Won the money two weeks in a row in the money pot I play in. Free 105 bucks.
And in other good news. Thanks for the easy win Vikings. On to an easy 2-1 against the Raiders. Then on to a very injured Chiefs. I love how we're using Gronkowski. Only let him play in critical game moments. Good way of keeping his body, muscles, and stamina up. Patriots can be 6th seed (but more than likely they will be 2nd or 1st). As long as they have a healthy Gronk in the playoffs. No one can beat them.
Also. Broncos barely won to a half injured Chiefs. Even if Von Miller had to be taken out the game, you can't start to struggle against an offense with their best offensive leader off the field (Charles). Sure you were missing Welker too, but the Chiefs were missing basically their entire secondary, and other huge parts of their defense. Can't believe Denver almost lost that at home. But they're supposed to be better than Seahawks, 49ers, Patriots, and Cardinals this year? Psshh... Like I said. The Broncos lost their run defense to get a pass defense. Everyone thought they got an elite defense, but wasn't paying any attention to the 5-6 key defensive players they let go of to sign Talib (who will just get injured anyway), Ware, and Ward.
3 5 favorite Patriots performers this week:
1. Chandler Jones: Got to be in the top 3 of my favorite defensive players in the league. The guy will get 15-20 sacks this year.
2 3. Logan Ryan: Browner serves a 4 week suspension for drug abuse, so Dennard is our number 2 cornerback for the first four weeks. However, he sat out this week with a minor injury. With this, Ryan had to cover one of the most versatile players, and possibly the biggest 2nd year prospect of 2014-15. His name is Cordarrelle Patterson. Patterson had a very hard time doing anything today against him, and Ryan even picked off a pass thrown towards him by jumping his route.
3 4. Julian Edelman: Welker 2.0. Nothing more to say. Not only can he be a consistent week to week top 3 slot receiver, but he is proving to be the leagues best punt returner year after year.
Edit: Actually now that I think about it... Why isn't Revis in my top 3? How many yards did he give Greg Jennings? 0? And he got a pick. Man I suck at choosing stuff... And Hightower did almost as good as a job as Chandler did. Revis #2, and Hightower #5. Mccourty and Mayo both played elite as expected, but I'm not changing this list anyone.
