I think 634 is somewhat of a threat to NS. I mean Hinata set it as one of her goals to be with Naruto the same way Shikamaru was setting himself up to be Naruto's advisor. I do not think she meant it in a platonic way either (considering she was thinking about her holding Naruto's hand when she said she wanted to be by his side forever)

Naruto wants to be with Sakura-Chan and loves Her .I think 634 is somewhat of a threat to NS. You're thinking too much. Did you take that seriously from that NarHin on a debate thread?
Just think positive for NaruSaku instead.

Nothing wrong with being sure. Though I do tend to overthink things I admit that much.
Problem is aside from being by Naruto's side forever there isn't anything left for her to do at the end of the story. Since the beginning her character was shy and timid and by the end she became more confident...sort of
Though ofcourse after 631 Kishi would have to flat out go out of his way to change Minato's opinion in order for NS to not be endgame. Still I can't help but feel bad for Hinata, her goal was and still is to be with Naruto and its most likely not going to happen so she's sort of just left out in the rain by the end.

I've seen a few NH fans recently that genuinely believe Naruto is in love with Hinata AND Sakura. Their proof of course is 615 (given) and the girlfriend comment of NS, but I'm still shocked at how anyone can logically believe this. It's not as bad as saying Naruto doesn't love Sakura at all, but I can't choke down how they argue Naruto is "conflicted" and "choosing between Sakura and Hinata." It's like they're swapping Sakura with Naruto because she is the only real one who fits that criteria. It just doesn't make any sense.
Naruto's behavior in 631 works against that argument. It basically eclipses NH being two-sided in one line. Naruto calling Sakura his "sorta girlfriend" confirms he 100% does not see Hinata in a romantic light. It doesn't matter if he was joking or not, he made his preferences blatantly clear. Naruto said this in public and the real crusher was that he was saying that when Hinata was in earshot. If he loved her too or was conflicted, then he wouldn't have said that at all. He doesn't lie to himself when it comes to love, right? Why would this be different?
It's just ... not like Naruto to say something like that if he's uncertain/conflicted on where his romantic interest lies. There's a slim chance he forgot Hinata was there, but even if he did the point still stands. Naruto doesn't lie about who he likes or who he doesn't. In 631, he chose Sakura just like he always has from day one. It's also possible Hinata didn't hear him, but she could've and that's the important part.
Srsly where does these fans find evidence for Naruto loving both girls? At least when you argue Sakura loves both Naruto and Sasuke and is choosing between them you have support for it.
The fact that NH fans can state that Naruto loves BOTH the girls, proves that they don't understand Naruto's character at all. Everyone here knows that Naruto's not the type of a guy who'd love two girls at once. He belonged to Sakura from day 1 and still belongs to her. He's pretty serious about her and does not want her to be replaced by anyone. He simply can't love another girl(If he has to, he can, but he's just too much into Sakura and loves her by all his heart), Sakura's it for him. I don't know why but its just that you can see his character and his personality as a whole and it immediately clicks that he is a very loyal and honest guy and there is just one girl for him whom he is pretty serious about and dosen't want to leave her at all costs, and that girl obviously being his childhood sweetheart, Sakura!

I don't see why it should be a threat. Kishi's made it pretty clear that NS is his intended pairing, but let's say Kishimoto did intend for Hinata's words to imply that she wants to pursue Naruto with the mindset of becoming his significant other. What's supposed to happen next?
Naruto has shown zero signs of changing his feelings from Sakura to Hinata -- in over six hundred chapters no less -- and even tells his own father with a completely serious face that Sakura is his sort-of girlfriend. And when Naruto lay dying, it was Sakura who was there; manually pumping his heart and breathing for him, while Hinata was unable to even reach his side, let alone save him. The symbolism is very clear.
Now, that's not to say I think Hinata development is done, because Kishi keeps bringing her up in situations where it would otherwise be unnecessary if that were the case, but she isn't a threat. The most I can see happening is that Naruto and Hinata will talk and he will kindly turn her down and she might be sad, but accepting, because Hinata isn't the kind of person who would try to force her feelings on someone and that would be the end of it. However, I think it's more likely Hinata will let go on her own at some point. She may find some purpose of her own to pursue later on, as a stronger person for Naruto's influence, happy that she was able to stand at his side as a comrade-in-arms, though that's not to say she may or may not retain some residual feelings for him.
Nothing wrong with being sure. Though I do tend to overthink things I admit that much.

No, her goal was to be like Naruto, to emulate his strength and confidence. She just happened to develop feelings for him along the way.

Naruto has Loved Sakura since Chapter 1. I completely doubt he will have a change of heart at this point

Who knows maybe Sakura will pull a Rin and sacrifice her life, getting killed by the one she loves. After which Naruto has to make a choice to not become like Obito. I thought this was unlikely at first but dat Kishi parallelism

Her character would be sacrificed just to develop another character. She would merely be the trigger making the protagonist question himself.
No thanks.

What you just described is like one of those horrible dreams where the person wakes up in a puddle of sweat.
