Nice interpretation. I might as well add that Kishi had a chance at this moment to make NH canon or prolong the pairing wars but he didn't use it. He could have showed us that Hinata is busy in war and is oblivious to Naruto's condition. But he didn't. He not only made Hinata aware of Naruto's condition but also made her trip and fall down so she couldn't reach Naruto. Now since Naruto's condition is acute, he surely needed some expert medic to put him on track again. Here's where Tsunade could have come into picture by going with Gaara on the sand cloud and we could have got something like Tsunade seeing Dan and Nawaki in Naruto like in part 1 and Tsunade saying "Naruto you can't die. I have placed all my bets on you. Please don't make me lose atleast this one! We all need you. You are supposed to succeed me. " and all that and she could've remembered how she could not save Dan. But, what happened in reality was completely different. Tsunade was asked by Gaara to heal Naruto but she HERSELF suggested Sakura of all to be the one to heal Naruto and asked Sakura to go with Gaara. Now, since Naruto needed some expert medic(Tsunade) but what we got was Tsunade being out of chakra and Sakura accompanying Naruto. This plot somehow fulfills Sakura's dream to surpass Tsunade one day by being the expert medic with Naruto. And now comes the pairing part, he made Hinata fall down and Sakura be with Naruto. All the evidences as suggested above, point to the fact that Kishi is drawing a conclusion to pairing wars. Foundation of NS was set long back(all the moments and evidences) and now he's using that foundation for building and canonizing NS relationship. I think he shot two birds with a single shot in this scenario(Sakura's dream and NS. Sakura's dream is just my deduction though). This was just my interpretation. All the contradictions and corrections to the above deduction are more than welcomed :)

Lol I am quoting my own post XD. I'll like to clarify certain things from my side for the above post. First of all, I am very sorry if from the above post it is portrayed that I find M to M platonic. But guys that's really not the case. I do believe that it was meant to have romantic implication and it was not meant to be just a plain CPR and even I support the reason that since Sakura is Naruto's love interest she is the one to perform M to M on him. From the above post I just wanted to bring to notice, the OTHER reasons as to why Sakura was on the sand cloud instead of Tsunade and Hinata. I AM NOT AT ALL OF THE OPINION THAT CPR WAS PLATONIC OR THE WHOLE SAKURA THING IS PLATONIC. Hinata can never be as close to Naruto as Sakura is, never ever! I wanted to say that since Kishi wanted to portray that Sakura had surpassed Tsunade and from pairing point of view Kishi wanted to start building the final phase of NS relationship, it was Sakura of all on the sand cloud. I just wanted to bring to notice the other possible reasons apart from NS buildup(NS was the main reason though) and not say or support that CPR or Sakura being on sand cloud is platonic or coincidence. Incase I have portrayed that, I apologize but that's not really the case. I wanted to point out that there were many reasons for Sakura being with Naruto with ONE OF THEM(and also the most important of all) being last phase NS buildup. I am really very sorry for this post and all the caps I've used, but I couldn't really help it since I was misinterpreted.

All I can say is that we know that by the end of the yeah NS will be confirmed that is a fact that we all are hopping for and know to be true.

The ASHXMISTY boat already sailed long ago. No coming back for that. The writers apparently discard old female heroines. SerenaxAsh is the big thing now since she knew Ash from childhood and has a crush on him. I find Pokémon frustration and Ash hopeless. Even Pearlshipping sailed although I have a flicker of hope.

It may have sailed but there is still a lot of loyal fans out there. They've been following the same pattern for years now and Serena will be no different. That's why a couple of my friends aren't getting attached to it, even if they're childhood friends.

Romance is not Relevent in poke'mon on the account of it being targeted towards a younger demographic. Kids typically think love is a "Grose and Discusting" thing. In addition to that, Ash is completely clueless when it comes to romance. So I don't route for anything when It comes to Poke'shipping.

 

 

NH tries to pass 631 as a joke because apparently 632 proved that he was joking. Then there's 633 where Hinata thinks back to the hand hold and says she wants to be beside Naruto forever. That's why they still have hope in NH, from what I can tell.

 

And they call us delusional.... i'm sorry. I know you said no bashing but I just HAVE to dwell on this. SHE NEVER HAS OR WILL DO THAT! As we speak she is being helpless, 100 episodes ago she was helpless. and 100 episodes from now she will still be helpless. Heck SAKURA is doing a better job with Hinata's "Goal". I think NH fans are just steamed about the fact that Sakura is going to be all alone with Naruto in the next few chapters and are now making up more exuceses just so they can have the last laugh. Again I don't mean to bash, but I REALY just don't like Hinata or NH logic for that matter.

It had some relevancy during the beginning of the series, which spawned the pokeshipping fandom. But it has steadily died down after that. Nowadays people ship ash with any new heroine that gets replaced.

I stopped watching after the Diamond and Pearl series ended and I was a loyal fan since childhood

romance didn't really matter to me that much but Ash is one of the only Main Heroes who just will not accomplish his goals, seriously 10 years of pokemon training and he still has yet to hold his own against any Elite Four member.

The only possible ones are Sai (who isn't interested), Chouji (She says she doesn't like fat people) or Shikamaru (who hasn't had any moments with her outside of the Team 10 dynamic)

The most likely one if Kishi does plan on going through with it is probably going to be Chouji I guess.

Which brings up an interesting point, what happens when people from 2 different clans get together?

I always wanted Ino to end up with Shikamaru. I was never a big fan of Shikamaru and Temari being together.

You're not alone. I don't really care who Shikamaru ends up with, but I just don't see the level of closeness he exhibits with Temari like he does with Ino.

To be honest I've never seen the whole Shikamaru and Temari thing as a indication that they will end up together. Something is missing, it just doesn't click. And for that I believe if we are going to see another pairing besides NaruSaku, it will be ShikaIno.

Ino hasn't had romantic development with any boy, so comparing those you mentioned is pointless. Tho I favour InoxChouji, because wouldn't it be a beautiful development? Team 10 has that need all 3 vibe. That said if there's a couple, well I do wonder who then. Shikamaru got few shares with ladies thus far, so, maybe Kishi wasn't kidding about him just not getting a closing pairing.

I honestly cannot say.   I really don't have a straight answer for you. To me Shikamaru and Temari just doesn't click and even though we have never seen a indication that Shikamaru and Ino might end up together, to me it seem more plausible. Call it a gut reaction.

I don't think you were stupid at all back then. It's just that you're older now and your opinion and preferences may change over time.

There aren't any, as is with all Shikamaru pairings. We were just saying that if Shikamaru were to somehow end up with anyone, the idea of it being Ino wouldn't hurt considering how close they are.
