I still don't think we should have pairing moments at all at this point until the final reveal happens. Not for the sake of the manga, but because I don't want to hear another uproar from the fans.

Lol funny I thought the same for a funny reason. Like Sasuke got his side all to himself.

A bit off-topic: The CD cover for ending is funny to see Team Kakashi and Lee and to pose the same as the real band. It just reminds me that I do wish we get one more arc or something that will have all Sakura in her old uniform before the end of the series. That's just me.

I was hopping that by now someone would already clarify what Sakura actually said in that last panel but it seems that I still need to wait a little more.

Why people keep predicting Naruto's death and Sasuke's it doesnt make sense, if Naruto is destined to prevail and become hokage wtf he has to die.

This only smell NH/SS hatedom towards Naruto's character, now that they see that NH wont happen they want to kill Naruto off.

that's why i wrote "die"

maybe they will fall badly injured and sakura will be forced to choose

i thought about that because someone talked about what naruto said earlier, about he and sasuke dying if they fight together in the future.

I came to think : why Kishi made him said that, is it foreshadowing ?

I don't know how to fix the first quote section. Inferno's post is the single paragraph in the second quotations. The rest it me.

 

Very nicely said Nate. Really, it's just a matter of time. Everything going on pretty much falls in our favor.

 

1. Kushina/Sakura parallel- This pretty much confirms that when she says find a girl like her, Sakura is that girl, and lets not forget how Kishi pretty much mirrored a lot of their moments.

 

     - The Bridal Save. 

     - The insecurity both Sakura and Kushina had as children, and the fact that both Naruto and Minato complimented them on these particular insecurities that they did have. Of course, Naruto hasn't done so in character YET. 

     - And of course their personality and such.  

 

2. Naruto's feelings up until now have been unchanged, and we pretty much called this considering he NEVER gives up. Why would he give up on the girl of his dreams? I could see him settling after she's found someone, but she's not in a relationship, so he really has no reason to right now. I love how antis claim that this only applies to him trying to become hokage and such but really, it applies to his desire to be the guy for Sakura. 632 pretty much shows us this. He still wants her attention. He still loves her. This crushes any chances of any couple other couple involving Naruto happening. Even after her confession. Even after all of the times she's shown her feelings in front of Naruto for Sasuke, he still put her happiness before his, but I don't think he fully realizes that he's the one who brings her true happiness. 

 

3. Sakura's apparent feelings for Naruto. They're likely there. She didn't deny her feelings on two occasions. 

 

     - Her confession. When he questioned her, she retaliated but not once did she deny that she had feelings for Naruto. She only changed the subject and gave her real reason for coming there. It's hard to peg where these feelings actually became subconsciously apparent to her. Could of been when she found out that Hinata loves Naruto. Could of been way back when Yamato made the unfinished comment. Could of even been when Naruto made the PoaL. What's apparent now is that she definitely feels something for Naruto.  

 

    - The boyfriend comment. I'm not gonna delve into this one.     She didn't deny it. She responded by being a typical Tsundere but of course, once again, there's no denial there. 

 

So yeah, it's really only a matter of time. Piece it all together and you clearly get NS. I'm not necessarily worried about the delivery anymore considering how Kishi has handled things up until now. Not once did he actually lead us on. When you look at chapters like 615, you clearly see that it was one sided. When you look at moments like Hinata's confession, you clearly see that it was again one sided. Sakura's confession. UP IN THE AIR. 631's girlfriend comment. AS OBVIOUS AS IT GETS. I feel like antis actually fall back on Sakura's response too much and not look at that whole picture, but whatever. We're golden. I'm not gonna shout canon yet, but I will say, MANY people will be disappointed in the end, and they can't call it bad writing considering everything adds up, and they were clearly seeing what they wanted to see.

LOL Look at what happened this chapter. They MADE a pairing moment out of Sakura's response. A simple "Sasuke-kun" caused soooo much fuss. Absolutely mind blowing. I bet if she ends up yanking Sasuke out of the way of an attack, people are gonna scream SS is canon.

After that whole situation, I wish Sakura just didn't have any damn dirt on her face. LOL Or at least in those particular areas but what's done is done. It's not even like this will somehow miraculously push SS to be honest. That's what happens when a lot of stuff gets misread. You end up disappointed with no one but yourself to blame.

Also, I feel like there has to be some trigger for her to actually have her feelings shift anyway, and that's likely not gonna happen in this current battle so that'll be resolved later I'm assuming.

 

I also think the Rookie 9 may get another moment. People like Shino, and Kiba haven't really had much of a moment from what I remember. Correct me if I'm wrong.

LOL I saw people say she ignored Naruto, told Sasuke thank you, she fangirled, she was an ass to Naruto and all type of crap. I look back, and I ask, where in the hell did all of this happen?     Sakura CLEARLY isn't like she was in Part 1, but haters will clamor on that she is. Again, misreading kitten and seeing exactly what they wanna see.
