The funny thing is that if it was reversed, and if at some point in Part 2 Naruto had killed Sasuke, I can't imagine Sakura then hating him as a result. It might have been awkward between them for a time, but they'd get over it. And people wonder why it's hard to accept that Naruto only views Sasuke as a platonic friend. It's so obvious that he loves him more than Sakura does. And Sakura loves him so much that he ruined her whole life on account of him when he didn't even particularly want her.

What if Sasuke had killed Sakura during the Land of Iron arc?

“Sasuke tried to kill Sakura only once.”
Hmmm...I couuld be wrong, but I count at least 3 times he tried to kill her.
First time was when he told her to kill Karin. You see the scene where she hesitates and Sasuke is about to chidori her in the back. Sakura gets saved by kakashi. There's one.
Sakura grabs Karin, heals her, and then attempts to stab Sasuke again. Sasuke grabs Sakura by the neck, strangling her, and then attempts to stab her with her own poisoned kunai. This time Naruto saves her and Sasuke actually slices Naruto across the cheek. Two
The third time I remember is actually when the three of them were fighting Madara. Sakura charges first and gets stabbed. Sasuke follows suit and actually looks like he is about to slice right through her. I argued this point with some members and I said "Look at the angle, he is basically using her as a distraction to slice through her and to Madara. He did it to Karin, why not Sakura?" We also have Naruto saving her...again, from Sasuke as he pulls her away and out of the way. You can see this with Naruto showing an expression and pulling her away almost like he knows Sasuke was going to go through her. And three.
All the other times he basically just left her to die or didn't care.
The worst part about this...Naruto knew this and reacted to keep Sakura out from the fray of Sasuke....Sasuke even lampshades this. "I only saved you cause Naruto was standing next to you."
Think about this: Naruto KNEW that Sasuke was attempting to kill Sakura several times and yet he still thought Sasuke was a "good guy."

Part 1 Naruto would have been so damn angry at the thought of Sakura getting killed by the person she loved. He would want to destroy Sasuke. But what do we get? "She's a part of Team 7, too."

Like I said, if it came between Sasuke and the rest of the world....Naruto would choose Sasuke in a heartbeat. This is why he is so very much absent from Naruto the Last...we know he would ignore Hinata and not even give her the time of day if Sasuke was around.
This is so true

Is that character from yu yu hakuso? The other stuff is true, except that last bit. Keiko Yukimura was a side char and she ended with the main character...but she also had more panel time then Hinata :lmao:and more development and Toshiro didn't even particularly LIKE her. He thought she was boring.
If true than isn't she practically the old school model of inactive heroine. I always consider her than bosun as the heroine.

Botan doesnt do all that much more then Keiko.Since its primarily a manga abo8t dudes fighting dudes, we dont really see any hard core female fighters until the end, discounting old genkai.
Guess you could refer to her as an inactive heroine,But Keiko's Character is centered around being the love interest since chapter one, and was central to reviving Yusuke. She's more generally the damsel though.

I think I'm wrong when I said her as inactive heroine. Perhaps the right word is passive heroine. Personally I will not consider to put her as the same class as Hinata because Hinata while popular is not that important in the story.
This is also why I don't equate orihime with Hinata. Since I always see that bleach is pretty much yu yu hakuso spiritual succesor, with botan-esque character (rukia) play more important role than keiko-esque character.
Yeah I think manga/anime at that time has so many passive heroine unlike today trend.

He drop her into lava when they fight Kaguya and thanks to Naruto she was saved. So that makes it 4 time murder attempt.
An out of control man needs a strong woman to control him.
And even a violent woman will become soft and tender to the man she love.

Yeah, but this example at least wouldn't be murder 1. It's just depraved indifference. It wouldn't legally be given the same weight as a premeditated killing.

Since she lives it's just attempted homicide and depraved indiff.

How about killing her with genjutsy? While not real, we have seen what strong genjutsy can do to someone (Itachi to Sasuke in part 1)!

Yeah, it should have traumatized her, I wrote a fanfic about it, but it obviously didn't considering she wasn't remotely scared to heal him afterwards. So the jury would likely not convict on that count.

One things for sure, I'd have kept watching it instead of waiting for the good fights of the war arc to start up.
