Kishimoto said he's tired of writing and it's kinda obvious that after Naruto he will retire.
Also Naruto's world is not huge or something that opens for a LotR.

Define feeling funny??

Maybe these panels of Sakura in 615 could come into play when you say feels funny.

Maybe Naruto get another powerup to practical godmode (Invincibility in sage of the six paths mode?) and that makes Sakura develop the hots for him...

Well, you could say that about 615 but best to get words from her. Funny as in a feeling something..."new". It happens a lot and you got to find it what is it you're feeling. You could think back from part 1 with Sakura not understanding what she was feeling after Naruto made a speech that differs for her pov in chapter 3.

Ah yes, I remember this. He seems to be changing thoughts on what to do next on his life. I think after becoming a dad, he may consider to take a long break before making another manga.

Actually is one shot, it was part of one of his rejected works there he talked about this on Naruto volume 11 about he said he had about 160 pages but he's going to release this one-shot.

I remember seeing in one of the chunin exam chapters in an author's notes page (along with an old version of that same drawing) that Kishi intended to make this manga after he finished up with Naruto. He even called it his best story concept, or something of a similar nature.

It seems this is the rumored One-shot that Kishi will publish in Jump Square next month. If it's a hit he could probably start the serialization after he's done with Naruto.

I think the premise is about a guy that is involved with the mafia. Not gonna lie, I'm really excited to see more of it.

True, though I don't think he will rush to do it now. He may consider it but it all depends. I think it needs a great rating by people to make it work.

It depends on how will be the reception of the one-shot but what makes the concern if Kishimoto rushing to end Naruto soon to start this series which means that asspull everywhere and he wont care about the development of his story he will be more concerned about doing a meh ending and rushing things to the end.

yes but that doesn't mean that will be serialized by force. A oneshot could be serialized or not... depends on how success it will have... Kishimot created two oneshot during Naruto, Bench! (3 years ago) and now this one called "Mario". Maybe after he finished Naruto he will one of these oneshots since he's a successful mangaka since he's already a great popolarity thanks to Naruto.
But depends on his desire to continue to be still mangaka ... In an interview released on last summer, he admitted that he was getting tired and would gladly spend his days in the hot springs (the so-called "onsen"), clearly more a place for old people than young people lol
