Anyway, I'm going to take a more optimistic route with 634.

 

I predict that we will see at least some of the following:

- The reaction to the simultaneous summonings, Sakura's in particular. Naruto, Gamakichi, and/or Minato will say/do something that shoves the manga in the NaruSaku direction, and there will be references to a new generation of Sannin.

 

- **The identities of Sakura and Sasuke's summons will be revealed as well as brief flashbacks/talk no jutsus as to how they got them. If Sakura's slug is Katsuyu, we will learn the fate of the Kages.** (almost definite)

 

- Sakura will leave her slug to stay behind and heal people, but she will enter the battlefield and play offense (possibly on top of Gamakichi with Naruto  )

 

- Team 7 will do something cool and deal more damage to the Juubi fodder, the rest of the alliance watching/fighting in admiration

 

- Inspirational quote by Naruto with Sakura and Sasuke in the background ends the chapter.

It's not far that Sakura has Slug Sage Mode. In fact, I think it's very well possible that she can have it especially when she said " If it is the current me ". Plus, Sakura can summon slugs. This I took it as a possible sign that she has Slug Sage Mode.

I'm so confused about this. Why did she say "If it is the current me"? Does that mean that there is a stage she can go into where she can't heal? Does that mean she might turn into a killing machine? Could it be that this stage would happen to be called....

She's already a killing machine but I meant your first question. It seems from what she's saying in this translation that there's another stage she's likely will go into. As for the spoiler, it's possible that she would reveal that part in a next stage, but I think it's reserved for comical purposes.

I think she means that now that she has the chakra for it and all that jazz, she's capable of doing what Tsunade can do. The current her being more powerful than the former.

Yeah, she was great. Well she has Naruto now so no need to act different unlike when she's around Sasuke. :)

next chapter :  i think we'll see team7 a lot ! I hope i'm not wrong ! I think we'll have some explanation about Sakura, and maybe naruto will react to sakura's summoning ? I don't know really about that, maybe he sensed it and maybe he will not be surprised, or maybe he always believed in sakura and he will not be surprised either... but i can imagine him saying something, and then it could lead to some explanations. we should not forget about the writing aspect of the manga... also, i would love to see sasuke jealous again about naruto's power LOL . I also think we might have news from Tsunade. The summoned animals knows things. so sakura's summon will surely say something about tsunade because she's linked to katsuyu for sure. but i hope this will not lead sakura to leave the battlefield now. now it's not NOT NOT NOT the time for her to leave !!! O_o Now it's time to the new legendary sannins to be named !

I used to question myself about that too, and i asked a friend. She told me it's a bad translation. Actually, you could read mangastream translation, it's more accurate on this part.

I don't have any specific predictions because the climax is getting so good right now. The battlefield is just crazy right now. I mean, right now Madara is the ultimate villain that I feel the story arch of Naruto is going to end and those 3 kids that keeps following him around the village will carry on the universe. Unless, there's a new villain to keep Naruto and his gang busy but Madara is a tough act to follow. Maybe Orochimaru?

Depends if he means dead for good or dead the revivied.

 

Most likely going to be Kakashi/sai/yamato < Obi kills Kaka, sai gets killed, Yamato is killed

 

likely: SASUKE <- my money if it's out of the 3 kids is on sasuke dying

 

Less likely: Sakura < dies to revive Naruto? dies to protect Naruto from sasuke?

As annoying as this would be, I'd rather get it over with. With all the amazing stuff going on with Sakura, Team 7, the rookies, and the Kages, I lost all interest in the Kakashi vs. Obito fight. I just rather a quick outcome and move on.
