You Gintama fans in here HAVE to watch the first episode of Osomatsu-san. Rivaled Gintama in its references, just as funny as Gintama, and directed by the previous director of Gintama! Seriously, I've laughed way too hard in this episode. And each of the sixtuplets is voiced by a famous voice actor, so voice actor heaven for me

Yup! Gundam comes out usually on Sundays I think. Was pretty good. I'll continue watching it. It's confirmed to be 25 episodes btw.

 

Pretty sure you won't be disappointed with the first episode. I'm not recommending the entire series, just the first episode b/c I think it was a really special episode (there's no way they are gonna make that many references again in just 24 minutes). Even Gintama itself was referenced in there.

I found the Gundam series. It's interesting. It's a mixed directions with this series, unlike Age seems to cater for mainstream audience. Granted the character designs in a way does here as well, but the premise seems to be the way Gundam is known. Instead of orphans being used to seek justice, they're used to find home. It's different. I know it's only 25 though 00 did get another season in a later time, so I don't know if this one would.

Yeah, they did well in this episode XD But I think that is the only time we'll get to see that many references. Next episode it'll go back to just the Sixtuplets in their every day life (this time in color, lol). Guess I'm still gonna watch it just b/c for fun I guess.

I researched this series. I didn't know it's technically a sequel but the idea is that there's no real plot or something like that. This is what I believe people think Gintama is about: random comedy and nothing else. I do think the fact the director of Gintama is doing this is what probably make this episode hilarious and it's a good thing. I don't know if others can really pull it off well.

I've thought about it, and prob not. After 250+ of directing Gintama, you kind of know what makes people laugh. The comedy in this episode was just too reminiscent of that of Gintama. The green-haired dude Choromatsu was basically the straight player, just like Shinpaichi XD

It's something I would watch for craziness, so I definitely give it a whirl.
