When Kishimoto realizes how bad he kittened everything up, we might have the deserved ending. I prefer one well done than this Hinata-centered movie full of clichés and retcons as the final one.

Well we will find our how bad it is later today. I would keep expectations as low as possible, but it's not a 0% chance of NS happening. That's what I feel anyway.

I don't know...I mean NS was kinda just supposed to happen anyway. They don't need an entire movie to make it work, so I don't have any problem with that side of it really. Hinata is really annoying, but hopefully this movie can make her get past her obsession with Naruto, and we can see some real character growth prehaps. That's what I'm hoping for anyway, but of course the movie could still be complete kitten. I'm just speculating here.

Our fate? Oh no no no. NS doesn't need approval by Kishimoto to be amazing, nor do I need his support to keep this ship/fandom going. In fact if anything from what he has said, he is a hindrance more then an positive.

Honestly, Sasuke deserves someone better.

This is my theory.

They don't deserve anybody but each other. Let's face the facts that it will be logical for Kishi to pair them up even though they never once interacted with each other in the manga. That is okay because Sasuke was gone from the village most of the time. Hinata is the only non fodder gal besides ten ten that he's yet to abuse. Hinata does not have any feelings from the start but she will learn to love him because it's more likely Sasuke will comfort her after Naruto rejects her. So the should eliminate the OOCness process. And further more, she will not be a Sasuke fangirl just as Sakura is not a Naruto fangirl.

The posters whats brings hope to the pairing especailly her being part of team 7. Since when Kishi is so direct with his pairings? Just take a look at that team 7 poster of her walking side by side with Naruto vice versa Sakura. Opposite always attracts the opposite. Now what will be their red thread of faith? Frankly, there's nothing red to connect them. But, the color purple will serve as their red thread of faith.

Just examine their attires. You'll see them have it, starting from PT 2. Sasuke and Hinata are wearing the same colors. Who would have thought that this is all a design fient. Sasuke Sound Village attire confirms this and it was the last attire he wore at the ending of the war. Now it comes down to an object or thing that will represent as their thread of faith.

Look at my avatar at that dark purple bandana/turban. That is SH's purple thread of faith. This is fiction, so I don't see why Kishi should not tweaked with the folklore a bit. You'll notice that Sasuke is not wearing the turban in chapter 700. I'll get to that in my next theory.

Maybe it will have a great importance or not in the film. I hoping if it's SH that there aren't any romantic moments other than hugging a heart broken Hinata at the end of the movie. Of course Sasuke would see the Kaguya potential in her due to her having Teroni and Hamura's power and he wants to exploit that because Kaguya had intrigued him being the most powerful woman.

Now there is the "longhair" Sasuke fangirl rumor said by Sakura that he likes girls with long hair. That could play a role why Part 2 Hinata has long hair and kept it long. And it could easily be connected to the Chuunin exams where Sakura was force to cut her hair and just maybe that was where SS'was doomed from that point on as she never grew hers back.

Now he might have to retcon a childhood past to seal the deal because the parallels linking both of their fathers and how Hiashi dissaproved of Hinata and neglect just as much as Fugaku neglected Sasuke because he favors Itachi.

"Come with me." Sasuke said. "You need to let go of Naruto and put it behind you. I'll train you to use the powers of the Sixths Paths properly.
