So is it true Kishi said that NS was the most popular pairing?
No, he never said anything like that.

I mean look at her and the shinobi medical laws,
Medical ninja cannot fight (in most cases) usually needing to stay back, avoid conflict, and generally only fight when it's nessessary or self defense (aka Sakura's talents were needed against sasori, destroyed pains centipede when it was going to hurt many people, fights in self defense when the zetsu neji attacked her) otherwise they must also not stop treatment and be the last to die or otherwise it harms the survival chances of the others in a group. For those who master the strength of 100 seal, then they can fight, sakura could do this at some later point (maybe interluding during the final fight if Sasuke it about to strike down naruto).
Now look at the white Mage in many final fantasy games, including bravely default.
Generally the class is like a classic priest or cleric from other games, focuses on healing and buffing allies. It has fair health, can take a bit if damage but otherwise is frail to physical combat, yet it resists magic well. Now in game, most people always try to protect the healer, churning out healing and buffing spells each turn. Yet the white Mage has a few times when it can go on the offensive, generally the class being like a priest, is actually effective against undead enemies, their own healing spells actually hurt the undead, this can even work on undead bosses in the series history. They also have 1 type of elemental attack, wind, the spell aero generally most games have fire, lightning, and ice/water but some enemies are weak to wind and white magic is usually the conventional way of using the wind element, this element is effective to some monsters, but mainly those that fly. So in times, when facing undead or flying enemies the white Mage becomes the primary attacker. And most of all, after needing to support the party and having healed and buffed many times over, almost every game gives the healing class or character the glory of the holy spell. The element itself is hardly resisted and a major weakness to many other bosses, usually even the assumed demonic final enemy. The holy spell while expensive, after so long in the game. The white Mage becomes outright deadly.
It's ironic how similar this is, due to kishis lack of attention to sakura, the backstory of how she prepped this for 3 years is much like how after the majority if the game is done, the holy spell comes into play for healers and makes them outright devastating when needed.

In all respect, for those who bash sakura or say her recent powerup was an asspull, it's funny because I've been playing bravely default so much, literally it's been said many times but sakura is basically a good comparison to the white Mage from the final fantasy series,
I mean look at her and the shinobi medical laws,

I wouldn't entirely call it an asspull, but Kishi clearly had years to pull this off early rather than reveal it nearing the end of the series. Blame bad writing for character neglect.

Why is it offensive? You're talking about this Naruto, right?

Im not calling it an asspull either, I Accepted Sakuras powerup as something that had to be built and there was a slight hint for it.
But what I am saying is, kishi's lack of attention for building this up more for sakura, his choice of not focusing on her enough ironically fits perfectly into just about any final fantasy (more or less classic series) for the fact of how the growth of a white mage goes, they are healers and support most of the game usually providing the offensive power when needed against the undead and (in some games) using wind elemental attacks to bring down mainly flier or other enemies who cannot stand wind. Its usually near the end they get the holy spell and have a really powerful magic attack to fight with, its generally because hardly any enemies exist who can resist holy and many late game enemies are weak against it.
Its like Sakuras role (given how kishi wrote the story) for the majority of the time she was in the back or alongside naruto in other cases and fought when necessary, but after all this time she is much more battle capable with the seal, essentially sakura= a white mage. Thats all Im saying. what I said at the start though was how some anti-sakura people say her powerup was an asspull and even with a simple backstory, they still go on with hinata being some powerhouse or ideal character.

Are you a fan that look back and know every single details from the past and continue to be NS fans with nothing to fear? What I mean is that I wonder if everyone here remembers what has happened in the story and still managed to see NS as the endgame pairing.

Question of the day

Yes, I'll continue to stay NS fan despite anything that happens/has happened and I believe that it will be the endgame for whatever the hell has happened/happens. I won't say I know each and every detail of NS, you guys know it better than me and neither will I say I know NS from top to bottom because there is always something that we don't know or we miss out(maybe the small hints or details or something of that sort). I am 90% sure that NS is the endgame. Yes, I am a bit worried(excuse me for this) because after all, NS is my favorite pairing and it is close to canon but not officially canon uptil now. For me, its somewhat like Piccolo said "Its not over until its over", but I surely believe that it will be canon. But *JUST INCASE* the worst of the worst happens, like it doesn't work out or Sakura still loves Sasuke etc., I don't give a damn to it. Whatever happens, NS has been my favorite pairing until now and will always be despite what has happened/will happen. NS for life <3.

Possibly. Sakura is the one he can count on staying with Naruto for the rest of their life.I wonder if we're gonna get another NS moment from Minato before he leaves for good, what do you guys think?

Yes, Ever since act I I have had faith in this pairing. and I can see it coming around the corner. sure I get worried once in a great while. but that is of the thought of NO pairing going canon. NH has been dead from the start and I feel Like Kishi is test teasing the NH fans a little too much. (its gotten to the point where the are using the video games as a reference now... I think you guys know what part of it I'm talking about) and I hope at some point he comes out and says... " I Never Intended for NaruHina to go canon Because <insert a good reason that Kishi would say here>" and they will just except NS going canon.... or they could do what happened last time something like this happened and Die, Rage, Kill NS fans, panic . Same thing goes for The SS fans, only to a much lesser/grater degree (depending on its size comaired to NH {bigger=Greater Degree Smaller=Lesser} pretty sure its smaller though)
one thing is for sure though, when NS goes canon there will be a flame war. and it will be the biggest one ever yet.

The white mage description is convenient simply because Sakura was reduced to a backup character, when she clearly did not start out that way at the start of the second series. Majority of the fights and character development went to Naruto, Sasuke & Kakashi. Guess after the Kazekage arc he forget Sakura was part of time 7.
Oh well, there's no point in me crying about it now since the damage has already been done.
