Whatever could be said about this chapter regarding relationships has already been said, so I'm not even going to get into them.

The information that I found helpful from this chapter is getting to see the full council. We now know who's on it, and it's not the various clan leaders that people seemed to think. Only Shikaku is there, and that's most likely because he's a tacticion surpassing even Shikamaru. The other members are the wrinkle patrol from Konoha, a bunch of unknowns, and that ANBU member that commentated on Sarutobi's and Orochimaru's fight. As well as the dumbest Daimyo ever.

Seriously, that part made me roll my eyes. Danzou basically called him a wuss, so he made Danzou Hokage.

What the hell type of leader is he? It certainly seems to be par for the course, though. The entire reason that Sand allied with Sound was due to their Daimyo making terrible decisions, and weakening the total strength of the country. This seems to be the current case with the Fire Country. Which is sad, really.

One thing nobody seems to have brought up: Am I the only one who noticed how happy Naruto was when Kakashi showed up to catch him? Naruto really loves that stupid sensei of his.

For myself the hug is important to NaruSaku not for the act itself. But because Sakura Initiates it. It is a big moment for a woman to initiate physical affection, and for sakura its an even bigger step from issue 3 where she annoucned that 'The one I hate is Naruto."

If there's an interesting sense of Irony here I leave youw ith Sasukes final words to Sakura before he left. "thank you."

For Hinata The expression on her face is telling in more ways then one. That is a hopeful and happy expression. Look at the face. the eyes are wide and the smile is soft and warm. This is a look of openess and acceptance and happiness. it shows that she is happy that Sakura the girl hes always wanted is finally showing some affection back to Naruto. and shes happy for this.

Shes not sad or if she is shes buried it deep. Ive always thought that Hinatas character is not base don her affections to Naruto. Its based on ehr desire to get stronger. Her admiration for Naruto is what made this possible. she herself said it during the confession when she said she nearly went the opposite direction but was saved by his determination.

If you look at narutos face when sakura hugs sasuke in the hospital Bottom left panel his eyes are narrowed and his smile is only on his lips it doesnt reach the eyes like it normaly does.

this indicates sadness and pain. the pain he feels because he knows he cant compete in sakuras heart with sasuke. (ironic again because hes the cause of it in the first place)

For Sakura in regards to ehr feleing well shes grown up a lot from her childish days. but she still has one last step to make. She has to confront sasuke one last time about that bench scene the day they became a team. its at the root of her feelings for sasuke and she needs to talk to him about that one more time to resolve it. When its resolved shell be able to move on and things will get very interesting.

This chapter was absolutely amazing. I didn't see the hug as just a common hug. It was a hug with a lot of meaning, and I got the feeling that Sakura didn't want to let go. There was a lot of feeling there and I'm still sitting here cheering.

The hug has been discussed a fair amount though, so I'm going to discuss a few of the other things in the chapter.

Tsunade's being in a coma certainly hints to the fact that there will be a new Hokage, however, I don't know if it will end up being Danzo in the end. I think this is going to become a new conflict that will eventually lead to Naruto becoming Hokage, of course, as other things reach a climax as well.

All in all, I really don't have any complaints about this chapter. It was absolutely amazing. I loved the hug, and I loved seeing the developments in the story. I certainly see this chapter as a big development for NaruSaku!

OK was it wrong to think when Hinata was smiling at Naruto/Sakura hug, that she this thinking 'Threesome'? They always say you gotta watch out for the quite ones...lol

That team from cloud was hilarious, they do appear to if you pardon the pun to have their heads in the cloud. Are those two Killer Bee' siblings? I can see the family resemblance, what with them all being crazy...even the lighting kage appears to be somewhat unique.

So Tsunade's still likely to make a recovery? but does that mean even if she recovers Danzou will be Hokage? Then again is Donzou becoming Hokage merilly a plot device used by Kishi to get Naruto and Sasuke working on the same side? Both are going after his head so it's entirely possible.

Don't know about you but having a old frail man who uses a stick to walk does not appearto me to send a message to the other nations that they are not a village to mess with.

Other forums are always trying to break down my NaruSaku faith! I need to learn to stay here.

Anyway, since i've mostly just talked about the hug(of course! ). The whole Danzo thing is of course moving the story along, I just hope him becoming the 6th doesn't go down. I just got the image of naruto as the 6th in my head, it just seems to uhh......well 6 totally pwns all those other freakin numbers! Not sure why, but it just does!

I gotta wait to see the new developments until next monday =/. I have high hopes though. /FINGERS FOR MORE NARUSAKU GOODNESS

yes, but not many people at the time new he was in a wheel chair, he worked to keep it hidden. during speeches he would wear braces on his legs and lean on the podium with is upper body. so even he didn't appear to be disabled and frail.

At the rate Kishi is moving, it may be a year before they are done. However, I just have this feeling that the action is building if you know what I mean.
