[I’m just a creeper on the forum. I never actually post things hahaaa.]

Anyway the newb has some thoughts/predictions for what is going downnnn

.Kishimoto said Sakura was going to be more of a heroine from now on.
.Kishimoto said Kakashi was going to have an arc soon.
.Kishimoto said Naruto might have an upgrade. (if I remember correctly!)

Now I’ve been mulling over this for the last few days and I think the idea is probable (and I would love it to happen as well )

I certainly do think that the cut on Naruto’s face is important. MOSTLY because Kakashi addressed that the weapon which caused it was a *poisoned* kunai. I really doubt it would have even been mentioned if it wasn’t going to be a plot point later on.
Now. [VAGUE outline]
I think Naruto is going to be affected by said poison and become weak/vulnerable. Events ensue. I imagine Sasuke will attempt an attack and Sakura will intercept it. Thus Sakura is more of a heroine. Events ensue.
I think Sakura being injured would prompt a Kakashi arc by reminding him of not being able to protect his important people. Namely, Rin. I hope we finally get a back story on what happened with her.
Also, Sakura being injured may prompt for Naruto to want to get stronger. Hence, a power upgrade for him!

Plausible?? :O

I totally BWA-HA-HA'd at Kakashi's Falcon Punch.

Sasuke looked so freaking bored during Naruto's "I'm so glad I met you" speech. It was fantastic. He's just standing there thinking "just shut the hell up and fight me already, will you, I've got a village to wipe off the map". Naruto with the power of Super-Boredom!

Naruto just won't learn either; honestly it's going to feel like such a cop-out if Kishi pulls a "SASUKE REDEEMED" out of his ass.

This is turning into the best comedy series Japan's ever done

So I had a thought, which I know is extremely unlikely but what if Sakura was in a coma too? Like if she got in a coma like Tsunade; that'd be awful D; I don't know, just randomly thought that.

Doubt it. Tsunade's pretty much a side character. Kishi can get away with putting her in a coma and not affect things much. Sakura's a relatively integral part of the series overarching narrative; despite all the odd ass, unintentionally hilarious things Kishi does in this series, I don't think he'd take one of his principal characters out of the game like that for a long period of time.

Though, now that you mention it, I'm picturing Sasuke knocking Sakura into a coma and Naruto screaming "HOW COULD YOU DO SUCH A THING SASKAY OMG IT MUST HAVE BEEN AN ACCIDENT LET'S GO TO AN ABANDONED HOUSE IN THE LEAF AND BOND IF YOU KNOW WHAT I'M SAYIN".

Now that would be pure comedy gold.

i expect the poison to efect naruto after this battle it was ment to kill sasuke i woulsent be surprised if he faints or sakura dose to somthing to him or if we here from the kyuubi again.


im am expecting sakura,naruto to have a argument as one of kish trolls on NS but in the end it will bring them closer together in the end.

but you know naruto has the ultimate healing power so the poison might not effect him

2. Sakura only liked Sasuke for his looks, his attitude was one of a spoiled child and she's realized that and she's fallen for Naruto truely, not looks, but personality and caring (Though Naruto is pretty sexy >D)

3. Sakura isn't gonna let go of Sasuke almost killing her, three-four times now. Have faith in the girl.

Madara is probably gonna show his face/mask soon, it's only to be expected in Sasukes condition, and I'm positive by now that Sasuke is almost out of chakra, though I think he should have been two chapters ago but Kishimoto loves to give him power-up's! Yeah.

I agree S/S fans cling to the interview, 484 also that if Sakura finds out the truth of the Uchiha massacre and that if Sasuke is redeem she's going to fall in love with him again that's just unrealistic. If that happens Sakura's character development will go down the gutter it will make Kishi look bad because what will be the whole point of developing her character in the first place if she's going to fall in love again with the person who never loved her and tried to kill her three times?

Nah, Kishimoto isn't going to take her backwards to her chapter 3 self. Kishimoto has always shown how it's a bad thing for girls to be fangirls for boys, he's always pushed the message that emotionally strong women with minds of their own are best. Look what he even did with Karin in this chapter. I think we can pretty much be certain Karin will survive now because of that. I won't be surprised if she goes back to Konoha with Kakashi, Naruto and Sakura. I don't think Naruto will be affected by the poison or Kakashi and Sakura would be worried and said and done something. No, I think this time Naruto will fight Sasuke with the upper hand, but Madara will take Sasuke away. No I don't think Madara will get Naruto because Kishimoto said Naruto would have a training focus this year.

I have this new weird feeling that Sasuke beat Naruto (again) but is still alive. Sasuke would try to give him a final blow and I think that Sakura would stop Sasuke from killing him (Naruto), something Tsunade did against Oro

The students of the sanin are walking their teacher's path it could happen. I am certain Kishi won't left Sakura on the sidelines I would like for her to falcon punch Sasuke.

Honestly, I'm happy to see Karin realize what a waste of her energy Sasuke is right now.


He is no longer just an emo kid, but now an abusive psychotic bastard of a person that has the blood of others on their hands. I understand where he has come from, however he might be too far gone to bring back. Even so, I can't see the shinobi world deciding to magically forgive him. He made his decision to take the path he is on. Being around someone like that only drags you down, in more way than one.

What Naruto is doing is commendable, but holding onto the bond will just tear him apart more. Atleast, it would in the real world.
