All the vizards are gathered at the same area now, and seems like Kisuke and his big magic friend are on the way too. I wonder what's going on and how they'll become vizards, seeing how 2 of them already started turning into hollows.

Kisuke seems like he knows something though....was he behind it after all...Even if it was an accident?

Can't wait for the next few chapters. I'm loving these flashbacks.

Well, the story certainly is keeping us on our toes with all the cliff hangers eh? We didn't learn too much in this chapter along with the past few, but Kisuke seems to be acting pretty suspicious to me, I don't think it's only because of Hyori being out there. Either way, I don't think we can really assume much from this point, so I'm dying to see what happens next week.

So the gruesome threesome were together already back then, eh? Wonder why the Vizards kept silent about them, but I guess being half hollow might cut your credibility a little bit... xD

Was little Nanao not the cutest thing you ever seen? Anyway, yes! We got to see more mini-Gin! And Tosen of course. I guess this is where they'll start explaining how Shinji and co. are all simultaneously Vizard right? Because I've been wondering about that for awhile. Well, this chapter seemed to reveal a lot more than the previous others, I can't wait for the next one. Also I'm wondering where Byakuya is going to tie in with all this since they did show him at one point, so he probably has some sort of relation to it. Anyway, I guess we'll find out next week.

Haha yes she was. She looked so cute when she was young that I giggled. XD

Anywayz, that was an intense chapter! I thought Kisuke was behind the creation of the Vizards but it turned out it was Aizen instead! I guess the hollowfication is some virus/disease. Hiyori started coughing up blood before she suddenly had her mask and went crazy. And I didn't see Tousen being with Aizen from the beginning at all. That was a total surprise!

Aizen is truly an evil bastard genius. First he uses his shikai to create a clone near Captain Kyoraku so no one will be suspicious. Then he gathers up all the future Vizards and begins his little experiment. Honestly Kubo has really been hyping up his character ever since he left Soul Society. Hes been this diabolical mastermind for over a 100 years!

Also people were pointing out about how Tousen was able to take down so many captains and lieutenants so easily when he lost to Zaraki and that the power levels were all screwed up. Someone on my Bleach forums explained how he did it.

I'm not sure if anyone noticed this, and I didn't see it in the first 8 threads, but it looks like Tousen used his Bankai after Hiyori slashed Shinji, in order to hit the rest of the soon-to-be vizards.

the last panel shows dark stuff spreading
the background is all black, and everyone is confused

then Love hears everything before getting slashed and the bankai is raised.

That could explain how tousen took everyone out so easily, since it was a surprise bankai.

Also, it looks like he did the same thing with Kensei, which would explain him taking out a captain so easily.
in the last two panels you can see darkness go up around Kensei, which is probably why he says "what the hell is this"

and you can kind of see it receding in the bottom right.

so we should have figured out it was Tousen all along.

Also, Zaraki is f***king crazy and loves being cut and slashed so hes a completely different case when it comes to being hurt. XD

Now we have maybe one or two more chapters of this flashback gaiden. I think Urahara and Tessai will come in right after Aizen and his crew leaves and sees the Vizards being made. Thats where his hougyoku comes in and he'll try and reverse the process, but it ends up failing. Then we will see the departure of the Vizards and how the rest of Soul Society handles it. Why Urahara, Tessai, and Yoruichi also left if they didn't have anything to do with the creation of the Vizards. Still wondering about Isshin Kurosaki since he knows about the Aizens plans and about the Vizards. I swear once we get some questions answered, even more pop up! XD

Oh also I finally caught up with the anime and must say they did a freaking amazing job! Ichigo vs. Grimmjow = EPIC WIN! I swear episodes 165-167 were one of the greatest ones I've seen (and I watched it like three times) with the music and scenes. That fight can only rival Ichigo vs. Byakuya in terms of awesomeness and no way in hell can I pick which one is better. XD

I loved this chapter.

So Tousen, Gin and Aizen had already joined up eh. Tousen's bankai sure look handy in these situations;)

I think that Kiseke and Tessai will come too late and then try to help the vizards, but can't reverse them back and end up helping them escape.

I wonder when Ichigo's father will come in. Maybe he was send after Kisuke and co to keep an eye on them? And he met Ichigo's mother when he was in the real world and married her, while he still kept an eye on them?

