What world are you living in?   i have not seen one positive reaction to this ending or movie from any neutral. they hate it, SS fans want to boygot it, Shounen fans hate it, eve hardcore NH fans arent happy with this. Go to naruto forum, naruto base,twitter, 4chan, thmblr etc. the majority opinion is this movie sucks ass. bottom line.

 

 

So you're wrong, stop trying to paint a perfect picture here, when the fandom CLEARY doesn't like the movie or ending.

People keep telling me different things when it comes to NF and 4chan. What am I supposed to believe?

Sometimes I ask myself just what evil we have done to deserve such a movie. I feel like I did a crime for believing in logic and equality in this manga and now have to be punished with this 110 minutes of NH crap. Thank god I have a new Noragami chapter to look forward too when this disgusting abomination of an explanation airs.

Not all the fandom hates the ending, but I think a decent enough amount of the neutrals disliked it. On Neogaf, one of the biggest Videogaming forums on the internet, most of the Naruto fans are legitimately neutral. The official thread was flooded with responses after the last chapters released and the prevailing opinion was that it was a weak ending, and a lot of them voiced their dissaproval with SasuSaku, not just NaruSaku fans, but people bothered by Sasuke ending up with any girl at all. These people really are neutral because they posted once and never posted again, all that is left is the hardcore fans and the shippers. And Naturally, they are ok with everything. 

 

If you try to ask everyone now about the ending, they'll probably be more positive reactions, because everyone who didn't like it won't talk about it anymore, they've moved on.

not really. tvtropes guys are calling it a disgusting shojo and expressing their disappointment at the glossed out kids ending. but of course there are occasional happy nh/ss fans posting.

i don't think it's smart to force the mangaka to rush the ending. the most anticipated narusasu fight lasted 5 chapters and kaguya's nonsense 20 chapters.. i won't even mention how hamura/the sage complicated things. there's so many problems unresolved.

I don't think people honestly understand how despised SS is outside of it's fandom. The Anti-SS Club is still one of the the most active fanclubs on NF even after every thing has become canon, and their are a few NH supporters who are loyal members of the club. All I hear about is how strong this pairing is, but the truth is the anti-SS element is just as powerful and vocal even if it is in a minority... and honestly I'm not sure it is.

Sasuke isn't the only one who is twisted. Naruto is more twisted, playing with a girl's feeling.

So, all the moments of NaruSaku shown in the manga and the anime are all fake? Just a manifestation of Naruto and Sasuke's rivalry?

It also contradicts Naruto's own words to Sakura: He hates people who lie to themselves.
Guess Naruto should hate himself for thinking he ever loved Sakura. XD
Seriously...Hinata's a sweet character and all but to think that she surpasses Sakura as Naruto's love interest when she doesn't even have 1/4 od her screentime..medical skills..understanding of Naruto and compassion and strength?
Ridiculous. Sakura was the perfect match for Naruto. Hinata was just his back-up plan.

But at least the Sauce was consistent throughout the series. A consistent kitten yes, but still consistent. 

 

But my point was that this movie is so bad, and destroys Naruto as a character so much that the Sauce is starting to look like a less unappetizing character is comparison (if you pardon me the food reference, but we're close to dinner and I'm hungry  ).

 

 

And he didn't get a movie....Hinata did tough.   

 

 

 

PS: Do we know now what the hell happened to Karin and to the rest of Taka?!
