It did even in this Gaiden with The Salad remember !? All you need now is the Uchiha's ultimate power of love and strong imagination or for Daddy Sauce to stab you with his all powerful Chidori of love that works too

Did Kishimoto forget that the byakugan cannot be 'activated' like the sharingan. Hahahaha this is so ridiculous. I guess he realised that the kids don't have byakugan like they're supposed to and probably figured, "well, I should probably give it to one of them," and why not the Hinata clone? It's not like she'll show up pretty much at all. He's broken the rules of his own story plenty of times so it's not like it matters.
There's a page where Himawari goes to attack Bolt and Naruto protects him with his body.. Couldn't he have grabbed Bolt out of the way? I thought he was the Hokage (well not yet then but..). Taking him out of the trajectory of a five (?) year old should be no problem. And apparently cause of that he can't go to the ceremony any more.. Cause of what a little kid did. Seriously? and why would she attack her brother with such force..

Wait, if Himawari is five, then does that mean Naruto became Hokage only months before Gaiden? I mean during that flashback, he didn't have his cape, so was he even Hokage at the time? Cause if he was, then that would mean Sasuke was gone for at least 11 years for no reason, before he was sent out to find out about Shin.
This timeline is such a mess. :/

Well, the timeline certainly is a mess but I don't think Naruto became hokage months before gaiden, I think maybe a year or two, granted it's certain that Sasuke visited Konoha once when Naruto was hokage to warn about the"threat bigger than kaguya", ,it's still unknown why Sasuke didn't use this visit to meet Salad even once, specially since she had almost Burrito's age of being 10ish years old at the time

I got to the point where this stupidity doesn't anger me anymore. It just makes me laugh. Because you can't take this seriously.

I just don't think that those retcon eyes belong on Naruto's face. Whoever decided to make him and Hinata a couple must have dropped acid and smoked several decades of their life away.

Wish that Kishi would just stop trying to 'fix' Naruto, I guess that no one ever told him the phrase 'digging your own grave'. I will remember fondly the characters that made me love Naruto that were sacrificed at the all-mighty altar that is money (and crazy fan boys/girls).

In a sick way, this kind of mirrors Naruto and Sakura in the way that Mophead is gaining the scary/pissed off face (Sakura) and Burrito is running scared from her wrath (Naruto). Kishi must be really desperate to try and make the Naruto/Sakura ship seem like a sibling thing now

This in no way resembles NS. Sure Naruto made a comedic face whenever Sakura got mad, but he never hid in fright from her. These panels actually reminded me of that SD episode where Hinata talked about her stalking, which was clearly freaking Naruto out.
