Also I to point out that, even though it's an Extra/special chapter, I think Natsu/Lucy is going to be canon. Especially the little blurb in the last panel of the last page.

It also hints that there may be a mysterious connection between them. Kinda like Haru with Elie. Which means Lucy will have a very important role to fulfill for Natsu. That special connection may even bring them closer together.

My rival fandom is taking over the thread, NOooo , I'm gonna stick to NxE untill Mashima makes one of the fandoms cannon, seeing how predictible his last manga was since the beginning. I'm hoping Mashima will choose a different less predictible route this time. Pulling a twists on making something that maybe shown obvious turn out to be something entirely different in results.

If anyone else agrees or feels what i'm talking about.

To be honest Uzumaki, I really like the idea of Natsu/Erza together, it's just that the manga hasn't had much evidence or instances to support it. To be honest, I don't think Lucy has the ability to put Natsu in his place the instances when he needs to be. But I love the instances when she shows just how much guts she has.

I'm glad you feel me, in Rave Master the pairing was predictible and even boring at times, leaving me to skip lots of chapters and Anime episodes and reading only the major fight scenes. I just don't want this manga to follow the same and feel boring to me as well.

To be honest Lucy has grown on me, quite a bit though. She's cute. I love how dedicated she is to her Spirits.

It's just that Erza just pulls off this sexy, tough, warrior chick. Plus she also has a obvious feminine side as well, that's awesome when she brings it out.

But on the other hand, I think Lucy needs someone like Natsu to be a somewhat defender to her. I mean the Phantom Lord arc spelled that out a lot, how far Natsu was willing to go for her sake.

I don't know. I would like to somehow see a Natsu/Erza pairing. But I won't mind if Natsu/Lucy becomes canon.

I'm not really a shipper when it comes to Fairy Tail. If anything, I like Loki/Lucy the best XDD But Lucy is a more interesting character than Erza in my opinion. Most of the time Erza comes off as a mary sue type of character.

See I never got the Lucy/Loki appeal. Especially since Lucy is a mortal and Loki is a spirit summon. That would be like Yuna dating Odin or something.

Scanlations out at Mangastream

Pretty predictable chapter. Nothing too surprising except for the last part. Erza vs Erza is epic. Edo-Erza has the TCM (in shape of a spear) I just hope she doesn't go all the way up to the 9th and 10th.... (if you've read Rave you'd understand what I'm talking about)

Wow!! What a amazing chapter, my favorite Erza Scarlet is fighting her Edora's counterpart. You can definitely see Knightwalker is a little on the psycho/evil side. I'm guessing this is where Erza's ultimate armor will come in handy since in the TOP arc it was slashed in half against one of Gerard's henchmen to prove that Erza didn't need her armor to fight or she was relying too much on it. I think that's whats going to happen both Erza's will be maxed out but Erza Scarlet will unexquip her armor winning. It's great to see Natsu back in action and I kind of figured Gazille would play a role in Edora's as well. Gawd! , I can only imagine if Erza Scarlet had her armor plus Knightwalkers Lance, which brings me back to this picture:



Could Mashima be giving us a hint?
