Another Ten Years of Kubo Trolling his Manga? I don't think i'll last that long with it, I was losing interest after the never ending save Orihime arc, and so far the current arc has not really got off to a great start, ie. it's boring, it's already fallen behind KHR, Fairy Tail, heck even the World God only knows on the list of my favourtie ongoing manga.

I'm mainly reading as I have some hope that we'll see some of that magic we saw with the saving Rukia arc.

Another ten years?!

I don't know if I can care that long. Nothing has really happened for more than 200 chapters now.

... Oh God, that means another ten years of Ichigo never learning anything new, doesn't it?

Yup ATLEAST another ten years, that's what Kubo said at the Jump Fiesta, but thankfully less than 30 years.

Hey Ichigo might not learn anything but you know he'll be super powerful, he's like the Uchiha of Bleachverse.

Bleach 432 is out.

Seriously, controlling the soul of objects? I wonder what the soul of the toilet seat I sit on when taking a crap thinks?

Can't say I'm surprised Chad was part of this motley crew of wierdos, it might have been a surprise if Kubo did't make it blatently obvious by not showing him from the entire human crew.

What controlling the souls of object??? I find that silly and dumb come on Kubo you can do better than that. Oh well at least Chad has finally appeared. And I don't think he will be able to keep Bleach for another 10 years.

actually its right in tune with the basic mythos established in canon.

That an object might have a soul is something long debated in real life. So to use it in the context of this story is not out of the question.

Besides, it I don't think he means the same thing as a person's soul.

I'm figuring that they mean the spirit particles (like what Soul Society is made up of) or something.

But it's not really "ridiculous", you guys are taking it too literal.

Unless human souls are sealed into objects now.

Actually thats exactly what it means. much of the philosophical discussion about such things hinges on how objects have souls. Souls dedicated to the objects purpose. Its part of why people refer to objects like cars and ships as girl and the like.

Watch some of the episodes of Ah! My goddess. They deal with a similar angle, as Bell Dandy is able to hear the voices of various machines throughout the series including a car, the computer and tv and vcr in Keichis room, and a Robot built by Skuld.

As he explained it when you have a device which you feel a connection to it seems to work easier and smoother. An example might be how a race car driver just synchs with his car so smoothly that he can drive it inspite of any problems the car has.

Its not to say that the soul of an object will allow it to move on its own or the like. But that that soul enables the object to interface with its user on a deeper level.

this seems to be the direction hes taking the story and Im curious as ot how he'll incorporate the idea.

It's also has been a common belief in Japan for centuries, (It's more a spirit than a soul though) There's still a residual of this even in modern Japan, as well as a belief that even things like clothing hold a bit of the person's soul, which why Japanese people are rather adverse to buying used things, but they know westerners don't feel the same so they will sell them to westerners (usually at a pretty reasonable price compared to to the original price too.)

I don't read Bleach that often because save for maybe three or four characters, the rest is... For me, empty.

Buuut! I do really like some (okay, very few) characters. Orihime and Ulquirria are probably my favourite. What I want to know from readers that pay more attention is...
Manga Spoiler --Click here to view--

Did any character development actually happen after the timeskip? Did they really just resume their lives like that? Ichigo seems a liitle more distant and mature I suppose, but someone like Orihime who had gone through that whole ordeal, did she really return to being the happy ditz with the part-time job? The rest of the people don't seem any closer, either. This is just from someone who has skim-read but does anyone else feel that the timeskip has neglected character growth? It seems very surreal to me.

It seems like, at least to me, that this is a complete throw-back to the beginning of bleach. It is so similar that it has to be on purpose. The art, the chapter titles, how the characters act. Exactly like the beginning. So I'm guessing there is a reason why certain things are being ignored at the moment and why development has been glossed over. Ichigo is still acting closed off and not telling his nakama anything. Ishida is also keeping secrets. Orihime is trying to figure out whats going on but is also being way too childish about things. Another strange thing is that Orihime doesn't seem to be using her powers at all, and her hairpins are no where to be seen. I'm thinking there is a reason for this.

Bleach Chapter 433

OK so the newbies just want to give Ichogo their power so he can regain his Shinigami powers? I see a BUT somewhere there, it can't be as easy as they make it out to be.

Also appears Ichigo's harem is now complete with a loud mouth goth? type blind girl. There appears to be allot of loudmouths in his Harem except Orihime.

It's more like they want him to regain his powers so they can pass their powers onto him, not pass their powers to him so he can regain his.

Oh, the "OMIGOD" from her was pretty funny too.

Now my question is why did the light haired kids with the cap on attack Ishida? Well it looked like it was him.

Right misread that part, thought they were saying he'd regain his power once they gave their hollow powers to him, not they'd give him their powers once he regained his shinigami powers.

Do these guys really want to give up fantastic powers like that, or do they have an ulterior motive? Well, if they do, then that would solve the Chad problem since he'd just fade away in the background with no powers.
