Well, the timeline in the Manga is obviously different. Since the begining of Part 2, it's probably been... Hmm... Not too sure, maybe something like 5-6 months?

Probably a bit more like 7 months From what I've been able to figure it was about a month from Naruto's return to Asuma's death. Kurenai's pregnancy wasn't really even showing when Asuma died (so at max she was two months pregnant), and by the time Naruto got the news Jiraiya had died she was large enough to be in her last trimester.(at minimum 6 months, 7 months is more likely due to her belly's size, but not 8 months, she was carrying the baby too high for 8 months- which is what Kushina looked in the flashback) It's been a while since then- probably nearly a month is my guess. It was around the second week of July when Naruto returned with Jiraiya (the Chunnin exams had just completed). It's some time past Naruto's 16th birthday now, my guess some during February- Sakura's probably only about a month from her 17th birthday.

I wonder if this'll help with saying Sakura's confession is true... I was going through my pics on the computer and happen to have a picture when Sakura confessed... Then I had a random thought when I saw her expression and how she was using her eyes. I know Kishimoto used "eye signals" in the past when Hinata went against Neji and they had a talk before they fought I think... So here's what I came up with:

Glancing sideways
--> could show romantic interest, flirting in a subtle way

 
- Glancing for a prolonged period of time, intermittently but repetitively
--> sexual attraction, lust if in the distance
--> interest in the conversation if face to face while one of you is talking

I'm pretty sure Sakura was lookin' sideways or I could just be looking at things too deep but I found it intrigueing anyways.

to a point this is a reason i dislike posting here as much i understand to a point like the posting above but sometimes its taken to far but who am i but a simple gust.

Well that's kind of a general rule that applies for the whole site "no bashing" remarks, it's just the old debate thread kept staying off course from some of the site rules, forcing Smiter to start on a clean new "concrete" slab fundation (stricter rules) for a new debate thread.

I believe Sakura has always love Naruto deeply and those feelings for him got stronger when he made her the promise of the life time. Sakura now knows that she loves him the problem is she doesn't want to make a move on him with everything that has happened, not to mention that Naruto told her that he hates people who lie to themselves. In other words Naruto believes Sakura is convincing herself something that isn't true remembering the flashbacks he had of Sakura being a fan girl and liking Sasuke it's no wonder that he highly believes that Sakura will always love Sasuke.

Sakura needs some motivation to take action again on her feelings and that's where I believe that Tsunade will come forth and talk to her, of course Sakura will tell her about her confession. This can happen in future chapters not soon since it's a shonen romance isn't important though.

I, personally, think that when Sakura said she believes in them, she believes Naruto can change Sasuke. I don't think she'll ever care about Sasuke the way she did in Part 1, this is why I don't see SasuSaku that possible. If she never truely loved Sasuke and Sasuke never even liked her how do you expect them to happen...? It's plausible I suppose that she could have feelings towards him but I'm not saying feelings such as "love" or even "friendship", she could simply be... Hurt? She did try to kill him but then without any hesitation he tried to kill her; he also blew closest relationship he ever had and that's with Karin. It's just getting worse and worse on Sasuke's part and ever since they met and Naruto said he's no longer chasing him his life seems to be back to it's goofy self. Now, Tsunade is awake and maybe she will talk with Sakura. Tsunade made a mistake in her love life and she probably doesn't want Sakura to make the same mistake. They are suppose to surpass there masters and do what they did wrong better *shrugs* it could simply mean in techniques but there could be some romance involved with it.

Kishi doesn't need to bring in a new pairing =_= he can't even settle the ones he has going right now :/ anymore and it will just become torture.

I hope Sakura talks to Tsunade, though I won't get my hopes up. For one, Tsunade is busy with the war, and two, Sakura usually disappears without development DX A nice talk with her mentor though...it might do wonders for her.

I agree with you Soupy-san... I really dislike when Kishimoto makes Sakura disappear, then the next time we see her she's either a damsel in distress or crying. What happened to that girl who got stab and beat-up by Sasori but still fought on and eventually won? I wanna see that Sakura again. I wanna see her fight; no more tears over traitors! Kick butt Sakura-chan, fight them zombies!
