Despite the ridiculousness of that scene whoever drew it is very talented, I have to admit.

Which reminds me, perhaps Hinata will pull a plot twist in the end of next chapter. She may start to think the plan is good after all.

She can have Naruto in the dream world. And Neji back.

But no... no way Kishi will ruin Hinata like that. Even I would be upset with that.

I actually feel sorry for anyone whose expectations have grown to such unrealistic proportion that it is no longer possible for them to enjoy the story. We've believed for a long time that Naruto was going to succeed and make his dreams come true. He stands to become a very happy young man. It's a shame that so many readers of the story won't be happy for him.
So true.
It makes you wonder if they even care about Naruto at all.

Can we really say he "refused" to acknowledge her? Isnt that a bit strong?
If this isn't a plothole,(which is probably is) then maybe he will say something to Hinata should they ever speak. As for him being insensitive, I would chalk that up to being in the moment. He is after all, on borrowed time. I'm not a parent, but ive been told by my own that they do imagine their children grown up and falling in love. They anticipate who we might bring home and into the family. That and the rigorous teasing as we stumble through adolescence and romantic love

But it's probably a plot hole.
If he has a front row seat he should know Sakura's name ( though I don't remember him asking for it) and what she means to Naruto/their relationship to one another.
Unless Sakura and Naruto have been keeping a secret from all of us

I'm pretty sure this is why she was showcased so hard in the last few chapters and it now getting random reaction panels.
Because this is going to be the last we see of her for a loooong while.

The greatest favor you can do for yourself is to steer clear of the vortex of hate and denial. There's so much good to think on. So much great stuff ahead.

Oh I will enjoy it, I mean there is a lot more NaruSaku stuff that can come, ironically people still call this one of the best chapters ever because it had so much. I think the greatest thing about this aside from all the stuff we like, this just happened to come on a fanbase week (NaruSaku week on tumblr) and just a few weeks ago, all the stuff we predicted would just seem like mere hogwash and others would claim it as fanfiction and crazy. I mean we kept these speculations within reason then what do you know?
-Minato makes the Sakura/Kushina parallel
-Sasuke comes with a reason to have the Naruto vs Sasuke fight
-Sakura reveals she has a great power (hey I'm not complaining, I mean greatest power stuff usually comes towards the end of a journey)
Aside from the Sasuke one, the other 2 predictions from our fanbase would just be laughed at, people would just claim, "Lol no, Sakura is useless, Hinata is like Kushina (or Hinata is like Minato and Naruto is like Kushina as some still believe

Then came chapter 631, and the result? "GAH WE HATE YOU MINATO." "WTF? HOW CAN NARUTO SAY THAT WHEN HE JUST HELD HANDS WITH HINATA? ITS ROMANCE! DONT QUESTION THE MOTIVES ITS ROMANCE EVEN BY JUST HER SLAPPING HIM! HOW DARE HE SAY HE IS IN A RELATIONSHIP WITH THAT PINK WITCH! or "SAKURA HAS POWER? NOW SHE IS FREAKING SELFISH! MORE REASON TO HAVE NARUHINA!
Aye crumba, it was music to my ears at first, but now this is just sad, I mean really, really, really, sad. There are even some who still believe in the golden byugugan theory or that Hinata will get some hidden power revealed too. Its true, fandom can be blind to an almost religious zealotry level. Worst part is, this is the first real hit NH ever took, I mean we were hit a few times along with SS, but NH gets this once and they get all crazy, so if NS actually gets revealed as canon what would they do then? All I can think of is this:

Its reached a point to some, not only with moments we enjoy in the manga, they attack non-canon stuff which shouldn't even be a threat, its like they try to sap any notion of happiness away from us, almost trying to censor everything between Naruto and Sakura.
Not going to let that ruin our faith though, I mean just from this past week, the crazy that has spread already, I can say the NH ship got a few holes opened up, and its going to take more than ducktape and corks to plug up those holes. The rabid fans of any anti-NS base are missing a lot of a great item that could make their arguements more believeable, its called rationality and boy does it work wonders.

They're two different situations.
...And this is exactly what I mean when Hinata's actions are perceived as greater than many other characters. I'm going to put it very simple: Neji's secrifice for Naruto has one clear difference which has as equal (if not more importance) than Hinata's sacrifice (keep in mind that both of them protected him from death).
Intentions - Both: Protecting Naruto
Cause - Hinata: Confess her feelings after accepting that they would both die (selfish words and actions); Neji: Protect and save both Naruto and Hinata and show Naruto that he finally understood the meaning of his words (selfish action with unselfish words).
Consequences - Hinata's Sacrifice: Engulf Naruto in a cloak of anger that, if not for the 4th Hokage, it would eventually destroy both his enemies and his friends.; Neji's sacrifice: Inspire both Hinata and Naruto. The former to go out of her shyness to encourage Naruto and the latter to keep his will, his memory, and his wishes as part of his reason to save the world.
And speaking about insurmountable tasks... didn't Sakura do the same when she had to face the three sound ninjas during the chunnin exams? And not only she was willing to die protecting Naruto, but also her other comrades.
See what I mean? See how, when making comparisons, other events can be take as superior/inferior? This has been a repetitive argument to defend Hinata's actions and I find it to be difficult to swallow because everything needs to be taken in mind, including the consequences of each person's decision. Is not that Hinata's sacrifice during the pain arc wasn't an act of bravery, is that people attempt to make her achievements unique and above what other people have already done. During the course of the manga, Naruto has been on the brink of death many times. He was saved once by Hinata, and he was saved on other occasions by other people. In fact, what is he wasn't saved during the past? Then Hinata's event would've never happened.
Everyone has had their contribution. And now everyone is fighting not only to protect Naruto, but to save the world. If you want Minato to appreciate Hinata's efforts, then the same credit should be given to every other character who has protected Naruto at some point in the manga. Hinata's efforts were courageous, but they are not above the efforts of other characters in the manga.

As per 573, she already got what she wanted to do. To hold Naruto's hand. I think we won't be seeing her in a long time, hopefully. The only loose end that needs to be concluded is the hyuuga clan, so, we might see her by then. Hopefully briefly.
For Sakura, now is her turn to shine. I'm expecting an SS 'moments' in the coming chapters. Hopefully it doesn't turn out that bad. But more for Sakura to conclude her stand between the two guys. The love triangle is there to be resolved.
I always think that it should be Hinata/Sasuke or both to push NaruSaku together... This way, the pairing fandoms will be at peace and respect each other.

"What? What are you saying?"
"It's okay, this is what I came here to do. I can save today, but you... you can save the world."

Since it looks like we will have one last arc after this, it's best to get her a clear understanding before stepping to the last development. I mean this whole is favoring to Naruto, just maybe...
