous.

1,Madara apeared quite quickly next to Obito when he had a power up if Sasuke has power close like this being far away from battle field won't be a problem.
2. Hermit of six paths (forgot his name (;´∀`)) can travel space and time. So by gaining his power Naruto might brake out of the dimension himself (kinda like gotenks in dbz and the show made quite a big influence on Kishi)
3. Shouldn't Obito be dead from loosing kyuubi?

It depends. If they truly woke up and Gai fighting with Madara is moving all time, then we can expect them to appear in a surprise. Think as Immortal Arc. But it depends how it works. Your final bet is a flashback.

Bless this post this thread needs so much more positivity , the overall pessimistic view in here seriously kills the fun of coming in here and actually discus NS in a positive way it feels like people in here are actually afraid of the thought of NS having a moment or not i don't know why though ? There is so much more focus on the "negativity" in NS in here that we forget to focus on the much  more positive things of the NS relationship and what makes it beautiful an fun as a couple to ship . Lately i have been hearing nothing but an excuses of how Kishi might not make NS to become canon by bringing this possibility of an "open ending"  crap instead of how will he make it NS canon , i would say the latter is much more fun don't you guys think so ? Seriously this thread feels almost dead to me now and i fear this is one of the reasons why so many members like @James and some others have mentioned stopped coming in here  its the reason why I don't post here so much more often like i used to even though i'm also somewhat a new member but before that i have been following this thread for three or four years and it was so much more alive then then it's now , back then it was fun and an enjoyment to come here and see the positivity in which NS was being discussed and defended i really miss that in here . I hope that the new NS moment that will happen will bring that positivity in here and that we will forget about all of this negative kitten and also forget about the other parings and actually focus on how this paring will become canon i hope .

The reason people are being pessimistic is mostly because they don't wanna give their hopes up and be dissapointed, me I'm doing it because I currently have generalized anxiety (from too much college work and lack of a lot of free time) one of the problems with it is that it comes with obsessive thinking and negative thoughts (though I've been taken prozac and I'm slowly coming back to my old self) the reason Im pessimistic is because the GA gives me slight paranoia about the smallest of things hence why I keep bringing up anti-NS arguments, so that people can debunk them.

But if this is causing members to leave ill act more positively.

My point is aside from a conversation between Naruto and Obito(which it was brought by Inferno). Sakura must have a reaction after almost losing Naruto. With her development throughout the manga Naruto has become someone very precious to her, someone whom she has shed tears after finding out he will die if the Kyuubi is extracted, someone whom she had shed tears when she saw him transformed him into his for tails state instead of been afraid of him, someone she has shed tears when she found out Naruto is in love with her and is willing to withstand heartbreak just as long as she was happy been with Sasuke.

 

Can anyone be honest and tell me what will be her reaction when she sees that precious person she cares so much opening his eyes finally safe from harm??? It WONT be a normal reaction like" oh Naruto you're back I'm glad" HELL NO! Her reaction will be very emotional and powerful. I know it because Kishi wrote it stone. Sakura's reaction to Naruto's awakening is PART of her character development.

We will defiantly see the two of them interact now that Naruto is awake. And I think it will be a great indicator of just how far Sakura's feelings have come. I for one and very excited to see it!

There's no way Kishi would skip over the recovery scene. It would be too rich and emotional of a scene to pass up. I really can't see him skipping over it for Guy.  It's looking more to me like we'll get a scene of Guy fighting some more and starting to lose, then cutting back to Naruto and his reactions to Obito and Sakura. After a NS moment and connection with Obito, he would leave. Skipping something like this is too choppy and unsatisfying. Even Kishi must realize that.

 

You can say a NS moment wouldn't have relevance, but that's not true IMO. Sakura's reaction will be very important and maybe even compel her to realize her feelings. Even if it's not that exact moment, the recovery scene would still be a trigger whether right away or later. (Sakura being terrified of him running off to fight Madara ... most likely happening).

 

Kishi is not skipping it. I can feel it.

Just read an NH argument saying that the NS moment in 631 is a big misunderstanding and that Naruto actually said was "she said something like that" referring to the fake confession, and same old same old argument after that ("She blushes when Sasuke got near her and ignored Naruto", "632 proves that he was just joking" etc. etc.)

Really imo even if they were right the big NS moment is the gf statement its the Kushina parallel and Minato's words.

I think even if Naruto have said this, that would still prove he still loves Sakura over Hinata. Because he said this right in front of Hinata. She was right there. If he was feeling any love for Hinata, then he would never say such a thing because that would hurt her. And Hinata might have heard all this, and she's not sad at all. Hinata knows Naruto loves Sakura. I'm sure of it.

There is a thing that makes me almost sure that Kishi will not skip the awakening. When Obito started to seal the bijuus inside Naruto, a light surrounded Naruto. It was the exact same light when Naruto and Sasuke depart from Hagoromo at the end of 671 chapter. This light might be the link between the two worlds. It could also just be some hint to tell us that Naruto and Sasuke were getting back to the world of the livings... But IDK, to me it's a link and I think it's important to develop Obito and Naruto just after what he did, and it would not be possible if they would be back at fight right away. I don't think Obito will stay alive a very long time. Getting Naruto and Sakura out of Kamui might be his very last action. I also think that Sakura needs some development with Naruto, aside from pairing stuff, because she cut him open to save him. It's not nothing. It's the first time she has done something medically this big on "screen".
That would be a mistake for Kishi to skip this to manage some "surprise" arrival of Naruto and sasuke in the middle of Gai's fight right now. It would not even be a surprise because we know from 671 chapter that they are going to wake up.
Of course Kishi could make the fight last a little longer and then introduce Naruto and Sasuke in one or two chapters directly in the fight, saving Gai's ass, but to me it would be weird. I don't sense that.

I doubt he'll skip it too. This setup just might be the biggest NS potential scene. If Kishi doesn't gloss over this scene then I believe that he is done playing the tug of war games with the pairings.

Yes, I know, it's a quoting thing, like for example: 私は勉強に上手だって、あなたは言った。"I'm good in studies, that's what you said " Here the だってis quoting what the "you" said.

And in our passage, the だってquote the girrlfriend comment from Minato. That's why I said, they are partially right when they say it's a quotation thing, but the fact that Naruto's quoting Sakura is only in their dreams.

I agree with the most part that the recovery/wake up scene will happen cause it is a significant event to take place in the story line and Kishi shouldn't leave any loose ends this close to the end. Naruto speaking to Obito one last time is significant, Sasuke speaking to Kabuto on why the heck would he save his life is significant, and sakura speaking to naruto one last time before the final battle IS significant as well regardless of it being a pairing moment or not. Now it is possible that Kishi may bring out naruto into the battlefield all of a sudden without showing the wake up scene first but can show it in a flashback right afterwards cause again Kishi is so near the end of the game that he can't spare any details out anymore. So to those that have a feeling that Kishi will skip the recovery scene you all have every right to feel that way cause it is a Possibilty but don't lose faith in the fact that it WONT happen!!! It's gonna happen and we just gotta keep waiting till it happens lol X)
