My friend, you seem to have a strong lack of Faith. 
Don't worry. Stay calm and support NS. The worst thing that could happen is open-ending with a vague hint of NS.
Possibility of NH/SS is rock bottom.

This is what am talking about and don't worry is the same thing I said to the NH ans SS side. We are not Kishi and the man is not someone who gives the beliese that he will make sense of everything his writing has a lot of holes and it seems more like fan pleasing rather than a good story telling. Open,NS or the other 2 not develop pairing can still happen is like most forget or angry they act because Kishi didn't not write the story there way.

The mentality I like is the one where people will say am 100% sure NS will happen but if something else happen well I guess I was wrong and maybe I miss something the other side saw, not NS should happen Kishi is a fu**ng bad writter he is patetic I will never read another of his stories.
Strong believe in something is good cockeness and calling others dellutional for believing like we do, not so much.

It'd be a bummer if it was an epilogue. I don't really see how the manga could end before then without rushing things :/

Oh well, guess we just have to wait and see. Just buckle up and enjoy the ride.

Wel... let's not be that negative about these events yet. We don't even give this movie a chance, who knows, maybe it will be very good, the "trailer" didn't showed us much for now after all.  Let's wait for more information and not whine about what's going to happen.

i guess that the manga will have a conclusion in the present time, without any timeskip into the future. This movie will be about the future of the present time, a timeskip where we can see everyone growed up.... I wouldn't be bothered by this... It all depends when and how the manga will end.

While I'm fairly positive NS will happen (I just like playing devil's advocate ) I agree that fans do tend to believe Kishi has the same beliefs they do. After 687, I honestly don't think he takes murder/attempted murder that seriously. More like slight inconvenience that can be glossed over so long as you look for redemption in the end. I guess that would make me nervous about SS happening, but I just don't see that happening.

YES but first of all I want to see sth like that in an epilogue chapter of the manga. There I want to see adult hokage naruto and his wife sakura and konoha and him stating how his life made him to who he was yada yada. But before that I want to see in manga how things with sasuke, sakura , etc were resolved and I think that needs its time. I don't want to see in the last chapter of naruto how he comes back from war and everyone is happy and he hasn't resolved the hokage and sakura deal.

Please no! That's not a proper ending for a manga that is 15 years old. For a movie okay, but not for the manga itself. The most important issue like Sasuke have to resolved in the manga.

imho sasuke will be the final villain in the movie (and maybe for the third part too). That bandaged hand is quite suspicious to me...

It's amazing that someone or something could entrust so much to a company like Pierrot - what with the enormous inconsistencies in their rendition of Kishi's story and the willingness to circumvent facts to suit their ideal universe (I'm looking at the drawn-out, overexaggerated "struggle" that Hinata had with Pain and her fanciful flashbacks versus actual spur of the moment confession seen in the manga and her face being planted firmly into the dirt after a short and pointless charge at God Realm).

Even if Kishi is monitoring the progress of this movie to ensure its authenticity, it's still ostracising those who only read the manga. What are they supposed to do? Suffer through whatever Pierrot's team churns out while foraging through the animation to find a few gold nuggets of information that can genuinely tie into Kishi's image of the plot? I have some misgivings of my own about this. I'm afraid that in a movie that is apparently being labeled as canon, Pierrot is being given an extended hand to inject their own influence over the manga universe. The influences don't even have to be large. Something that might seem "trivial" like a slight change in the mood of a side-character or a technique being used that was first introduced in filler now being considered as part of that person's actual manga moveset, that is what concerns me. I certainly don't want to see something like that chakra net barrier of Hinata's from Part 1 filler becoming a part of the canonicity because of a loophole with this movie.

I just hope that Kishi remembers that this is ultimately his work. It was originally created by him in paper format and it should end in that same manner IMO.

Well I agree with you, the naru vs sasu would remove to this movie.
Curious to see if naru vs sasu is the only fight.

I dont know if its been talked about in this forum, but ive heard rumors (or fact) that Minato and Sakura are confirmed to join naruto in the movie.

sigh...that's why I hate saiyanisland.... always misunderstanding info about naruto movie and manga. The thing regarding Minato e Sakura were about the old news for RTN, in fact the director is different, not the same as that's RTN.

 

btw.... in the teaser trailer there also Minato e Kushina, the one of the cover volume 53.... so all that panels are pretty useless.... sure, some are quite spoilers for anime watchers.... well, blame pierrot, not kishimoto.

Of course! haha! Joke aside, pairing resolution is not even a problem, I'd be more satisfied if the manga end with no pairing, than ending without having resolved Sasuke issue. It's not possible to me that the manga end without knowing rather Sasuke comes back to the village or not and if he's still evil or not. That's impossible, to end the manga just with a birthday cake. Ending the manga while leaving everytging as it is would a crap ending and I'd agree with @Don-kun when he says that Kishi is a bad writter that he will never read again. 

After all, all Naruto fans don't watch the movies and anime. The manga has to have an ending that would satisfy the manga readers only, the movies have to stay optional for the readers imo. I think it would be best if you could read the whole manga without being forced to see the last movie to see the proper ending.

Yes, I know you're right. It's very possible to end with his birthday, but not without ending it with Sasuke's issue being resolved. As I said it's horrible to end a manga that is 15 years old without having resolved the MAIN issue. It's really just to get money if he does end his manga properly in a movie only. You see, to me a simple birthday cake, without anything being resolved is not an ending. Yes, that's how I would put it: It's not an ending for a manga.
