Oh no ciardha don't say that making Ino with a secret crush on Naruto great let's give Naru/Ino fan service although it's my second fav pairing.

I actually enjoy Naru/Ino as a crack pairing. Honestly though, if Ino was the shy girl with a crush on Naruto, and Hinata was a bold outgoing girl who acted towards Naruto the same way Ino does now, I think I might ship Naru/Hina to the same extent to enjoy Naru/Ino in the manga. I think most of the appeal of Naru/Ino for me is in personality rather than appearance.

Of course, I'd still ship N/S, I'd just enjoy N/H as a crack-pairing for this movie. But that's assuming the personality-switch goes the way I mentioned earlier.

Now that I think about it, if it does go that way, and Kishi is really writing the script for this movie, that'd be pretty bad news for N/H. I mean, it'd mean Kishi's pretty much looking at Naru/Hina and Naru/Ino, a crack pairing essentially, in the same light.

As fun as that would be if it was true, the answer is sadly no. Remember that Bleach is animated by Pierrot as well. If Pierrot churned out Naruto & Bleach movies at the same time, they'd be on the verge of bankruptcy because releasing a movie takes a huge chunk out of the budget.

As for OP, I'm not so sure to be honest because I heard that while it's true it was announced that Oda would be actively producing the movie, but I remember reading somewhere that statement was later retracted. Not so sure either...

I was more just kidding with that. What I meant by Kubo winning the bet was that he wouldn't have to get involved with the next Bleach movie, whenever it comes out. As awesome as stuff like this is for fans, I imagine writing a weekly manga while simultaneously working on a movie must be insane for these guys. I have to give them props for actually managing all this and not cracking under the pressure. It really is amazing to hear how some of these writers sacrifice their personal lives for their fans.

In another topic, just like Boom mentioned above I would most definitely enjoy it if this new movie included an overly aggressive Hinata trying to seduce Naruto, and yet comically failing. Especially if its the usual Naruto and not some alternate one. I can already imagine the look on his face every time Hinata tries to jump on him.

Naruto: Wait Hinata, what in the world are you doing?

Alt. Hinata: Obviously trying to kiss you.

Naruto: Hold it, this doesn't make any sense. You barely talk to me and you always do it behind cover for some weird reason. Not to mention that you randomly pass out by now.

Oh, I know you were kidding with that, but I just wanted to say that in all possibility, it would be impossible to see the Big 3 authors+Mashima being involved at the same time with their movies because Bleach is also done by Pierrot, that's all.

So this is some sort of alternate universe or genjutsu. And while far from skinny, Choji's face is less fat in this world. Like Ino. Shika's hair also is slightly different.

So it does look like the characters changed and probably are switched with their opposite(Ino/Hinata, Shika/Kiba, etc). The question is what Naruto are we seeing and how did Sakura change?

Well, if we're gonna play that game now then look at Chouji's cheek markings. They are normally circular but in this new movie poster the look more like squares. Hmm, suspicious.

Aware something is very wrong- look at the expression on her face. She appears the same as always, as do Minato, Kushina and Naruto. Sakura and Minato have a bit of a anxious, aware expression though.

Who knows if Hinata will be flriting with Kiba instead of Naruto NH fans will like that for sure . Not to mention that anything story related or pairing related will be canon material since Kishi himself will be involve in this movie.
