I've tried to watch the Code Geass dub on Adult Swim, but I could not get into it. The first episode I watched was episode 13, I believe. (It was the one where Shirley and Lelouch hug in the rain. I think.) Is it best to start with the subbed episode 1? Or, if I didn't like the episodes in the middle of the series, I won't like the first one either.

Initially (and I still am somewhat), I really didn't like the character designs. However, I also thought the Macross Frontier females were rather ugly , but now it's my favorite anime of the moment. I don't really like the unbelieavbly long appendages. XD

You should definitely start from episode 1. You have to watch every episode, since the character development of this anime is one of the main things that makes this anime interesting.

And watch the subbed version. It's much better than the dub

Rolo just became an excellent character in my book. Too bad he died =(. The 'take off your clothes' scene was pretty funny. Regarding the Black Knights... All except for Kallen, of course. YOU BACKSTABBING BASTARDS!!!!! Suzaku... would you just DIE already?!!

Kallen seems to have seen through Lulu's lie. I see her choosing his side in the end.

Kallen, C.C, Jeremiah and maybe Anya/Suzaku are Lulu's only hope? How is Lulu going to do this? O.o

And to be honest, i dont hate Suzaku that much. Schneizel is 10 times worse, the bad guy who acts like a good guy, and screwing with the black knights minds. I really hope he gets owned.

Next episode should be interesting, i wonder whats gonna happen to C.C now though.

While I won't say that Rollo completely redeemed himself with his actions this episode, his death was magnificent. Without a doubt the best death we've seen so far. Rest in peace, Rollo.

I find it ironic how everything that Lelouch did came back to haunt him this episode. Though I wish the Black Knights had been a little more trusting of the man who had been with them from the start.

Schneizel is now my new most hated, yet most respected character. A truly evil man, not just psychotic like Nina, delusional like Rollo, or hypocritical like Suzaku. One who masks his intentions with a smiling facade.

Kallen, Jeremiah and possibly Suzaku. All that Lelouch has left, since C.C is currently incapacitated.

I don't think Suzaku is a bad person. He stands for his morals and does everything to achieve his goals. And he wants to die, while standing for these morals. He's just not on Lulu's side. He still has my respect though.

And Rolo's death was very well done indeed. Best death this season and maybe of the whole season (although I think I'll put Euphy's death higher)

I see Kallen going after him soon. There was some nice Kallen x Lelouch chemistry in the last meeting. Lelouch's last words reached Kallen and now she knows that he lied to get her out of harms way. I think she'll choose him in the end.

Jeremiah as well. And I think Suzaku will play a part in helping Lelouch as well.

Schneizel is great at what he does indeed. Lelouch was the man he respected and feared most. Let's see who'll win in the end. And then we still have the emperor..

And...

Did I see a geassed anya in the preview? I can't wait to learn more about her character

Holy crap! Lelouch was simply BADASS this episode! He had like 5 minutes of screentime, yet he managed to blow me away...

Anya is Marianne? Wow, that's all I have to say.

I think it's fairly obvious now that Schneizel is the final boss. Suits me fine, since I would love to see his panicked face just once.

Huge plot twist with the Marianya thing, didn't see it coming at all. But now C.C has her memories back and Lelouch is back to square one with no backup. Though his dramatic poses seem to have levelled up significantly.

Nina finally repents for what she's done, so salvation is possible. Suzaku on the other hand...has become a monster. I suppose he's going to blame this on Zero as well.

An interesting thing to note is that Gino might possibly join the battle on Lelouch's side, since he obviously doesn't approve of Schneizel.

Things do seem a little rushed though. If only they had cut out those Ashford episodes, we could've had a more fleshed out conclusion to this.

hi:D i jsut started watching about 4 or 5-6 weeks ago. the episode was when zero was on the bridge or something? then the next one was zero fighting against the queen i think it was? and the queen got owned. but i dont know whats really going on think i missed alot of eps?great ep dub last night freaking awsome. zero ftw.

Megaupload has a lot of them to watch online, and if you just search 'Code Geass episodes' on Google you can find tons of sites that host full episodes and seasons.

Anyway, I have a question and I'm serious about this. Is there anyone, who watches Code Geass, that could actually be a fan of Suzaku? I hated his guts the first time I saw him and I'm not even exaggerating.

Before I lose myself in a bash/rant though, zomg this Anya/Marianne thing is the wierdness! I was like "WTFHC" though I wonder what's gonna happen to Lelouch?:teehee: (Kallen will save the day!)

I think Marianne's power can allow her to change bodies. While the Knight of One's own is something similar to Mao's where he can anticipate people's thoughts, thus making him a powerful fighter.

Actually, I think Marianne's geass is to forcefully imprint her own memories onto others, and perhaps that's what happened to Anya when she died. Anya had her geass on when she talked to C.C, and C.C din seem surpised, so who knows.
