Sasuke now definitely should end up with nobody. His clan has had a blood history and there cursed with getting power. Whenever they have two brothers born, they have the choice of plucking out there eyes and obtaining the Eternal MS. The Uchiha's were able to keep this a secret, and hid there clans bloody history for a while, until Itachi found out and killed the clan because he saw them as weak.

Even the Kyuubi noted that Sasuke's chakra is more sinister than his own, and comparable to that of Madara Uchiha. The Uchiha's genetics is totally screwed up, and I don't think Sasuke would want to "restore his clan" after learning all this about his clan and how they kill one another to obtain ultimate power. I'm going to figure that Kishimoto is going to kill off the last Uchiha's of Itachi (he's just psycho and pure evil so he will die), Madara (He's going to be one of the last bosses) and Sasuke (the tragic hero).

Sasuke will indeed be the last Uchiha.

I'm in agreement here with you True. Sasuke's probably not so eager to restore such a... tainted bloodline...I guess that would be the best way to put it. He's probably disgusted with his heritage a bit....

or...he'll try and start anew, and correct the mistakes of his ancestors...either way, it's going to be difficult for him to choose. He is, in a way, the only sane and somewhat pure Uchiha...I mean...look at Itachi...look at him! He's grinning like a madman, and he wants Sasuke's eyes!!!!

Well, I like a lot of Sasuke pairings, like SasuKarin and SasuHina.

But... if you're asking me that he should end up with someone in canon in the manga? Definitely no. I just can't imagine Sasuke ending up with anyone or acting all lovely dovey with a girl, it just doesn't seem like his character to me. =/

Nobody. I like SasuKarin, but that's just a dream. He is not interested in anybody, and does not have time for a romantic relationship anyway. In fact, I don't think NaruSaku will happen until the whole Sasuke issue is solved. At this point in the manga, there's not really a place for romance, in my opinion.

Nah. Sasuke will be the last, but I don't think Kishimoto is going to kill him off. And as far of the canonical story here, I really think he won't be paired up with anybody and I think he should adopt a kid because with this whole Uchiha madness he's experiencing and plus, Naruto is still looking for him so...

I cringe at the prospect of SasuKarin, somehow I don't see her fitting his personality at all. I mean, wasn't many of the reasons we didn't support SasuSaku somehow amplified in SasuKarin? I know a lot of people jumped on the SasuKarin bandwagon because if that happened it would strengthen the possibility of NaruSaku. However, I would wholeheartedly prefer SasuSaku over SasuKarin because... Well, GAH. I can't see Sasuke with such a clingy person with such an overbearing personality like her. She's useful, she's funny, but she's not for Sasuke at all.

Not to say now Sasuke should end up with Sakura, we all know she's already taken thank you very much! Naruto will keep her from joining this twisted-weird clan of Sasuke's where -will not add in case of spoiling it for other people- and he'll make her happy-happy with their bright future! Hopefully.

I still stand by the belief that if ANYONE would have ended up with Sasuke it would be Sakura. That was the closest female to him ever, and he did display moments of caring for her. Small, insignificant to Naruto's feelings, but they were there. Of course we'll say they are more brotherly in nature, but that wouldn't stop him from developing more should he want to. He obviously doesn't, and I think Sakura's feelings have reached that point where she too cares about him strongly, but not intimately or romantically. Therefore, SasuSaku will most likely not work out.

I think that's pretty true. I don't see anyone comparing to Sakura at this point. If Sasuke was able to fend off any feelings for Sakura and then turn around and develop them for Karin there will be a big question mark over my head and a dissapointed look on my face should that happen. That to me is the same like saying that Sakura has kept away from Naruto for so and so reasons, then turns around and goes to Lee who is quite similar to Naruto, just with an amplified personality. Like, Naruto=Hyper Lee=Youth. Come on!

I dunno, when it comes to pairings I'm really picky. In my mind Sasuke only had one possible romantic interest, and he left her with a thank you and a broken heart for revenge. It defeats the perpose of that entire scene (the whole walking on the path of revenge, yaddy yadda) if he simply pairs up for somebody to 'revive his clan' or whatever. I agree with many of you who say Sasuke is only seeking revenge now. He's proven time and time again he has no need for a pairing. Not everyone is in a story just to get paired up, so I agree.

I personally dont think he well end up with anyone honestly. Though the reason is more that it is not in his character. Sasukes character IMHO is about redemption over revenge. Sasukes going to find after killing itachi that hes unfilled. hell want to go after madara and this is what i believe well lead tomhis eventual return to konoha. where hell start to earn a shot at his redemption.

Its also where I belive Sakura well confront him once and for all about her feelings. And where hell reveal that it was never him that complimented her that one time on the bench.

I've been thinking about this some more, and to be perfectly frank... the only people Sasuke could have ever had a reasonable pairing with are the Sakuras. that's right. It's plural. There are two, after all.

Sakura from part 1: This is the Sakura we all love to hate. She's human. Flawed. Totally not unbelievably over-the-top in any way except fangirling. She is the only one who Sasuke ever showed even the tiniest kindness to. ("Thank You") So, she's a choice.

Sakura from Fanfiction. This is coming from the generalities made of Sakura in Pieces of fiction made by fans. This Sakura is........ different. She varies from uber-kitteny to uver-fangirly and uber-wtfiswrongwiththisauthor. it varies. The only consistent theme is she loves Sasuke for reasons not fully explained nor rationalized. and this is different from Naruto's love of Canon Sakura. There's no reason for it, but it's Naruto. Does he need a reason?

Honestly, he would be the hardest to show any devolpment to any female in the series. To me, he looks like he barely tolerates people period. I honestly believe he is the lone wolf type, if he ever was involved with Sakura, I see him being gone by morning if ya understand what I mean.

though I am a bit of a fan of SasuHina lol(and to throw hints of another thread in here, He could tell us if she has boobs haha)

Personally Its like I said before. Sasuke's Character in the context of the story isnt about romance. It's about bonds and redemption. Specifically bonds of brotherhood with Naruto, friendship with sakura and Redemption through team 7 as a whole and Naruto as an indiviudal.

This stays consistent with the themes that Kishimoto sensei has used throughout the series to this point. No romantic interest or relationship with Sasuke at this point would even be remotely believable. He (kishi) has simply done nothing, period, end of statement. To even presage the beginnings of a more then friends relationship with anyone shy of Sakura and eevn that is onesided on Sakuras part as a crush.

And he pretty well killed that Idea in part 2 during the reunion when after three years his As sasusaku fans put it "truest love" gets greeted with a grand whopping total of 2 words.

Thats it. WEEEEEEEEEEE!! how romantic he doesnt even speak to her again and is near about to run her through when Yamato takes the hit for her.

Sasukes big break is going to come later. Hes most likely to finish Itachi off soon. But once he does Hell be driven to seek out Madara. I still think before Itachi dies he well impart some knowledge of Akatsukis plans for Naruto to him. whihc well lead him to seek out Naruto.
