The weird thing is why Naruto. I mean he has like what, 1/16 part of Senju? Indra for any Uchiha makes sense since it's still in Uchiha lineage, but Naruto, why?

The whole prospect of Naruto being part senju is just from the whole "Senju and Uzumaki are distant blood relatives"

 

This statement itself would mean that the Uzumaki have a relation to the Senju within direct dependence, but not as much with the Uchiha, remember if anything has followed real world logic in the Naruto universe, its the aspect of genetics and heritage.

 

The commonly held argument for the Uzumaki-Senju relation before this chapter was this:

 

Prior to knowing about the Sage and that he had a brother, it was assumed that in the 1000 so year gap between the sages time and time of the naruto story, it was held that the uzumaki all descended from Ashura, it would be expected that at some point in the millennium since the sage to narutos time, that at some point a genetic difference from the senju originated, this group lost the wood style but their chakra was instead focused to become more on stamina and sealing techniques, hence that splinter group along the millennium became the uzumaki clan. Basically this is going in line in saying that while the Senju and Uchiha were the prime and oldest ninja clans, the Uzumaki descended from the Senju as a prime subgroup, it was different and unique in its own part, but also related to the senju, not like the majority of other clans. LIkewise there is still no proven connection between the Uchiha and Hyuga, the aspect of the link between the possibility of the uchiha and hyuga being the same is one of these:

They are related but the group that split off from the sharigan or mutated away from it was much more radical, AKA there are differences to how radical genetic diversity could be, so in this case, unlike the senju-uzumaki relation, which would not have been as radical, if the uchiha and hyuga were once related, then the change from the sharigan to the byakugan would have been so intense, that the sharigan which changed to the byakugan would have become so distant, it became its own thing over the millenium having no original trace of its original heritage to the sage, jubbi, uchiha, or senju. So really, while the uzumaki clan was still similar, the hyuga if they grew out from the sharigan, the change was much more intense and it lost its ancestral genetic connection.

 

Otherwise, the other simple arguement is that the Hyuga were never related, it would have to be assumed that whoever the sage or his sons and descendents taught ninjutsu too, it would have to be assumed some group of people used these tecahings and developed the occular bloodline by forms of creation on their own somehow and that at some point in the 1000 year gap, there was a group of proto-hyuga who developed the byakugan and it went forward like that, same how other bloodlines emerged with their own specialties like the Nara, Akamichi, Yakamana, Jugo's clan, also other bloodlines including those which held the ice, lava, particle, dust, and so on techniques.

I'm pretty much expecting the epilogue to have Sasuke's son be freniemies with Shinachiku

But the problem is Sasuke would never be interested in being in a relationship or settling down, though I wouldn't put it past him if he pulled a Vegeta and had a son for the sole purpose of being better than Naruto's kid.

Humm may be its because naruto is decendent of ashura . And may be ashura created uzumaki clan
senju clan i think was created at the 1000 years ago battle of sage and jubbi. And then asura made uzumaki clan and indra made uchiha clan. As ashura was a no good ninja first and got all his powers from his bonds . Like that may be kishi is tring to give us another paralla here . The matter here is naruto is direct decendent of ashura

It will happen.

We don't know much about their relationship yet, and I'm pretty sure "a lot" happend in Orochimaru's hideout.

What happend in 3 years? All we know is that Sasuke knows Karin very well (Kabuto comment), and that he cares for her (MS power discover against KB).

 

I think that we will have more info about it with futur flashbacks (Kishi's speciality)

Anyway, I think that the most important developpement is to be seen in "Orochimaru's hideout part".

That much I got... but still.. are Naruto and Sasuke some how.... Cousins? Why didn't Naruto inherit a blood line trait? are the hygays tied into this at all? if so, how? Is SAKURA tied into any of this in any way? what about all the other clans? why dose that sage have 3 eyes?

 

again this chapter gave me more questions the it did answer them and I have a feeling that they wont be answered till much later in the story.

I've accepted that this relationship was completely unhealthy either way, if anything it draws even more parallels to BulmaxVegeta since they weren't interested in a relationship either and pretty much used the other one as their kittenbuddy, Trunks was essentially a mistake.
