Anyways, I was looking for a cord extension in the laundry, and I saw this box that said "GAME BOY PC CONNECTORS". So I opened the box to see what was inside, and guess what I found?

That's a nice find though. I sold mine to my cousin, and only bought it back a year ago for nostalgia's sake.

Did you find any games for it? It seems like all my favorite games have been remade for 3/DS, or I just downloaded them onto my Wii on a whim. I'd still love to play Banjo-Kazooie though, if I can find that game...

I know. My dad doesn't know the difference between an N64 and a GBA. He's so old. He just calls them Nintendo. confused.gif

But yeah, I found all my games in the box too. Maybe I should start playing Ocarina again. So then I can understand the game as a fifteen-year-old instead of a five-year-old. tongue.gif

Anyways, a few minutes ago I was looking for the cord to plug into the TV I have in my room [yeah it wasn't in the box sadly OTL]. I practically looked everywhere. Spare room, living room, laundry, kitchen [don't ask], my room, my sister's room, my mom and dad's room. When I looked under my parents' bed, guess what I found?

Wow, that's also a nice find. Maybe not nice as the N64, since you can play all those games on the Wii, but it's still nice nostalgia. I remember all my close buddies in middle/high school having PS2's, while I alone rocked out with the 'Cube. They all talked their PS2's up, but whenever we partied and felt like gaming, the only thing anyone would want to play was Super Smash Bros. Melee. laugh.gif I remember absolutely dominating at that, no matter what state of mind I was in. sweat.gif

I bet playing OOT would bring back some nice memories. Have you played the 3DS game yet? I feel like I'd cringe looking at the graphics on the original version after playing that one.

What?!? No 3DS?!? I guess you aren't as big of a Nintendork as I thought. Maybe I'll have to stop calling you senpai...

Just kidding. But yeah, I'm not sure if it's worth it yet if you can't afford it. The only games I have for it right now are remakes, and the only game I plan on getting for it in the near future is Tales of the Abyss, another remake. I hear the new Mario Kart and Mario Land games are loads of fun, though, but I've never really been passionate over those sorts of titles.
Anyways, I guess I only had the old-school pre-Lite DS before getting mine, so I'd say the upgrade was worth it. Plus I got lucky and got a brand new one on eBay for $50 cheaper than the original price. But it might be a good idea to hold off on buying one, if you have a DS Lite or a DSi, or just don't like Mario or remakes. I just hope you have one by the time the next Zelda game comes out. happy.gif

I'm glad I got mine before the price drop though. Hurray for 20 free games! wow.png

Well...I obviously love those games, so my opinion is biased, but I'd say OOT 3D is definitely worth getting the system if you're a Zelda fan. The graphics look amazing, and the system's gyroscopic controls feel flawless. I remember having my mind blown right at the beginning of the game, watching those weird snakey spirity things in Kokiri Forest (whatever the heck they are) float out of the screen in 3D. I probably played that game for two months straight, thanks to Master Quest. wow.png

LOL, I feel like I'm turning your blog into another Zelda thread. I hope you're having fun playing Trauma Center (I'm terrible at those games sweatdrop.gif).

LOL it's okay. I'm a fan so it doesn't really matter. Plus I refuse to use this as a proper blog because that would somehow be boring :L

Anyways, I think I might play Under the Knife 2 instead. The original for the DS is so haxed it's not funny. mellow.gif
