I never actually thought about it that way, but thanks to opening my eyes to that! Now that I look at it, I do kinda see where you're getting at. But just to play it safe I'll wait til the actual chapter to make my wittle predictions >:)

My Japanese is very basic so it took me a while to translate Naruto's words in the last panel but just as I thought the fan translator overdid it. It is a firm statement but there's no profanity at all. Japanese uses western exclamation marks for firm statements as well as shouting. The word choices as well as Naruto's expression says firm statement rather than screaming. It's simply "I hate when people delude themselves!" Waaay different.

And I´m very pesimistic about NS happening.

I don't see why people would let this discourage them any about NS. What good would any love in any story be without any drama or hard times? Honesty It will make it that just better when it's canon. Let's be honest there is still 400+ chapters of NS and all of the evidence points to it. With the way the story has been running there really is no competition of any other pairing so unless there is some major changes or some incredibly bad writing I don't see any problems with what's going on now.

Even though people are saying that the translations are correct, there are a fair number of early spoilers (from past chapters) that read completely different from the end-of-the-week scan+translation (even though the words are sorta similar).

It makes a big difference if Naruto is saying "you are lying to me", versus "I don't believe what you are telling me". Similar wording, but can be completely different meaning.

Stop worrying, if you really do think this is the end NS, then just think, who is Naruto in love with? Besides, she said it herself, shes in love with Naruto. The biggest thing Naruto is probably upset about is her trying to make him go back on his ninja way, and seeing her go back on her ninja way is a big slap in the face. Don't worry, if we didn't get the kiss, or the confession we wanted now, just think how much better it will be in the near future, this is really probably the start of the real NS, so lets have a party!!!

ppl remember, that their conversation isn't over yet. We don't know the response of Sakura, we don't know but there are many factors here. Kakashi and Yamamato are there to witness this event. Plus like potato said there, this is a big leap, its just that we scraped ourselves from the leap.

If a pairing has died, it is SasuSaku.

I think the kid is in disbelief, after many days of rejection, getting hit, and the fact Naruto doesn't really understand the heart of a woman [said by Pervy Sage] this is a shocking revelation to him, and he refuses to believe its true.

And if Sakura proves that it is true, [maybe when Naruto goes berserk or gets his Biju extracted] then we can see a cannon. Other than that, we still don't know how this will develop, we can't see the future, but we were talking about a Gaara interruption a few days ago, now it came to this, a love confession made by Sakura, was the least expected. Sure Naruto is an idiot, but if Kishi makes a relationship cannon, then he will loose his viewers, the NaruHina will stop watching, and Kishi still needs to make a profit out of this lol. [Internet doesn't help]

I decided to do a super short fanfic prediction on 470.

Naruto: Sakura-chan I know your lying because I disguised myself as Sasuke on a bench with you.

[Naruto says to himself, oops maybe I shouldn't of said that to Sakura-chan.]

Sakura: Whhaaat! :verymad:

[Sakura is about to punch Naruto in the face but catches herself, realizing:]

Sakura: Wait, so that means I never really was in love with Sasuke in the first place, If what you said is true Naruto, then those words came from you, which means I was always in lovve with youu NARUTO!

I don't see anything wrong with Naruto's reaction. Up to this point Sakura has kept her feelings she's developed for him either under wraps or she hadn't even realized it. And the last time Naruto and her encountered Sasuke, she still seemed to be on the fence between old schoolgirl crush and trying to bring him back. So not only was this a big suprise for Naruto, but it's hard to believe for him to have it happen so suddenly and so easily. He's worked so hard to prove to her that he's worthy of her love, and no all of a sudden it's like she's snapped and has a new personality. I believe she does love him, but I think she's still coming to grips with what her real feelings are. So I think her confession is two-fold. To end the POAL to protect Naruto as well as protect the village, and the other is to let her know that she acknowledges him as someone she loves.

Personally, I think it would have been much more believable if she had left the POAL and the Sasuke bit out of the conversation. But I do think this will bring a new twist to their relationship and character development. Sakura will have to firm up her feelings for Naruto (she might still be partially influenced by not wanting Naruto to sacrafice so much for her, and what Shikamaru had discussed withher earlier) and prove to him that her feelings are genuine. Naruto will have to finally accept her feelings. I think it will be easier to progress now that things are more in the open. Sakura already knows Naruto loves her. Naruto now will at least think she has some feelings for him even though he's not sure she knows what she's feeling.
