You are correct about mentioning Katsuya in your post, my apologies. My points about Tsunade's list of other techniques, however, still stand.
The panels show her pushing the boulder off of Chiyo, not picking it up and throwing it at Sasori. If we are to qualify that as superhuman strength, given Sakura strength stats of 3, then apparently Kakashi is even stronger physically, given his stats of 3.5.
And once again, Chakra enhanced strength involves concentrating chakra on one point along the user's body, then releasing it on the point of impact. It is an imitation of strength, whereas Tsunade physically picking up the sword (rather than punching it) is a display of true superhuman strength.
Once again, regarding Sakura and the Zetsus, she let her emotions get the better of her, and she let her guard down despite being the one to uncover firsthand the Zetsus' method of attack. That was my original point.
Hinata annihilated against Neji without putting up a fight? I suggest you reread those chapters. She defied everyone's expectations, despite her utter lack of battle prowess in comparison to the heralded Neji.
Sakura defeated Sasori? Correction: Sasori should have won that fight, as Chiyo herself stated. Sasori chose to let himself die in his "parents'" embrace.
Keyword being IF. Sakura has yet to show any signs of progressing in any of those areas.
Trying to debate multiple people at one time is quite tiring, as I am now coming to realize....
Okay, so I understand why you are getting frustrated having to debate so many ppl at once. Its not easy which is why I stopped going on Narutobase and Why I said a couple posts back that this should be changed so it is more one on one then 10 on one. So if you don't want to have to take on more then one person and you don't reply to this I understand.
Alright here we go:
Your point about Tsunade's other techniques do stand, but this was also mentioned in my post, When I said that Sakura lacked Katsuyu and the Yin seal. The Yin seal is required to perform the strength of a hundred and mitotic generation, but perhaps you did not know this so moving on.
The panel that I posted about Sakura lifting the boulder was before She had to lift the boulder off of Chiyo. I know that it is hard to see, however when it is compounded with Narutopedia,"She was also able to use this new-found strength to lift a boulder nearly twice her size". But also the page after shows a bunch of rubble debris. And then she lifts another boulder off of Chiyo.
Now as for the Databook stats, Kakashi is physically stronger then Sakura that is true. However, whether chakra control is an imitation of strength or not is besides the point. The question is how much strength can Sakura muster with her Chakra control. In fact, in a battle lifting a giant sword is besides the point. What matters is can Sakura connect with her punch, because her smashing the boulder to enter the cave [and that was one big ass boulder by the way] shows how powerful it is. In the fight with Sasori, Chiyo admits that Sakura did not need her help to maneuver.

As for Sakura and the Zetsu's, you are correct. It clearly shows that she did not see through this deception and let her emotions get the best of her. Like I said she is emotionally weak, as shown by her crush on Sasuke and when she ran straight towards four tailed Naruto. However, Hinata has also lost control of herself due to her emotions.
For example, during the fight with Pain, after Naruto orders everyone to leave Pain to himself, Hinata worried for Naruto, Runs straight into the line of fire and admits that she let her emotions get the best of her when she says she is being selfish.
Now as for Hinata vs. Neji, I did take the opportunity to reread those chapters. Though I don't think she was as impressive as you say.
First off he gives her a chance to forfeit
And though it seemed like she was "pushing him". We see that he had already neutralized her attacks.http://www.onemanga.me/naruto_manga/79/16/
Another point where he asks her to forfeit.
http://www.onemanga....to_manga/79/19/
Her blows had no effect on him as he had shut down her chakra flow.http://www.onemanga.me/naruto_manga/80/4/
And finally here we see that he finishes her after she refuses to forfeit with one blow, his master strike.

Neji was in full control of the fight the entire time, the only reason Hinata lasted as long as she did was because he was being merciful in order to give her a chance to forfeit. In the fight against Sasori, not only did Sakura push Sasori to his final resort. 100 puppets. But he was not toying with her. Though Hinata continued to stand up, it was because Neji refused to finish her off trying to give her a chance to surrender.
Therefore, Sakura has not regressed because she has never had any power over Sasuke, still has won fights, IE Zetsu, has always been weak when it comes to Sasuke, and is a powerful ninja in her own right possessing Med ninjutsu skills, superior chakra control and strength, excellent evasion skills, and a keen intellect. She has also always been emotional, and personally the fact that she wanted to help a husband and wife is not necessarily weakness.
Whether Hinata has fought superpowered foes or not, Kishimoto has not shown that she is a physically strong ninja. The fight with Neji which should have been the closest, was a one-sided fight that only lasted as long as Neji wanted it to. Though Hinata has become more courageous, she still has yet to prove her strength in battle.
