The pairing wars have already been over ever since Kushina and Minato gave it their blessing. Whether or not Sakura agreed would make little impact on the NH or SS fandom.

Well, try telling this to NH/SS fans and see them implode with rage. It will be entertaining.

Shikamaru ending up with Temari seems a lot more likely than him ending up with Ino.  All of the Shikamaru/Ino interactions have been purely team-oriented, especially considering the nature of how they work together.

 

However, Temari's relationship with Shikamaru is very different.  Besides, I personally feel that Temari's presence in his Tsukuyomi dream about marriage is suggestive of more than coincidence.

To be honest I couldn't care less if Shikamaru ends up with Temari or Ino. I just never saw the whole Shikamaru and Temari thing. I've always believed that if Kishi is going  to show us another pairing besides NS, it will be Shikamaru and Ino. But if we see him with Temari by the end of the story, it wouldn't bother me. Again if we see another pairing besides NS.

I gotta say, it's a clever timing to have her smile while Naruto is still looking elsewhere, pretty much missing out.

That is one of things I do not like from a  Shonen  manga. The couple missing very important things from each other.

I thought she will get a "what!" face and then focus on Naruto trying to answer. So all in all, this was great.

To be honest I couldn't care less if Shikamaru ends up with Temari or Ino. I just never saw the whole Shikamaru and Temari thing. I've always believed that if Kishi is going  to show us another pairing besides NS, it will be Shikamaru and Ino. But if we see him with Temari by the end of the story, it wouldn't bother me. Again if we see another pairing besides NS.

Well I'm just saying that anime can squeeze without being like "See! Naruto knows her, yet he don't acknowledge her that she loves him!" or something like that. To be honest, some Shounen goes further by never really show anything more than friendship, so it's an easy escape. Here, not so much, unless Naruto is blind. She can smile, flirt, etc and Naruto will never get it.

Sorry if I mean to offend blind people. No intention behind this.

As long as Studio Pierott animators remain in charge of creating the Naruto anime, it won't stop. I bet they'll still find ways of giving these tiny moments to Hinata even after NS becomes canon.

Like maybe making Naruto argue with Sakura in a filler and then have Hinata console him 

 

Because most people like ShikaTema more.

 

I know that but they're so cute lol even the animators seem to emphasize them

 

And this is one of the main reasons why i dont like Hinata much...the animators do any and everything in their power to make her relevant and it's annoying and uncalled for...not bashing her or anything..

Naruto can see and understand everyone and everything else other than this. He even manages to understand completely the more complicated characters like Sasuke and Obito, but somehow he fails to see as simple and obvious a thing as Sakura's affection for him.

I don't ship ShikaIno however if Kishi makes other pairing besides NS, I want it to the ShikaIno.

Well he doesn't see it when the time was right. When I said that, I mean after Naruto goes blind. If blind, he will never know Sakura is doing all that until she says it. The point is it's like watching a movie, we keep wanting the protagonist and his family to meet each other at last but throughout, we keep having them missing each other until the very end. When it happens, we tear for joy.

But Shikamaru and Temari have been shown to have something of a teasing, romantic chemistry between them ever since their fight in the Chuunin exams. Their interactions always give a vibe of 'something's going on between these two'. And other characters have referenced this, like the time Naruto asks them whether they are going out. Their chemistry is written a lot like NS.

 

There's nothing of this sort between Ino and Shikamaru. Their bond is of teammates, not once has Kishi given any sort of romantic hint here. But Sai and Ino? Its actually hinted more than InoShika. Ino is physically attracted to Sai.

You actually did a decent job lol. 😂 I liked many things about this episode: minato(sexykitten), minato's famous question, naruto's cute ass response(suchanadorabledork), Sakura's headbutt, minato's comparison between the queens, & Sakura's precious smile. Yep, can't really complain.

As far as ShikaTema goes, I mostly just like it because I saw these really adorable next gen pictures of them on deviantart before I even saw them interact, so I was converted Plus, it's really cute to imagine Gaara having pictures of his ShikaTema nieces and nephews on his kazekage desk xD
