before the war. Sakura will have a little talk with him and tell him to be careful then Naruto will kiss Sakuras forehead and compliment it to her at last(like in chapter 3) just like his father did with Kushina. Sakura will find out then Naruto is her soulmate.

or it could happen after the war when something bad happens to Naruto. Sakura will snap.

can't wait tho tongue.gif

Yeah that makes a whole lot more sense. let's hope a bit sooner but it will probably be after the final fight.
Just like in Avatar: the last airbender with Katara and Aang.

I still hope directly after the war.
I already posted somewhere a scenario about the whole alliance could be driven together so there is only one battlefield totally outnumbered by the zetsu's (Madara had more than 100.000 of them didn't he?). And be confronted with the fact that the feudal lords are taken hostage. During which at some point Sakura would call out for Naruto (pretty much as in the pain arc, but not screaming more like muttering to herself).
Then Naruto appears together with Killer Bee and they own the small fry big time along with some of the stronger enemies. After which they are both regarded heroes and then similar to ep 175 (the hug). She walks straight to him and kisses him.

That was described in bigger detail than the last time I posted it.
I know I'm a terrible writer... and it ruins the desired forehead kiss by Naruto to Sakura. But hey that's the kiss that I like to happen right before the final Naruto vs. Sasuke fight

I personally think that Killer Bee will be captured (leaving Naruto as the soul Jinchuriki left for Madara to capture) and that the series won't end anytime soon. I say this because Kishi stated in the writers note in volume 48 (english) that it will keep going for a long time.

I have a prediction for a narusaku themed arc that I think would happen in the manga. What I could see as a possible scenario would be that Naruto completes his training with Killer Bee but the turtle island is attacked by the Akatsuki wet again while the Allied Shinobi Forces are busy dealing with the Zetsu army at the moment. Naruto would be lucky enough to avoid being captured (thanks to his newfound powers and his bodyguards) but Killer Bee, not so much. He would be captured and have his Tailed-Beast extracted from him.

This would prompt the Kages to send Naruto back to the Hidden Leaf Village for better protection. He would be under the care of the Leaf ninja still at the village with some non-leaf ninja there as well. Sakura would be sent by Tsunade to look after Naruto due to their friendship and most likely to keep Naruto in line. There would be some narusaku moments/fan-service here in there and possibly a kiss (either forehead or lip is fine with me). Things would seem like nothing big would be going on but then the main plot of the arc actually kicks in.

Now I speculate that this arcs plot would involve a neutral party organization wanting to recruit Naruto in there ranks but he doesn't want to. One of the members is an Uzumaki somehow related to Kushina. He says that Naruto's new seal is a much greater seal then any other Tailed-Beast/Jinchuriki seal ever conceived. But it's flawed because it doesn't use the power of the Nine-Tails to it's full potential due to the fact that the Nine-Tails isn't even fully under control and that the other half of the Nine-Tails is sealed within the stomach of the Grim Reaper (I like using phrases from the dub, so what).

Then the bad guys show up and do something to piss Naruto off (i.e. harming Sakura) and then transforms into a four-tails/six-tails like state under the Nine-Tailed Fox's control. Sakura later would beg Naruto to come to his senses and somehow actually work (something similar to the whole thing that went down at the Tenchi Bridge). This whole fiasco would encourage Naruto to completely tame the Nine-Tails for good. But to do that, he would need to find the other half of the Nine-Tails chakra and convince the Nine-Tails himself to work together as Jinchuriki and Tailed-Beast. This is something that the organization would want to help him out with. Meanwhile we discover Dark Naruto with the other half of the Nine-Tails which indicates that Naruto is going to have to fight his Darkness in the flesh in order to get the other half of the Nine-Tails. I believe Naruto has the yang half and the other half is the yin half, right?

Anyway, back on topic. The point I'm trying to make is that there could be an arc dedicated to some narusaku goodness with a possibly kiss on the forehead or lips or even both of those. biggrin.gif

d*mn you're good on making up story's would like to see that happen.
The NaruSaku kiss definitly has to happen in a conversation about Sakura's previous confession or right before/after some action.
(When you think about it there aren't that many other moments left are they. Or it would be when they pass each other on the street. Well nvmnd)

its obvious the series is coming to its last stages but theres gonna be plenty of chapters focused on fights and other things to wrap up. thats what Kishi ment IMO.

Well that and the whole war is going on so it might most likely take more then one arc to focus on a war. It could take multiple arcs depending on how long the war will last chronologically. it could probably take 9 to 18 arcs to cover the entire war. And who knows, with all of this new information that gets revealed almost every week when a chapter is released, it could probably take longer.

Just think about it this way. The longer the story and war, the more possible narusaku moments there are. They might even get in a relationship way before the end of the series. Kishi did say himself that the series is going to last longer. It's not that it's ending soon, it's just that the premise had been set by the end of Invasion of Pain arc (I think). Plus I think he once said that Part II would be twice as long as Part I.

Let's not forget that there's so much about the Shinobi World and it's villages, clans, legends and many other factors that we don't know about. This war has so much potential to show us readers more about the small nation villages, legendary/famous shinobi and many more aspects of the Naruto Universe to fully immerse us in the Naruto World.

That's why I think that the series won't end shortly. happy.gif

Lol; I just realized while reading your post that a war doesn't need to rely on one big scale battle tongue.gif. Just hope there is going to be some Naruto/Sakura in the coming chapters ASAP.

