That would be cool. Lol. Maybe he can close all romance for all side characters.
You know, I never asked but I'm curious your answer. What if Kushina was more like Hinata, as in when Kushina first appear, she all shy to speak to his own son, stutters, and her background is that she always keeps watching Minato but too shy to talk. How much difference does it make for you and your confident on pairings.

Naruto:...
Sakura: No I won't let you go!
Naruto: Sakura, believe in me.
Yep, i can definatly see the moment that Sakura and Naruto talk/confess will involve Naruto preparing to die with sasuke, only for Sakura to confess ( for real) begging him not to go / asking him to let her help him.

I always have this in mind but I will get trouble for not doing it in corner. I can see it happening.

I for one would be quite confident...as an NH fan. Sorry, but I tend to support whichever pairing is most likely to become canon in the context of the author's work.

Yeah you better get writing it up for striker or he's going to set Hinata off the leash to stalk you

Lol I understand. It's just funny the way you wrote it. I was like "Oh really?" Then I read further and then say, "Oh yeah, that's right." Well, I was going to say all other parallels, but as many would say, MinaKushi is the most effective parallel of them all, so if you parallel that, you win the war.

1) Zabuza- behind his walls, he actually loves and cares for Haku deeply
2) Orochimaru- lost his parents at a young age, and witnessed so much death occuring around him that he became driven to seek immortality
3) Sasori- also lost his parents at a young age and became obsessed with immortality
4) Itachi- turns out he massacred his clan, purposely tortured Kakashi, and drove his brother to the brink of insanity and caused his obsession with revenge, all because he was a true hero
5) Pain- lost his parents at a young age, and witnessed so much death occuring around him that he became driven to seek world peace
6) Obito- got friendzoned
7) Madara- mistreated by Tobirama, duped out of the Hokage seat, lost the trust of his own clan, and Uchiha genetics
The fact that we finally got true villains who were complete pricks and acted without any sort of justification made the Immortal Arc that much more unique and enjoyable.
Okay seriously stop it with the whole friendzone thing.
All of the Akatsuki have very interesting pasts and brilliant design. Honestly Hidan and Kakuzu and even Kisame were some of the least interesting Akatsuki because of their lack of character. Do they have a purpose? Yes. You need to have bad guys, pure evil men who do not respond to reason or justice and whom have nothing but selfish and malicious intents. They are important and serve a purpose but they are also far less interesting than the others who were good people who fell victim to the horrors of the world and driven insane by hatred or trauma. You need to open your mind to try and depict the horrors the Akatsuki went through in order to truly appreciate the beauty of a character and experience the emotional reactions received from their perception of the world and the actions they take to achieve their own justice. It's a thought provoking story that can truly make you feel the authors thoughts if you let yourself become immersed. At the front it's just a shounen battle manga but the reason Kishimoto is so successful is because he's able to take it a step further than just meaningless entertainment and deliver a true story.
ps. I have to figure out why I sometimes get onto rants like these.

For me it wouldn't make a difference for a couple of reasons-
-Other parallels=Obito, Kakashi, Rin,, Jiraiya, Tsunade, Orochimaru
-Naruto's feelings have not changed
-the extent of Sakura's feelings for Naruto have not been explicitly stated
-Sasuke is still evil
But the real thing is development. When I've debated Naru/Hina fans in the past, a lot of them like to use the Akira Toriyama argument of how chi chi ended up with Goku and she was not the Tsundere. Personally, I don't think the Tsundere argument is really all that strong. However, development is always included when it comes to romance. Why the Akira toriyama argument doesn't work is because Chi chi and Goku actually had development. Hell he promised to marry her. Hinata and Naruto don't have the same development that Sakura and Naruto have. Sasuke, who is a large factor in Naruto's life is not something that Hinata can connect with him on. Sakura can. Now of course we could see this change where Naruto and Hinata gain years of development in a couple weeks, but when Naruto said that until he saves Sasuke he cannot confess his feelings that makes one thing clear. Until Sasuke and Naruto fight, we aren't going to get an answer. However, if Naruto has loved Sakura and rejected her confession it makes me wonder. Sakura confessed and Naruto rejected it because in my opinion he knew that she still had feelings for Sasuke. If Sasuke is redeemed and Sakura than confesses to Naruto that would be more convincing because Naruto who by redeeming Sasuke has given her a chance to win over Sasuke. If she tells Naruto that she loves him more after Sasuke has been redeemed it will be genuine because he will not be able to doubt her feelings.

Well said. For the record, Akira recently admitted that romance is not his thing and just do it ASAP for the adventure can continue. He's not the type of guy to work deep on romance department. Yet Chi Chi is a tsundere. Funny, for a guy who doesn't put in romance, he sure made the one that fits Shounen. I do agree with you about the argument because not only on what I just said, but the fact Goku was really clueless in almost everything, not having a love interest in his eyesight at the very beginning, and yes, he did make a promise regardless that he doesn't know. At least it was early seal. Naruto follows more down the line of guys who already have a dream but an underdog of the story. Underdog always win.

True, my main point was that Goku and Chi chi had development. Though the main characters tend to end up with Tsunderes, there is nothing in the definition of a tsundere that requires them to end up with the main character. Either way, its just more evidence pointing towards NaruxSaku which is what really matters.

Sorry, it's an overused joke
And don't get me wrong, I love how Kishi creates complex villains with tragic pasts; it does give the story a lot more depth. Hell, I even cried during Zabuza's redemption. It's just that when the author tries to make you feel sympathetic towards one villain after another, the impact becomes progressively lessened, and after a while you just become jaded to all of it.

True. I just want to test people to see if they rely heavily on parallel and if not, are they being in denial, alas hypocrite. Example:
Me: NaruSaku is canon. Kushina made it work.
If Kushina = Hinata
Me: NaruSaku is canon. Kushina didn't really mean anything.

Shino perhaps? Making him literally never to be forgotten. Wow, that's funny yet meaningful.
That's why I see this battle more of Naruto vs. Naruto.....I mean Obito.

Right now it's kinda hard to imagine Kushina as Hinata, but let's say she was like Hinata but kept the speech at the end then probably I would be more inclined towards NH. So in a way yes I think Kushina's personality but more importantly her wish for Naruto to live a good life. I like how Naruto tried to tell her how he is on all those departments regarding eating sleeping bathing etc. yet didn't say anything about loving a girl.
But because of so much development on NS and so few on NH it's hard for me to even imagine them together.