I really thank Bleach (and One Piece for the OP fans) for helping make up for the lackluster Naruto chapters. I mean this gaiden keeps getting better and better! Sometimes I wish Kubo had Kishis spot

As for the chapter. It was quite interesting even though there wasn't much fighting, but the dialogue between Aizen and Shinji was interesting. It reminded me of the last time when Aizen left Soul Society and told of his plans. Shinji must feel like real sh!t for falling for Aizen's illusion and having all his friends turned into hollows. Now I can see why he holds such big grudge against Aizen. I guess Tosen isn't affected by his shikai because he's blind (and has some weird sense of justice and thus follows Aizen) and Gin is just a straight up crazy psychotic yet calm person who might have his own agenda, but goes along with him anyways.

Kisuke comes in at the end looking all badass with his black cloak and hat stopping Aizen. I really want to see what happens between the two. An exchange of words so we can find out more about the situtaion and maybe even a little fight? How did Kisuke become exiled if he didn't have anything to do with creating the Vizards? Was it because he created the hougyoku and tried to reverse the process of the hollowfication but got blamed and thus exiled? Why didn't anyone believe the Vizards or did this just end up leaving on their own? What was Yoruichi's part in this and why did she leave as well? How was Aizen able to stay in SS and remain there for over a hundred years? So many questions to be answered, yet the story continues to get better. Kubo can take as long as he wants with these flashbacks as long as we get a good gist of what happened with the Vizards and the past of SS.

and be careful of what you say, the kishi fanclub will be offended :rolleyes:
but what i love about bleach is when theyre not focusing on the main char, they focus on something interesting instead of a certain emo kid. and they also know ichigo is the main charachter not some other guy.

im impressed by tousen, aizen knows how to pick em. i can't wait to see his confrontation with kisuke.

btw if we could just get one little page with Ishhin then i'd be a happy man

Man I loved this flashback gaiden so much. Answered a lot of questions and we got to learn about the Vizards as well as Kisuke's situation. This chapter was great as well. Those guys in the Central 46 are either some corrupted bastards or Aizen is just too damn good at what he does. Pity we didn't get to see Isshin in the flashbacks, but I'm sure he'll make his appearance later. Overall the gaiden was great.

I really liked the ending of the chapter with Shinji sitting with the rest of the Vizards. I guess he's indebted to Kisuke for trying to help them and then eventually saving them from execution due to them being considered hollows. But I really loved the last page cause it was so badass! Shinji said their indebted to Aizen (I guess for making them what they are now since they don't regret it) and they all pick up their swords. There going to help in the war against Aizen. That means Bankais + hollow masks = kittening epic! It's time for some payback Aizen!

Oh man can't wait to see what happens as we get back to the current time. So many different things going on since we left off at Ch. 315. I can't wait to see Ichigo vs. Ulquiorra as well as Aizen and his crew vs. the Gotei 13 and the Vizards showing up to fight.

Finally, the pendulum has stopped. It was enjoyable nonetheless.

I'm really excited to see Ulquiorra in a real battle this time, where he is forced to use his released form. And if anyone is gonna take the first shot at Aizen, it's gotta be Shinji.

So we turn back to the future once again. I gotta say that I loved this flashback arc, but I can't wait for everything that's bound to happen. Ichi vs Ulqy and the mass shinigami vs espada war. Bleach is gonna get epic

I'm a little sad the flashbacks are over, I enjoyed them a lot. But hopefully we'll be up for some exciting stuff in the present time. (I just hope we don't slip back into the endless boring fights that made up HM. -- I wonder if Kisuke went along with Karakura Town into Soul Society, or if he stayed behind to fight. I hope he stayed - I really want to see his bankai. 83 Preferably against Aizen.

This chapter was a great way to end to the flashbacks. It wrapped everything up and ended with me anxious for the next chapter. I felt a tad sorry for Urahara when he got exiled for Aizen's experiments (given his current shady nature, I had always figured that Urahara had actually done something to deserve his exile. So it was a surprise to find out he was actually so innocent...) And yay for Yoruichi saving the day!

Loving it. Bleach pwns Naruto in terms of what the manga has right now. I really need to catch up though. I have about 10 chapters at least, so that'll keep me busy for a while. XDD

The One Manga scans don't make it as clear, and I prefer Binktopia's scans because it's better and don't censor as much.

They owe Kisuke because he saved them from being executed by the Central 46 since they were considered hollows and helped them conquer their inner hollows and thus becoming Vizards. They owe Aizen because he made them what they are now and they want revenge.