Anyone thinking about Naruto's reaction when he learns that Sakura and the others are fighting in a big battle just to protect him?

If you don't agree then that's fine (though the above sentence is probably more likely).

It's okay. happy.gif Just keep practicing and hopefully you'll be better in the future. wink.gif I'm just glad that I've found one more person that agrees with me that the story won't end anytime soon. smile.gif

Also as you said earlier, the series is going into it's last stages but there will be so many things to warp up and many more fights. But there could also be newly introduced characters and concepts that could prolong the war saga even more. This war could introduce more clans from other villages of big countries and small countries on the ninja continent, reveal more Hidden Villages from small countries and have them join Madara's side, reveal more facts and legends about the Sage of the Six Paths, explore the culture and concepts of the Land of Iron and it's Samurai by introducing some more characters from there, reveal a counterpart religion the exact opposite of the Jashin religion and have both churches play a part in the war, The list goes on and on.

Plus this gives the opportunity for a lot of narusaku moments to occur during the course of the war (and maybe more than one kiss wink.gif ). There's so many things that could be introduced that would make the narutoverse so rich and mystical just like the Star Wars Universe, Star Trek Universe, Lord of the Rings Universe, Marvel Universe, DC Universe, Gundam Universe or any other popular or successful series or franchise out there in the media (though not to the same extent as these examples though). Who knows, maybe there could be some stuff that leads to a part III of the Naruto manga with Naruto and his kid sharing the role of the main character. This would have an anime series separate from Shippuden and thus make the Naruto anime a three part anime trilogy series.

There's also the possibility that Kishi (along with some other people) could write and draw two spin-off series where one covers the past of the narutoverse in much more in-depth detail from the very beginning to the birth of Naruto and the other where it covers the 9th generation of the Uzumaki family (Minato 1st, Naruto 2nd, Narusaku kid 3rd) with the descendent of Naruto as the main character as part of the 9th generation along with his friends and family (his father would be from the 8th generation and his grandfather from the 7th generation) and there adventures in a more modernish ninja world environment. Maybe even the 9th generation descendent would be some kind of chosen one who's part of a prophecy (of course this all depends on whether or not the path to world peace is either threatened or not quite there yet) that was foretold by the Great Toad Sage before he passed away (if he ever does die that is) on his death bed from old age. Both spin-offs would be titled "Shinobi History" and "Shinobi Legacy" respectively. But that's all just speculation on my part.

Here's a simple list of how I think an Uzumaki generation family tree would look like if there were to be a series about Naruto's descendants:

1. First Generation: G1 Grandfather (Minato Namikaze)-Great X 6 Greandfather
2. Second Generation: G1 Father (Naruto Uzumaki)-Great X 5 Grandfather
3. Third Generation: G1 Son (Narusaku kid)-Great X 4 Grandfather

4. Forth Generation: G2 Grandfather (insert name here)-Great X 3 Grandfather
5. Fifth Generation: G2 Father (insert name here)-Great X 2 Grandfather
6. Sixth Generation: G2 Son (insert name here)-Great Grandfather

7. Seventh Generation: G3 Grandfather (grandfather of the descendent/chosen one)-Grandfather
8. Eighth Generation: G3 Father (Father of the descendent/chosen one)-Father
9. Ninth Generation: G3 Son (descendent of the famous hero Naruto Uzumaki and the Fourth Hokage Minato Namikaze who is the chosen one)-Son

(NOTE: Keep in mind that this is all just speculations and predictions about the future of the Naruto series and who it might develop into a sort of mini franchise. I can not see into the future with precise accuracy like most normal human beings unless I was a psychic super-human being. I don't know for sure whether this would be handled to go in a different direction from what I imagined (whether small differences or large differences) or if it would even actually happen at all. I'm not going to hold my breath and keep my hopes up only to be let down with unsatisfying disappointment. I just think that it would be an interesting project to help give Naruto fans a much wider view of the narutoverse and all of it's majesties. But if Kishimoto is content with leaving it as just a two part manga series then that's just fine with me. As long as he wraps things up and introduces more things about villages, clans and other concepts that make it so that the Hidden Leaf Village and it's characters aren't the only fully developed concepts in the narutoverse. I want the narutoverse to be developed to the point were it doesn't feel like the Land of Fire is the only place that really matters and every country and village on that continent has something interesting about it and is equally important in the ninja world. You know, kind of like a world that feels real and full of wonders and diversity. Sort of like the real world. If Kishi can do that then that's fine with me but if not, well you take what you can get so I won't complain too much.)

Now for an on topic comment. No matter how long it may take, I sure am looking forward to a narusaku kissing scene. And when the day finally comes after many long years of waiting patiently, it will all pay off and I would be so happy when it finally becomes a reality. happy.gif

And when the day finally comes after many long years of waiting patiently, it will all pay off and I would be so happy when it finally becomes a reality. happy.gif

The title of the series with Naruto's decendent could be: Naruto's Legacy: (name of descendant here). I would love this to happen; same world different story.

Anyone an ID in which anime episode Sakura's confession could happen?

Let light be our guide towards victory
Whenever there's despair there's a darkness, whenever there's hope there's a light and it's up to us to bring in that light.

Too Long.

To go ahead with this: Shannaro. Get to the kiss already, Kishimoto.
