OK Cammy users is there a reason as to why shes so....uh special? What makes her so hard to defeat (I think this may be only me, but I'm sure others have had trouble with her before).
Also does anyone know how exactly to clear this achievement?
Legendary Champion: Defeat Gouken and clear Arcade Mode in Hardest difficulty.
I'm not sure what exactly its asking. I've unlocked Gouken and I've beat Arcade mode in hardest, but it didn't work. Am I supposed to fight him in hardest, and if so who is his rival since I've tried with both Akuma/Ryu. Much appreciated if someone could clear it up.

Hmm.. let's see...
Cammy can juggle combos (except when using her Ultra during canceling), very high speed (she outbeat Chun-Li

Just read here: http://mycheats.1up..../xbox_360#cammy for more info.

Now for the achievement, I think you didn't finish Arcade (with the requirements of 2-3 perfects and 2 Ultra Finishes) without any continues in Hardest which is very damn difficult.

Yeah, but there's a way to work with it.

Ah thanks for the info and link, the strategy guide really helps to get a better understanding of the characters. For the most part I have the moves down pat, but its hard to do hadoken/fireballs because 50% of time I end up doing an uppercut instead. Requires a lot of precise timing.
And two perfects, three ultra finishers on hardest and no continues? Whoa...now that is ridiculously hard..especially with Seth as a boss.

"What is this?" You may ask. This is a typical list of my opponents, when I play online. You would think this game had four characters instead of 25.

For some reason, when I did Arcade Request, I played with decent users who played other characters. Hardly I played against 3 Kens, 3 Ryus and 2 Akumas while the rest were others.

Ya know, Derock, I also tend to run into a lot of people online who love playing Bison, besides just Ryu, Ken, and Akuma. Few deadly Balrog players, as well as some who play Vega well. I hardly see anyone playing, say, Seth or Dan. Fewer too playing Gen. But I myself have faced quite a few different players out there, BUT...
Not to sound forward, Derock, but we gotta have a contest sometime. I'm curious to see how well someone from H&E does on Live. Though I may get my butt kicked. XD

Catch me later on today. I might go on LIVE after volunteer work.

PS3 has a better controller. Since I'd been playing Street Fighter for how many years on PS, the controller has better response to make special moves, canceling and super/ultra combos perform better, unlike the 360 controller.
And well, those people are probably noobs because they only stick to the popular and easy-to-dominate characters (I prefer playing the female characters like Chun-Li and Cammy)

I have to say its probably personal preference. I have a friend that said the exact opposite, and that he had an easier time with the 360 controller. Personally, after playing with both, I had an easier time with the 360 controller also. I was able to roll certain attacks easier. But honestly I think its whatever you learn to work with most.
Either way, I'm a joystick man anyway. *hugs his Hori stick*
About the characters, based on the tier system, Ryu is one of the higher tier character. Ken, Cammy, Chun Li are in the lower to mid-low tiers. But whatever. It's just boring fighting the same characters. It's like a recycle of every match.

I did it with Chun-Li in Training Mode. Now I'm not sure it's part of her Normal/Hard Trials but I can put it down here:
Target Combo ---> Kintenkishu ---> Tenkakyaku ---> Tenshokyaku ---> Senretsu Kyaku
The max hits should be 12-13 hits depending on how fast you quickly perform Senretsu Kyaku to catch your opponent while falling and I perform this while my opponent is trapped via wall.
This is very shocking to me because I find charged move combos, especially charged super moves, very hard to pull off in my opinion. But this suddenly came out when I tested one of Chun-Li's Normal Trials and instead of using her EX Spinning Bird Kick, my hand suddenly moved to unleashed Senretsu Kyaku. I wonder this combo can be cancelled to Hosenka...
EDIT:
Negative! When I perform Hosenka after the combo, Chun-Li moved fast to the end of the screen and misses the opponent as he/she fall after Tenshokyaku.

Also, do you normally refer to yourself in 3rd person?

I also tried out recording one of our matches. Today I connected a Slingbox to the 360, and I can get a good feed to my netbook.

You forgot you won about 3 matches against me, while I won about 7

I can't wait to see the replays (by the time you have found a good recording program). Especially the 3rd match with my "supposely" 12-13 hit expert combo I pull of with Chun-Li.

I present the first video! The second one is being uploaded at the moment. We did create a third, but it got choppy halfway through - maybe my netbook got a bit low on RAM at that point.
The quality isn't as good as the original, but hopefully it looks OK.

- Slingbox Solo (with component connections, so it can record 360, Wii + PS2)
- Samsung NC 10 Netbook
- FRAPS for recording
- Windows Movie Maker for converting AVI to WMV + adding title.
The good news is it doesn't seem to lag when I play on the TV. The bad news is that it means I can't blame the Slingbox for my losses.

Next up will be Chun-Li vs Cammy. By the way, it was a 10-hit combo, not 12-13.

I'm currently working to get more Hooligan Combo and Spinning Backfist in my game. Hooligan Combo is great when you catch them off guard. And any class that doesn't have SRK, its a great tactic.
