Definitely. Next they'll probably retcon the bench scene as well.

They actually never did show any NH scene from the war. Neji isn't mentioned once during the film.Is neji ever mentioned?

Two pages. That's all of the resources being spared to establish cause & effect, execution, and resolution for this half-baked ploy to make Hinata not appear like a spur of the moment decision in the manga. How do they expect to manage this? Have Kushina's spirit magically appear in front of Hinata and give her a thumbs-up before floating away while the Hyuga day-dreams about knitting scarves and Naruto's "big strong hand"?
I wouldn't be surprised if that is actually how they intendo to do it.

Why not? Hamura did this before...
There's no pretext that can justify Kushina's spirit illogically popping out from the afterlife to offer a last minute word of "yes you can" to the obsessed oppai caricature who had everything handed to her on a silver platter once Naruto was guilt tripped into lusting for her.
