Huh, so the new enemies might be humans with powers? I didn't even think about that possibility. Hopefully, that means the non-shinigami characters will get a chance to shine in this arc. Poor Sado needs a chance to... well, do something other than be a measuring stick for Ichigo.

Yuzu and Karin have seem to have serious brother issues.

I agree that this might be the way how Ichigo gets his powers back though.

Back to the chapter, it was pretty interesting, that cellphone stuff kind of reminds me of Psyren, and Btw, it's just me or Ichigo sister have an complex for him?

Psyren!!!! That's the Manga I was thinking of when finished reading this part. thank you, it was bugging me. Yeah I think the Kurusaki Sisters do have a brother complex, probably because after their mother died, the only responsible adult was Ichigo, we've all seem what a nutjob Daddy Kurusaki is.

It's interesting that Yuzu and Orihime seem very similar in their slight hero-worship of Ichigo (and Yuzu looks a lot like her in some panels..) XD And then we have Karin and Rukia who mirror each other in their realism.

Anyways, Ryuuken-papa pretty much owned everyone in this chapter. He was quite awesome.

@alexander well I don't remember that chapter too well but to me the whole thing seemed to be related in that Karin was like "I hate pubescent boys, they're perverted" and Yuzu was like "Ichigo's not like that" (NOTE: I'm quoting/paraphrasing here) and then somewhere in that conversation Karin's quote there about Yuzu's "weird fantasies" of Ichigo comes up. If where on the same page here, then I think that Yuzu has these weird feelings for Ichigo that might inspire lolicon fan fictions between Ichigo and his sister. If they were weird fantasies regarding Ichigo then that would give people the idea of incest (or Ichigo dressed as their late mother). I could be wrong about it and we might be on two completely different pages here. Just remember that that's at least my assumption on what might be the implication of the subject in question and that I do not condone incest at all.

I don't think Yuzu's 'weird fantasies' were meant to seem sexual. I think Karin was just pointing out that Ichigo isn't perfect, and that he is a fairly normal teenage boy. Yuzu seems to think he can do no wrong, yet at the same time she also is noting a change in him so she is conflicted. Not only is Karin pointing it out, but she is also beginning to see she is right, and it is painful for her to think of her brother as less.

i agree that now ther maybe ichi-yuzu fans which in my ppoint is a little disturbing to me it seems ichigo is like a second father to his sisters especially yuzu

also i cant seem to decide whether or not i think ichigo is going to get his powers back......tensa zangets said he would lose his shinigami powers but nothing was said about his hollow/vizard powers

I just want to you and other people that I'm not an "ichiyuzu" fan (I've never supported that pairing in my life as a bleach fan), I'm just a male teenager who just happens to see innuendos in certain things out of some puberty-based hormonal habits.


@Miss Soupy you do have a good point there. Thanks for explaining that alternate interpretation of the meaning of "Yuzu's weird fantasies" as an alternative to the sexual interpretation thing. My mind was in the gutter and I just assumed it to be an innuendo so I couldn't see an alternative point of view.

Looks like these guys are good since they are interested in restoring Ichigo's powers but we can't be too certain Kubo can pull us a fast one without realizing we will have to see in future chapters.

Also I'm getting annoy at Kubo he hasn't shown Sado since the time skip began he keeps trolling us!

He's been trolling us since the Time Skip? He's been trolling for over two years now, the whole war after Ichigo's fight with Grimmjow felt like one troll after another. The Jury's still out on the newbies, Good or Evil? who knows, because not even Aizen came of as evil after the last ark, just someone who felt the need to question the authority of thr grand ruler of the Shinigami world.

Kubo's big comment:

Bleach’s author Tite Kubo is apparently set on keeping Bleach going for at least another 10 years, remarking that it is only halfway through.

Kubo’s remarks were reported by 2ch-frequenting attendees of the recently held Jump Festa, where he took the stage to talk about his creation:

“It’s about halfway through the story at the moment.

At the very least, I’ll be doing it for another 10 years.”

Another version has him being asked “So will you be keeping it going for the next 30 years?” to which he responds “I think I’d like to make it a bit shorter than that,” with the other speaker quipping that “It should be continuing for at least another 10 years!”

Both accounts agree on him saying he is about half done however, which for a 10-year-old title would rather suggest another 10 years to go.

Reactions to all this are mixed to say the least, ranging from enthused to horrified…

In the big stage Morita and Oririn dubbed ch.423 BLEACH MY SOUL live in front of the audiences and Kubo-sensei!! and not just that but they also rehashed the old IchiRuki scenes!!

The scene they dubbed :

- Chapter 1 : IchiRuki Meeting

- Broken Coda (when Rukia was taken for the first time)

- SS arc Bridge Scene :
"I came to save you Rukia"
"You fool! look at you all torn up"
"Even if I look like this, I've become stronger"

the report said both of their acting is so touching and many fans cried.

People that get on stage were Morita, Fumiko, Kubo-sensei, Nakai (kokutoo) and Furuya (shuuren), the MC asked a few fun questions like who is their favorite characters and the gave them characters selection to pick with each stereotype they had. For girls character they gave them Rukia "the fixed heroine", Orihime "the naturally loved", Rangiku "the big breasted vice-captain class", Lisa "the megane (glasses) type" and Hiyori (the reporter forget her title)

For favorite female characters all the guys choose Orihime and Rangiku because they love big boobs (Furuya even apologized to Fumiko "sorry Rukia-chan but I'm a boob man") and Nakai also pick Lisa because for him how Lisa loves to read porn book makes him excited and Morita also pick Hiyori as a "good friend" type character

and LOL Oririn when being asked which male character she likes with the selection of hotties such as Ichigo "the main lead", Kokutoo, Shuuren, Byakuya, Mayuri, (theres other choices but the reporter forgot).... she choose YAMAJII because she likes older character *GJ oririn.. you slap them all good XDDDD*

all in all the Ichiruki fans who went there are ecstatic with this year JF, they put ichigo and Rukia picture side by side everywhere and looking by the storm of tweets looks like Oririn is very charming today, they also glad over the musical announcement, they also squees on Rukia's title as "fixed heroine" and the stage performance is just MOEE

Sensei also picked Rangiku and Orihime as his favorite female characters but unless people jump to pairing conclusions, his favorite male characters are Mayuri and Aizen sooooo.... LOL.
