I just found part of the original script of chapter 693. And here it is.
It's incomplete but I'll give my opinion.

Please, don't go far away from me. If we stay together, eveything will become like in the old days. ( She says "it will become like before" in reality, but it's a bit plain. )

Sasuke : You really are annoying.

Point is, in japanese Sakura was not using the past tense.
I found this, so I might as well give it tou you guys.
If you know japanese, feel free to make you own opinion.
 

I'm not certain how RAWs can be released this early in the week and tbh I really hope this is fake. Not just for NaruSaku but for Sakura's character. She cried and begged Sasuke and it was disgusting and degrading. She deserves better and that's something Kishi should understand. =/

 

If Kishi really wrote that, it makes no sense at all. I really don't understand. He wrote a chapter where Kakashi explains that her feelings changed. It makes not sense... what is happening with Kishi ?

I can imagine a scenario where by the time Naruto confesses to Sakura she'll already be broken thanks to Sasuke. She'll have this blank expression that signifies that she's done with romance altogether. 
 
If Naruto was actually man enough to not hinge his feelings on the retrieval of Sasuke, the romance would have been slightly better in this series.

Naruto will be just another Jiraiya (aka fail man) if the story doesn't go very well... So what's the lesson that Kishimoto is trying to teach us?

Look at the fury she has on her face. This is after she looks at Naruto. Imo, she wasn't even expecting to sway Sasuke at all. This was a last-ditch effort to prevent her from losing Naruto and Sasuke. However, bc she get's this look after looking at Naruto. I think she's tired of the pain that he has caused Naruto as well. I believe that this is a much more important moment than ppl realize bc this is the Sakura we will be seeing once she wakes up from the genjutsu. Not the groveling fan-girl we saw before.

Even if my prediction is right and she ends up making a  choice between saving Naruto and saving Sasuke and chooses Naruto it still doesn't defeat the silver medal argument because one of them plans on destroying the world the other plans on leading it.

Seems like it, same thing with Obito and RIn. JiraTsu and ObiRin are really exact parallels to NS becuase NS is going to end the same way. Kishi knows how to do it

i am sad that most people are jumping ship (actually I am upset to it) and lose any interest in NS. We were already the underdogs of pairings' world but now we are the underdogs of ourselves too.

 

I'm not jumping ship. I still think it will end on NaruSaku because there is too much evidence of it.
But I really don't understand this chapter. It makes no sense to me and I wonder what Kishimoto is thinking.

Have anyone thought that the "love" Sakura feels for Sasuke its not the same? The way I see it the fandom is over reacting and not thinking clearly. Love is not just about kissing, holding hands or making babies. For example I love my family, I love my friends, I love my neighbors (well not exactly lol). Point is that's the love Sakura feels for Sasuke, its the same love Naruto feels for him friendship, family (the team 7 bond). Kakashi already cleared Sakura's romantic feelings for Sasuke have changed, what she has for him is the bond they shared as t7. I just can't believe the fandom will dismiss, more disappointing fans from this ship and members of this forum. In the end Kishi will surprise with NS I haven't stop believing and neither should you.

Well I respect your opinion, but I really don't see it. To me, she's only looking at Sasuke's back. Naruto is looking at her.

Don't be in denial... raw won't change anything since that script is reliable. It' all present tense. I tell you this again because i don't want you be misleaded and got angry once the raw will confrim the script, a certain thing...

I think Naruto looked at her because he knew she was going to break. It's also possible he looked at first because Kakashi yelled at Sasuke.

 

I'm not in denial. I understand that what you posted is the truth, but there is not all the chapter, and some sentence like " Sakura just wanted to be yours " is really too much for me. I want to have a whole translation. You see ? I will not be angry, but really, I don't understand Kishimoto on this. Really. Because this chapter we had before, we had Kakashi that explained how Sakura's feelings must have changed. So I don't know, maybe the love Sakura is feeling now is like family love. Maybe something in the raw will show it clearly. Because Sasuke thought about family, so family is involved in a way. I don't know, it's so weird for her to "confess" after the development we had. Right now, I don't understand what Kishi wants to do. I still think the end is NaruSaku, and I'm not angry or anything. I just want to understand the author.
