I see some people are divided by the deal of what occurred with sakura, but for a moment can we all just say how great it is, that no matter the views, it's like Kishi just keeps emptying lead into the dead corpse of sasusaku at this point?
No seriously after seeing this moment this just breaks the convection of anyone having the argument of Sasuke actually even trying to do good, he only saved them because they were next to naruto and he needs narutos power to stop Kayuga. Sasuke just doesn't care at all.
The point with naruto though, even if they are not of any help in the battle. He is simply saying while even if he agrees they could not do much, just abandoning them is basically going against one of the most important things he learned, to never abandon a comrade, I mean remember when Kakashi told them about using teamwork? Yes that's what I am getting from here, naruto is sticking to what he learned best even in the situation, he isn't just going to abandon the both of them and just fight, remember naruto is just a guy who protects those important to him,
While it does seem dumb to keep having sakura lament over Sasuke not caring, it's another to be glad that she thanks naruto for the save. Bent remember, if what we believe is happening, then this is just part of that gradual shift from her turning away from Sasuke and towards naruto. Really that scene right there, that was the scene that stabbed the hearts of many SS fans today, even if you say there is something ns inclined or not, the fact remains, sakura is getting around Sasuke at this point.
As for the powerups well it's a fight, not a major reveal since hagoromo could float. Did this chapter also confirm Madara died since the chakra rods vanished or is he simply suppressed by kagyua? The edo hokage are moving out to help team 7. Kakashi got a quick save in sakura and Kakashi which was nice as well. In this chapter though, it seems that now sakura and kakashi will be put in a safe place, but still it doesn't rule out sakura not doing something, I mean you can count on kagyua trying to beat naruto and Sasuke into submission and sakura has to have some event in the fight since she is there by all means, I mean she wouldn't be put there with the rest of the team just to continually lament over Sasuke not caring and having only one attempt from fighting Madara, something else will happen for her and maybe it will come at a later chapter this year but in the closer timeframe, she should have something when the time is right,
Still I just cannot believe it, Kishi has shown no mercy to sasusaku, he is shot the hell out of it, now it's just a red mess in the ground he decides to continually blast with buckshot. That's what it's like, it's like Kishi you already killed it, and he just keeps loading more shots after more shots to just keep double tapping it like it was a zombie or something, like making sure it is absolutely dead after events like 540 showing she loved him but was saddened by it,
Good news is though sakura did thank naruto and naruto doesn't care about their powers or limits this fight, he simply saved them because he is the good guy, that's who he is,
