If I am not wrong, the raw says nothing like 'thank you' and we know these all thanks to the awesome translators on this site who have their mother tongue as Japanese itself! Kudos to them

I re-read his translation and Viz, she never said that

I think he was just saying he could be thanking anything pretty much(which is vague?)

Well different level can be interpreted as in a different stage, like I'm at level 2 just friends or level 8 best friends. That said it wasn't a good choice of words bar none.

imo . in the next chapter we will know who he meant to thank for sure . . cause in this chapter its debatable . but to be in the save side as i said 10 times already  .to go with the raw . sasuke thanking obito sakura the vest and his ability(thanking him self cause he is so great ) typical sasuke . .so we can take anything happens  next chapter smoothly

If you read 675 in a vacuum (as in not taking into consideration the rest of the story and Sakura's development), is there any actual chance one could interpret Kakashi's words as Sakura's love becoming mature?

Not really. You could have said in a higher level and not in a different level. I could give a better response but don't remember the entire passage of viz version.

No! I mean even if we disregard everything and concentrate on the words themselves, saying "You still love Sasuke but the feelings behind that have probably changed", why go this route when there are plenty of ways to go about writing "Your love has matured" or something like that!
