I'm curious about something: what's the difference between Kishimoto's position in this movie compared to RTN's?

 

I wonder about that too - I thought he was the storywriter ...

I wonder about that too - I thought he was the storywriter ... 

Cause I have a hard time imagining he had the same influence on this one :confused:  this one has "generic" written all over its face, while RTN was pretty different from the usual SP movies (except blood prison maybe)

It does scream intro. Oddly enough, I would have taken it as a ending if you stick to the moon and that's it. Now, well, it's different.

FMAB episode 1 :headscratch:  I think I get what you mean, in a sense that it serves to introduce a "new world"? But then you're saying it is to be expected some sort of continuation from there, like a Naruto version of Dragon ball GT?

Yeah we still need more info. But your interpretation is actually interesting when we think about this whole New Era Project stuff, so maybe Naruto GT incoming XD

What you mean by that? The first FMA anime made it's own ending because the manga wasn't done yet while Brotherhood was a more faithful adaptation to the manga.

 

Unless.....

 

Are you talking about them making a remastered anime of Naruto minus all the filler?

No you might not remember but FMA brotherhood episode 1 was not canon material if I'm not mistaken, it was actually just some sort of introduction to the series... that's what I got from it though just my opinion
