Yes! Chargers won! The offense kinda pissed me off when they couldnt capitalize on all those turnovers but whatever the defense got it done! Next week vs the Broncos, Im sure the Chargers can win that one too. Im just scared to face the patriots, they always beat the Chargers in the playoffs..

Yes. Chargers will win this week. Peyton is terrible in the playoffs. Can't wait to see you guys play us next week.

Chargers beat the (no Atkins) Cincy. Just as I said they should. Now they go to Broncos who without Miller and Vickerson, will allow him 5+ seconds in the pocket on average. And the Colts go to New England with their absolutely terrible secondary, and give the "choo choo, hop on the Blount train" Patriots a very easy offensive game. Then.. you know.. the Colts would have to beat our defense up, which without Wayne, it's simply impossible. Patriots have freaking Talib and Mccourty. Ain't no way that Hilton goes over 60 yards. With that, Luck (my 2nd favorite quarterback) will fall apart, and pray to god Wayne makes a miracle recovery and instead of playing again next season, some how plays next week. Oh, and how many yards did Chiefs run for against them with just Davis? Blount and Ridley will absolutely destroy their defense and let Tom's play action tear apart all of the pride Colts had this year in their defense.

Personally, depending on Ridley and Blount is dangerous. They fumble too much. I owned Ridley in my fantasy league and his fumbling made me pay. I think Indy will lose, but like I said, they are a weird team that seems to play much better against superior competition.

The no Adkins D wasn't the problem. They played fine. The problem was the Cincy O turning it over 4 times. I thought the D kept them in despite all the turnovers. If not for the D limiting SD to field goals on most of them, this would (and probably should) have been a blow out.

They fumble too much... in the rain. Blount has 1 fumble outside of the rain. Same for Ridley. Well.... he has 2, but even Dion Sanders said that the one where he caught it and Polamalu hit him wasn't a fumble because he never actually had made any football move. Should of been an incomplete pass. But we all know refs can't do their jobs.

If I were Indy, I would contact Tennessee about Bernard Pollard and see if they can do a loaner.

The rain is not the only time Ridley fumbles. It's a chronic problem for him.

Not really. 4 fumbles (3 if refs weren't stupid in the Pittsburgh game). 2 of them were in the rain. Other one was in the Bills game. Honestly, only the Bills game was where I was upset at him for fumbling the ball. Not just because it was a fumble, but because he lost it for no reason because he thought he was already down by contact or something. And Blount has 3 fumbles this year. 2 in rain. 1 at Bengals. Basically... if you have 1 fumble in all the games played out the bad weather all year long, then you aren't really a fumbling machine that people are saying you are. Not to mention the treatment Bill gave Ridley for dropping his 4th one (3rd one really) in the Denver game. He made him sit 2 games to prepare him for these games right here. The postseason games. When you have to stand for 60 minutes with your ball wrapped onto a ball for 60 minutes on national television with all your loved ones looking at you, it takes the man out of you. Bill is the smartest coach in this era. He wants Ridley to get mad and fight for his manhood for these next 4 weeks. Chargers will beat the choking Peyton, and then we will get the two best tricky offenses in the NFL going head to head.

On another topic. John McDaniels better not go to the Browns. He better stay right here on the Patriots and be our offensive coordinator for the rest of his life.

He should. He didn't do a very good job as a head coach in Denver.

Denver wasn't good in general without Peyton though.

I wasn't saying he sucked as your OC. Not all coordinators make good coaches. He did good as an OC and bad as a coach. If I were him, go with what works, especially since the Browns have little to work with and apparently don't give any one much time to succeed. It's win now!....with the rotting corpses of Jason Campbell and Willis McGahee.

Haha. Never said that you said that he sucked as our OC. And I would love to be head coach of Browns. They have so many draft picks this year, and Brian Hoyer was looking like a pretty good quarterback for them, until he was injured for the season. Their defense is good, but their offense (without Hoyer) is just trash. Next year however, Hoyer will be back, and them drafts will give Hoyer some offense to work with. Oh, and they have a rising star out of Josh Gordon. They have a good chance at getting in the playoffs next year. Especially if they pick the right coach.

They also have no run game. I thought they screw Chudzinski, which is why I'd think real hard about coaching that team.

F'ing refs.

It's one thing to miss the occasional call it happens, I get it. Refs screw up, but Boldin head butted a defender at 1st and goal in that game changing drive and wasn't called for it when Munnerlyn's is what got SF the first FG. And it's not like they missed it. They were standing right there when Boldin did it and did nothing. Absolute horsekitten. It's a foul or it's not. Call it the same for both. They finally got around to it when it didn't matter. Then a couple plays later they missed 12 men on the field by SF, which Carolina was calling attention to. 2 missed penalties in the redzone on that very important drive.

Don't know that it makes a difference, but I understand Munnerlyn, especially, being pissed off about it.

Absolutely terrible. Panthers got knocked out by refs.

Patriots adversity is looking as hot as ever now. I'm so confident in them right now to win next week. Broncos are rolling on these Chargers, but Chargers are playing so bad out there. Half of the Chargers offensive line guys didn't even pratice until like Thursday, and their defense has jumped offsides like.. 6 times or something? Just handing it to Broncos. We'll take out Peyton though. Our offensive line looked really deadly against Colts.

Oh and..

1546111_565647390188461_2119207101_n_zps

Blount. 166 rushing yards, and 4 tds. First ever player to have 120+ rushing yards and 4 tds in a postseason game. He could of got 6 tds, and the fans were cheering for blount every time that got within 10 yards, but Bill worked on his trust with Ridley and gave him the last 2 red zone tds that everyone knew Blount could of done.

I'm pushing for Seattle now as they have never won one (unless SD pulls a miracle out of their rear). I actually like SF, but I am very bitter about that inexcusably bad referring job, so it's hard to root for them right now. As I said, I can live with screw ups, I cannot live with refs calling the same play differently for different teams. You absolutely can't do it. Everyone deserves at least some level of fairness and their was nothing fair about that.

Don't like Denver (never have), and I'm also kinda bitter about John Fox taking a dump on the Panthers his last season there. I'm kind of neutral about the Pats, although I was hoping for a Panthers/Pats rematch.

Same. My hometown vs my team. But refs had to screw it up, and didn't even let them get a chance against the 12th man.

Nate, who's your team?

Carolina Panthers.

SF outplayed them in the second half, no question (and Carolina got stuffed twice from the 1). But I wonder if they go in up 10-9 rather than down 13-10, does it effect the momentum?

Of course it does. Wait... aren't you from North Carolina too?

And Denver pulled it out. 3rd and 17 I thought it was a choke. Then at 3rd and 6, they once again played really crappy defense. 24-17 to beat the Chargers as bad as they played and with all those injuries. I think Denver might come in as the underdogs. Blount TRAAAIINNN!!! Let's go!

No, I'm from Dallas (though I don't live there now). I grew up during the early 90's Cowboys and man were those fans obnoxious. I didn't really have a true (floating between the good anti-cowboy teams) team until I latched onto the Panthers.

The sad thing was, I had a major project due Monday morning for law school and didn't get to watch that one. I followed it online, but that was it. There are fans who still haven't forgiven Kasey. And why do you think I wanted a Pats/Panthers rematch? We still owe you for 2004.

Actually, the most painful day in Panther history for me was the Arizona game in 2008 where the wheels flew off Delhomme's career. Jake was a likeable guy and a capable QB, but his career just blew up that day.
