There isn't any. But if we go by the theory that the sage was uzumaki basically uzumakis would be Senjus' and Uchihas' cousins.

Hm, this is confusing. Hm, I wonder. What if Sasuke does go after Madara with the help of others and somehow Orochimaru will take his eyes and give it to Sasuke. Remember, they have huge reinforcements. Though I don't know if you can take something from a corpse...

The key is Senju cells, once you have obtained Senju DNA and the EMS you will unlock it because you have essentially the same DNA as the sage of 6 paths.

What is mentioned is that the clans are distant blood relatives, not that only Hashirama and Mito are.

You can already imagine how much time it would take for two people of the same blood the keep on having enough generations of descendants to form clans. Hashirama and Mito are probably 10th cousins or something. Not much DNA relations there.

Actually, how do you unlock Rinnengan? In a very elaborated detail.

Well i've seen a few pages of this so I'll explain the rinnegan stuff to help some people out.

1. The Rinnegan orginated with the Sage of the Six paths. He was the first and strongest ninja ever. He beat the ten tails and sealed it within him, one thing thats possible is that the Sage earned the Rinnegan once he became a jinchurki.

2. When the Sage married and had 2 sons, his greatest powers split. The older inherited a special type of Rinnegan eye- it was not the full thing, but this would later become the Sharigan. The younger son inherited his strength and will. These 2 sons fought after the sage named the younger son the successor.

3l Generations later, with the Senju and Uchiha, they were desended from the same ansestry. The senju however had a splinter branch in their bloodline which eventually became the Uzumaki clan, people were gifted with incredible stamina (4X the amount of a normal person) and they were skilled sealing specialists.

4. How did Madara earn the Rinnegan? This leads to all the answers with Nagato, the EMS, etc. As we know, when a sharigan begins to weaken once someone uses the occular powers of the myengkeo too much, they go blind. However those who are driect blood releatives can transplant their eyes to a relative, these eyes are then renewed in a sense in that they will never deteriorte. Inzuna did this for Madara during the endless war era. By the time the leaf village was found, Madara had an EMS. When he fought Hashirama, when he supposedly died, he did not and actually gained part of the senju DNA.

5. This is where we get our answers:Madara was alive but weakned after the loss of Kurama, he would never again get the power he once had, he had gone into hiding and planned for many years how to try and take the nine tails back only for his power to be only a fraction of what it used to be. As his life went on, when he was an elder near the end of his life, due to the Senju DNA in him alongside his natural Uchiha DNA, the Senju DNA combined to unlock the Rinnegan. When he unlocked it he was able to call the Gedo Mazu or body of the ten tails back to earth. He found this was the supposed god that could bring harmony. Madara could never control the thing but was able to use it to extend his life and his senju DNA allowed him to make the Zetsu, parasitic artifical humans derived from plants and the DNA of Hashirama. When Obito came in and decided to help him after the events of Rin dying. Madara told him to take his or rather Inzuna's eyes and place them into Nagato, he had his zetsu scouting for him many times, they found Nagato to be a member of the Uzumaki clan, by doing this, Nagato gained the Rinnegan and became a short term storage for the eye of the moon plan, it was also so someone could reserect Madara with the Rinne-tesni to come fully back to life, he was powerful but Obito would die if he used it, being an Uzumaki clan member, Nagato could resist it much more due to the stamina. When Nagato was turned by naruto and the eye of the moon plan interrupted with kabuto, things took a very different turn.

6. Now a few other questions, how did more Rinnegans exist besides madara who had Inzuna's eyes? Obito, Nagato, or possibly zetsu was able to use the DNA to replicate it in other sharigan eyes. Doing this gave nagato and Obito enough for multiple spares. Remember, even a non-uchiha+Senju like Danzo was able to get the abilites of both. Kekki genki in this universe obey genetics, so basically with enough bloodwork anyone could get any bloodline techniques. Just Danzo was unable to resist the power of both the Uchiha and Senju so he lost his arm.

As for how did Kabuto modify edo tensi Madara and brought him back in his prime rather than an old man? Well Kabuto is an exert medical ninja for one, but he also had some of Hashirama's DNA to put a non-sentient clone in him as well. How did Kabuto get this DNA? Zetsu were running around everywhere, maybe even Kakazu had one. Basically at this point, Hashirama's DNA is everywhere. Kabuto was able to alter Madara to make his edo form perfect, he even had more control over it than both Tobirama and Orchimaru.

I was thinking about the Narusaku moments during the Pain arc and they have me so giddy. Funny part is I haven't read the manga or watched that anime episode just watched (over and over) the part where she hugs him and read about how the when the village is in shambles and theirs no one around Sakura, Sakura yells

Can't stop watching that Music video for Naruto OVA 8. Hopefully Sasuke and Naruto's battle is as epic as that. Plus that scene with Sakura crying into his stomach at the end was awesome.

I know. It felt like the end of part 2. I always feel like part 3 is Kage Summit Arc and up, because Pain Arc was the closure of Konoha approval of Naruto. It felt like the stake was high. It was great.
